Burgerology Midtown

Burgerology Midtown is a solid choice for a burger. I stopped by for lunