Boasting a mixture of Latin cuisine from different cultures, Brown Sugar was a pleasant surprise. Located in the middle of the Broadway strip, this was a gem of a find. At first I was deceived, with the loud music and the lack of a noticeable crowd I was skeptical. However, the food was sensational, made fresh and to order. From the fresh made guacamole to the well seasoned red snapper. Everything was well prepared. The staff were warm, friendly and attentive. The draw back was the music, it was unbearable and at times inappropriate for a restaurant. It took away from the food and the feel. Nevertheless the food was impressive.

Anthony took great care of us, the atmosphere was amazing good music , clean , the hookah flavor choices were great ,, Anthony has mastered the craft of making the cocktails they did not miss, the menu was great! And the food omg!! The food cooked to perfection the steak , the lobster the shrimp the vegetables , amazing ! What an experience! I kept seeing this place on my instagram and decided to make a trip , you should too you won’t be disappointed!!

Mediocre food and small portions.Good atmosphere with music and hookahs. This is more of a hangout drink spot; I definitely would not go back for the food. The menu was not very diverse , and it took forever to get our food.The waitress was great, though, and she was very friendly .Not much else to say.

Nice cool spot in New York City to have some good cocktails, dance, drinks, food, and fun. Hookahs available. Nice dim lighting. Cool music from the DJ. Very New York City vibe with cool adults. Nice and friendly staff. The people make this spot come alive. Limited street parking.

Visited Brown Sugar on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was great with excellent music and the service was beyond great. Our waitress was a sweetheart who came by regularly to make sure we were okay. The owner is a savvy business man who accommodated my group diligently and suggested the best drinks. Thank you G. por tus atenciones!We had the small appetizer combo, which was perfect for 4 people. The coconut shrimp were very good, just a little too sweet for my palate, but not for my friends. The mojito for the tostones was very, very good. As for drinks, I had the coconut and the passion fruit mojito. The latter was DELICIOUS, while the coconut one was less tasty. I also tried a salted margarita on the rocks, which was good, but Ill stick to the PF mojito.I definitely recommend Brown Sugar.

Was here on Valentine day and had the Valentines special 2 appetizers, 2 meals and a pitcher of sangria for $60, what a deal!! I had the skirt steak and I wasnt disappointed, picture below. The clan appetizer was good but a bit cold, stuffed tostones was delicious.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is amazing, however if your dont speak Spanish they ignore u. Ill never go back there

Brunch time was nice because that crowd was really good. Sat at the bar, bar service took forever and 2 days. Only 1 bartender during brunch while all tables were packed seemed more like a purposeful set up 😒. 1 drink took 10 minutes, she did her best for being slammed.Food was ok. They do beer buckets, something many bars are no longer offering, the hookah was the best part.

The crowd here tends to be young and the music loud, so not my style. Having said that, if that is your style, you will probably love hanging out here. I live close by and come here for take-out. And I can tell you that the food is fantastic! Excellent Latin food, not expensive, nice portions, served by friendly staff. Some of the best food in the Inwood neighborhood.

According to Brown Sugars Staff the picture attached to this review is a salmon dish. I think it the most idiotatic thing anyone had said about a dish. You can clearly see that the dish is an Egg Benedict with spinach and fish. To them is a salmon dish. I would definitely not recommend coming to eat at this restaurant. The atmosphere is very loud, you can barely hear your party at the table.

What a great place the decor are a little confusing but really nice place none the less food was great the ambience was amazing drinks were on point true authentic Dominican cuisine so much fun very interactive place highly recommend so ig your ever in the heights make your business to stop by outside seating is available as well thumbs up

We had a great time here. The space was really nice. I loved the overhead lighting fixture. The food was really good. Everyone had something different on the menu so we got to try a lot of things. My favorite thing was the shrimp mofongo and the passion fruit sangria. We were here during happy hour so everything was priced pretty decently. The music is very loud. So, be warned if you do not like loud music make sure to sit away from the DJ. I would go back and try brunch.

I went on a sunday night, the atmosphere was perfect and music was nice, I dont give the 5 stars because the girl left us waiting when the entrance were $20, she let us pass by after 10:00 pm and charged us $40 each one when we were there since 9:30, I plan to go back but if that happens again i’m not getting scammed twice

Location is great... Went at around 5pm on a Saturday, Dj was present and had music very loud, unable to talk with my party but had fun due to the drinks.. Requested for kids food to be placed in advanced but still got it with everybody elses, so no conaideration to my request... Might give them another try but with a different type of agenda...

Went here for a birthday party, the place was great! The live music was awesome and loved it all, Except when other people not in the party started trying to talk to us. This is what I didn’t like. They let adults way to close to the minors even though they knew it was a sixteen year olds, and the staff did nothing. The birthday girl would’ve gotten harassed because of this dude, There should be a policy or at least letting people know they can’t be in somebody else’s group.

I would give this place a 10 ⭐ stars if I could. Everything from the food to the atmosphere is just amazing. Came here about 4x with my fiancé and it never failed to disappoint. The DJs are always, always jamming. S/O to the staff here.

Such a fun spot. Went here with my best friend on a Tuesday night and it was still so lit ! Music is great they play a variety of music. Their happy hour is also awesome and so is the hookah.

Good place. Great food. Drink menu is good. Prices are decent. Very lively. Lots of amazing music played by a DJ. They offer hookah which is nice but me personally Id rather do hookah at a hookah lounge or a bar and not a kid friendly restaurant.(yes, there are kids there!) To be fair, they do have a lot of outdoor seating so hookah can be smoked outdoors. The staff is great and so is their service but they quickly get outnumbered and service speed slows down tremendously and orders get confused. Overall a good place to go to on a Friday or Saturday night.

Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Prices were comparable. We had the Coconut Shrimp as a starter. Perfectly delicious. Then we had the Rib Eye Steak with mixed veggies and added a lobster tail. Steak was done to order, with great flavor. Veggies were well prepared. Only issues, music was a bit too loud, and the lobster tail was a (little) over done. Which made it somewhat chewy. Other than that, great experience, with an amazing in house view.

This place is always a vibe. Great service and drinks. Dj has the music bumping to match the atmosphere. Service is always on point, and they will look out for you if you become a regular as far as seating and reservations go. Food can sometimes leave you wanting but doesnt detract from the experience

I visited this establishment last night, 4/15/22. After we waited 15 to 20 minutes in our seats with nobody acknowledging us to take our order, I decided to usher the guy waiter who was pleasant to take our order. The problem I really had was with the hookah. There was a particle floating in the hookah water so I respectfully asked the waiter for the water to be changed. He said okay and informed the hookah guy. When the hookah guy came he advised me it was normal for a substance to float in the water. He said it was the mint? Guess what! Mint does not look like a piece of fish or shrimp floating in water. The guy who walks around collecting plates and asking if everything was alright came to our table, and agreed with the hookah guy after the hookah guy relayed whatever he understood I said to him and refused to change the water as well. It was either their lack of understanding of English, music being so loud so they couldnt hear or they were simply ignorant about the request. After I explained the situation again to our waiter by typing on my phone so he can read and understand since the music was so loud, he looked at the water and noticed the floating particle so he got this same guy who walks around to replace the hookah. By then, it was about 45 minutes of back and forth with changing hookah water. We waited another 10 minutes for the hookah to be replaced but it NEVER happened so we got our tab and left. I will never return to Brown Sugar Bar & Restaurant especially after paying $40 for hookah and not getting to smoke it. If that is the floor manager, he should be trained again because he simply lacks problem solving and critical thinking skills. Please distinguish between mint and other substances/particles. MINT dissolves in water and letting the hookah sit there for about 45 minutes, the particle continued to remain the same shape and size. It is instances like this that reminds some of us to go downtown in the city because the experiences and customer service tends to be better. The floor guy and hookah guy were simply mediocre! It costs nothing to change hookah water. What it cost you was this review I posted and me never returning here. Keep that up and you will continue to lose patrons.

My second visit the food was much better this time. Drinks were better as well. I sat at the bar and the service was excellent. I went this past Saturday 02/18 after 8pm. First DJ was terrible but towards the end of the night the music got better. Please read the crowd as the DJ!!

I really enjoyed my first visit a few weeks ago. The staff is attentive and personable. The decor is well done and the atmosphere is lively. I really enjoyed the music as well. I ordered chicken alfredo and a regular margarita. Both were delicious and I couldnt finish the food. If you try the chicken alfredo, do not carry it home. Its great when its fresh but the sauce was nothing but oil the next day. Also, many of the patrons enjoy hookah. The place is well ventilated and the smoke is not a problem if youre not into it.

Food was very good. Waitress was good but food takes a bit long to serve. Music was to loud. Seems more like a club than restaurant. The younger crowd would like a lot. All in all, it was a fun atmosphere with very good food.

Love this place! The service was a bit slow but the food and atmosphere was great. They have hookah too which is a plus.

Went on a Monday night. Had 3 happy hour drinks and was not buzzed at all. Told waiter it was my friend bday and that we wanted tres leches cake. Never brought over cake, never sang happy bday. We were legit the only people dining there that night. So idk.

I like the place. The decor is nice the red lightening is a little annoying but they are trying to set a certain mood. I hope they start taking card again. They currently accept cash and apple pay. The hookah was okay typical price 30/35 bucks. The food was good no issues. Nice service

Lively atmosphere, food is good, staff are great. The one problem that I had was that I informed them that I was allergic to all shellfish and they still brought me my food with shrimp in it! They apologized and corrected it, but by the time they brought the right thing, my cousin had finished her food.

Food was okay but no wow factor. Service was strange. Wait staff was pleasant but plate was cleared seconds after finishing meal. Cloth napkin disappeared from the whole table before dessert. All utensils were removed from table when main course was finished and plastic utensils were given to eat dessert. Why?

Went to Sunday brunch with a friend. Music is so loud we were yelling at each other lol music was good though , a little of everything. The coconut mojito was amazing. The food was okay. Quesadilla was more tortilla than anything else. The salmon was a bit salty but overall it was okay. Server wasnt too attentive but it was busy so she was all over the place. My friend said the churrasco was amazing ! I had a great time cause of the company not sure if I would go back for brunch. It was over crowded and the setting/vibe wasnt it for me, ppl smoking hookah and kids present...😵 Also why bump the music so loud there was no where to dance!

The food was amazing!!! Very flavorful.... From the appetizer to the main course and dessert. You will NOT be disappointed. The service was great. I will definitely recommend Brown sugar and will also go back for the chicken nachos!!!!

If your looking for a ratchet time this is the place to go. No. Seriously. Go, and just enjoy yourself with their all day brunch, the sangria you get unlimited for 90 minutes is strong and you can literally just chill. Have fun, dont be a critic about the food. It clearly isnt the food that drives people here, with the exception of their empanadas.

The food, service, Dj was excellent. Two individuals were celebrating their birthday on Sunday before Valentines Day, the DJ made sure that they have a memorable birthday celebration. Everyone was invited to dance and help them to celebrate. I thought that was really awesome especially the young lady in the wheelchair. I will visit Brown Sugar more often.

Great brunch spot! Has a little bit of everything you would like. It has hookah so if you are someone looking for a hookah friendly brunch this is it. The music and vibes are there!

The guy at the front with the ponytail was handsome and professional. We wanted some rice and they currently werent serving it and gave us some. Ana was pretty, perfect, and professional. The DJ Danny was AWESOME. I could barely eat because I was jamming to all his great music. This place is a MUST.

The place looks nice, but the service not too good. My friends and I were looking for a nice place to have a good time, but we couldn’t even have a conversation because music was way too loud. Place is too small for that loud music. Drinks were not what we expected either. We just had a drink and left.

Never disappointed with any dish ordered! The chef is amazing. The Wait Staff is mediocre... Security is very accommodating and resolves challenges that may arise. Overall ambiance is relaxing and fit for an enjoyable dining experience.

Its a vibe! The hookah is an excellent addition, you must pay the hookah in cash $40, gratuity is added automatically the food is meh, the drinks are good but its pricey, however its a vibe and live Deejay so its worth the money.

I cant say much about this place as I didnt really get to sit and enjoy a meal here. My husband, daughter and myself came here on a Saturday night at about 8:30 for a quick bite. However, when we got there it was very loud and full of hooka smoke. Couldnt stay. The server was very kind and understanding of why we chose to leave.

Very nice place and the chef, Francisco Javier, is amazing! But my friends and I made reservations and they didnt come pull through with everything that was promised prior to the party.Weve made 2 parties there before and both times theyve told me one thing and then the day of the party its another. When I spoke to the owner, Gino P, he changed everything i had planned prior to the party and after i had paid with no other option other than the one he offered and that was that. It was really bad service and i honestly wouldnt do another event with them again.

This place has potential and came recommended, but i ordered a steak and they gave me a flimsy plastic butter knife. I asked for a real knife to cut and eat my steak because a white man next to me had one and they told me they couldnt because of covid restrictions. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I didnt want my food 🙃....the mojitos tasted like mix and the mint was wilted and yellow. My food was delicious no complaints there. Other than that great ambience and seating.

My wife, her relatives and I happened to find this place on Broadway, and decided to try it out. We decided to eat outside because the weather was nice. They had a D.J. inside playing and it was loud enough to still hear the music. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer, and both seemed to be served, very fast. The shrimp ceviche mojito with mango salsa was so fresh and delicious. My wife and I really enjoyed it.The guys ordered the Cuban sandwich, my wife ordered the big mixed salad. I opted to order the grilled pork chop with yellow rice and vegetables. It was absolutely delicious. It tasted more like a steak on the grill. All the while we observed as people were on their feet and dancing to the music or enjoying their hookah. We all had a great night.

I went in there because I was invited by a promoter for a comedy show!!! Honestly everything went well at the beginning.... we were sat down in a table where me and my fiancé where having drinks waiting on some friends to come and join dinner with us. When our friends finally made it in they came to our table to obtain our order. Comedy show started and we never recieved our meal. To me it was embarrassing because I had invited friends over. My waitress stated to my face that they never place the order when all four of us placed it together 🤦🏻‍♀️. I had to share my meal with my friend and my financed shared his burger with his friend. I was highly upset and I think if it wasn’t for the comedy show then it would’ve really been a issue. I believe they need more employees and to be more organized. I can’t even comment on the food cause one we didn’t get a complete order and two I had to share it. Instead of them bringing food to the table the manager offered drinks 🙄 we were hungry not thirsty by the way. I wish I had a good experience. First thing everyone said was we never coming back. I love comedy shows so it wasn’t what I wanted to hear 🤷‍♀️

I come here often. It’s a perfect place to come after work have drinks, have dinner with family, including kids or for brunch. The food is great and is priced well. Very diverse atmosphere and the music is enjoyable by all crowds!

Came here for a birthday brunch. Soo great!!! Music, food, ambiance sooo amazing!!! Vibe is a great time for brunch. Drinks were tastyyyyy!!! Service was amazing. Definitely would go again. Theres Tvs for sports. I know that important for those interested in that.

The atmosphere was empty, and the restaurant also needed new seats as well. I went on a Saturday evening and no one was there.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, attentive staff, drinks were on point and so was the music- by the live Dj. Hubby and I went there for a birthday dinner celebration and had a great time. We started of with the crabcake, chicken wings and empanada for appetizers ( all were tasty). For dinner i ordered the salmon and had the skirt steak , also delicious. We will definitely go back very soon.

Some friends and I went for dinner. They had a birthday party going on as well as their regulars. We had drinks and appetizers and ordered our entres. They clearly were serving and giving much more attention to their regulars and the birthday party. The part that made us walk out was after waiting for forty minutes for our food, our food came out cold, clearly sitting under a heating lamp, FORGOTTEN. Even after asking our waitress a few times. Appetizer was mediocre at best and the service was horrendous.

Went on a Friday for happy hour, the place is nice. Cant talk about drinks because I order wine. The happy hour food was really good, had a mofongo with meat, it was the perfect appetizer Serving for 1 person. Was recommended by the bartender and it was delicious. Hope to go back and try the actual menu. The ambience was ok, sadly the people there was talking a lil too laud so you could enjoy the music but as the night pregress it seems to get better they had a live DJ playing good music.

Nice vibe. I like this place. They charge 20 at the door. I went on a friday. They close at 3am. They have great prices for drinks. They have hookah. Is a decent size. The bathrooms are very small. The staff was great and nice. They made us feel welcome. It was litt. I had a great time i would come back here.

Food was amazing!! However, the service was horrible!! Our waitress took about 30 minutes just to order our food and in between time she didn’t come back to check on us to see how everything was. We waited another 30 minutes to order dessert which we had to ask another staff member. Then when it was time to leave we waited almost an hour just to get the bill. Very bad experience with service, on top of that we was charged gratuity which wasn’t even worth the horrible service we received. Not sure if I will be coming back to this restaurant but my girlfriend made my day by treating me out here.

What a fun, relaxed club,bar, lounge. Delicious Sangria, lots of atmosphere, friendly, clean, upscale without being out of reach costs when you want an affordable good time with friends. Nice place to have a celebration too.

WORST PLACE EVER! No professionalism from the staff. Being put on hold to trash talk a customer and forget to mute the phone all while I heard her. Not cool. They lucky I was trying to spend MY MONEY THERE! They need a business class, might help them with their professionalism!

The bouncer said me and my friends were “too happy” to come inside . We came from a business dinner with NO alcohol. Completely racist and said people were watching the cameras and told them to come to the door and not allow 4 colored woman inside the premises . He said we were now “playing the race card “ and were not welcomed and needed to leave .

I liked this place. The brunch food was very good. I ordered the salmon and adjusted the sides- mangu and two eggs on the side. It was very loud but that’s how my Dominican people roll.

Ive been here many times and its either melo during the day or a party atmosphere towards the night. I wish their hookah (vender) wasnt so pricey, only to burn out quick. Overall, I always enjoy their atmosphere.

Very nice place. Location isnt bad, very modern looking, fun and entertaining atmosphere. I came for brunch and the steak meals along with the cuban sandwhich was delicious. The mimosas and sangrias werw flowing and the servers were very accommodating. Cant wait to return, the dj was great too!

Came here on a Saturday for brunch! The food was good, I just wish they had more options available for meal sides. The music was very lively. The drinks (mimosas, sangrias) weren’t that great though.

Im actually sitting here as we speak. The girl in the front is literally sitting down doing her make up with the security guard but i guess its none of my business. I tried calling her because i wanted to know if they have anything without alcohol. It took her 5 minutes to notice me. She sends another girl and i asked her a few questions for her to turn around and walk back to the other girl and tell her that I’m being desperate for the menu in Spanish . I got chicken and waffles. The waffle gave me very much frozen waffles vides and the chicken was dripping in oil. My boyfriend got salmon and a drink both were good.

Food was way too salty, I waited two hours to get my food. The establishment does not offer any complimentary bread and butter while you wait. When I did receive my food it was very cold. Going forward it is safe to say I will never return or recommend this establishment to any friend or family!

Far from your typical Latin restaurant , Brown Sugar has become my favorite in the area. From the moment you walk in you step into an elegant atmosphere. The host was welcoming and charismatic. The server had a great attitude and was attentive. The food was absolutely amaizng and very tasty from preperation to presentation. I had the Pechuga a lo Brown Sugar! and it exceeded my expectations I would highly recommend to anyone. The portion of their dishes are adequet. They easily accommodate to your personal preference upon request. The special bar drinks I had were to die for. They were all decorated with fresh mint or fresh fruits. I had a passion fruit mojito and it was actually sweet and not sour like most. They are detailed even with their drinks and do a great job presenting them and preparing them.

Last Sunday I went whit my wife for the first time we had a really nice time , food and drinks 💯 on point and the service was top of the line . I’m definitely coming back w the family . Love this place

The Sunday prie fixe is good value.. but at what cost. Two of our pitchers had bugs and hair and the server didn’t even bat a lash. My meal tastes fully like a frozen to microwave dish.

Went for a friends Birthday Brunch, they didnt have OJ for Mimosas and offered putting pineapple juice which was not very tasty. Having worked in bars and restaurants in the past I would have sent someone to the store for OJ. This sounds a bit petty but with Brunch (2 hr max) including Mimosas I just wanted a mimosa. Also, everytime I go the Credit Card machine is down so make sure you bring cash. The ATM fee there is pretty high.

Excellent food in an interesting, club-like environment. The mojitos get the job done, and are less than half price at happy hour. The fare might be better described as Dominican-Cuban.

Very disappointed. The drinks were really watered down and not worth the price. The food was not edible. I ordered mashed potatoes and I was very disappointed. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were powdered, and had no flavor what so ever. I asked them to add some cheese on it and this is what I got. sliced American cheese on top of mashed potatoes.

The night was going fine they play a mix of english and spanish. Drinks are priced great so its a vibe until you find out that you paid for coat check and no one is minding your coat and it gets stolen. Thats what happened to my friend Whole night ruined! Whole experience ruined.

People here are nice, the service is great but the amount of food that I received is so little. Its the size of a cup. To pay like $29, for that little amount is outrageous. Id rather stay home and eat all I want for free. Also for the sopa de marisco, I get its an appetizer but I got 1 shirmp, one. How is that a sopa de marisco, a sopa de marisco needs a lot of seafood or at least moe than 1. The soup I eat was basically 2 shrimp, 1 potato and a bunch of broth. I am very displeased with that. But the staff is nice sob

The food was very tasty, drinks excellent and the music and vibe was fantastic!!!!

This spot was good the hookahs were good but a bit pricy 30 for one then 20 for a refill of charcoal. I didnt try the food cause the kitchen was close.

This is a restaurant/lounge catering solely to the latino especially Dominican population. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone that is not of this ethnic group. The vibrancy of NYC demonstrates the true melting pot that the city is. However, this vicinity dominated by Dominicans evokes an undertone of discrimination and subtle racism. From the lack of a multicultural staff displaying inclusiveness is quite disheartening. Moreover, the venues post on Yelp is truly untrue and provokes sentiments of Welp. Instead, take a trip to Harlem, Chelsea, East Village, Bed-Stuy if your seeking positive energy, great cuisine and great prices. Most importantly, if your seeking Cuban cuisine go to Pilar Cuban Eatery ( 397 Greene Ave), Havana Outpost(757 Fulton Street)Guantanamera(939 8th Ave, NY). Dont be tricked...authentic Cuban eateries will not be found in Inwood section of NYC. You will find bonafide Dominican cuisines solely. Rubbish!

Its not every day you get to hear good Cuban restuarant in the upper Manhattan. I do recommend it for couples, family etc. Their food is amazing!

Not gonna lie Food was absolutely amazing hats off to the chef but the service was atrocious! No one pays attention to you I got looked at by 2 waiters and no one came to take our order. The bus boys were more attentive the waiters and that’s sad. Honestly never again!!

WATERED down DRINKS!!!! The bartender gave us triple sec shots instead of what we asked for not knowing I am actually a bartender and know my drinks well. Super disappointed. Trying to get big checks and charge instant gratuity with bull service.

Staff is nice and the venue is large and looks alright, but it is way too loud and rambunctious in there to have a decent dining experience unless you’re drunk.

Took my mother to lunch. The place was empty and was just opening. The food took forever to arrive and was horrible! Dont know how you mess up a burger but they managed to do so.

Group of 6 celebrating a friends bday food was very good even though brunch menu is a little limited ,drink on point but the music was a little loud for an afternoon brunch. We were not able to have a normal conversation because of the music otherwise all was good .

The serivce and server was great. She came to check on us a few times. I do feel the food lacked seasoning of some kind especailly since it is a cuban Resturant. The drinks was also average, we changed our drink, then stuck with water toward the end. The music was bumping and the vanue was clean which were a plus.

The worst experience as soon as my friends and I walked in.. we specifically looked up on this website if children are allowed and the first thing that came up was “kids friendly and high chairs”. However we walked in and they did not accept the child we had with us.

The atmosphere was nice. Great spot for hookah and drinks. 1 out of 10 I would give them a 4 for food. Usually dining out french toast is made with a fluffy brioche not regular sliced bread. Also I wish they had other options of sides that would match better with pancakes or waffles. Im not sure if I would revisit. If I did it would be for drinks and hookah.

I came in at 8:00pm the place was empty.all employees were in the side table smoking hookah. Food disscusting. Had the picadera the salad was good but who can mess up salad.

My best friend had her birthday dinner here. The food was so gooood ! We had appetizers, the nachos and quesadillas. After we had the nachos we did not order more food, we were full! The staff members were so kind and friendly people. We had a great time !

Im writing this review with mixed feelings. I visited for happy hour and in all honesty I wouldve been better off missing half priced items,maybe Id understand why things were so expensive. Every item carried and extra charge ex.$5 for sauce on my chicken wings(is that even a thing?)I watched our waitress take a smoke break while we were trying to get her attention to order food to-go before happy hour ended,she made it to us after the time was pleased to tell us that happy hr was over even though she was aware before time.The food we decided to have was good but its not for revisit.

As soon as me and my husband walked into this restaurant, I saw a couple women dancing by their tables. That alone disturbed me. Im here thinking Im going to a nice restaurant To have a nice Cuban cuisine and thats the first thing I see! Not acceptable. And the music was so loud!!! I couldnt hear myself think! And no Cuban music!? The drinks were just ok and all we ordered were the empanadas which was also ok. The waiter was very nice and polite. We were grateful for that. Thank you. And last but not least, there was a child present! In the mist of hookah and very loud music! They checked our IDs, scanned and all! Lol but yet we see a child...? Wow. We were disappointed.
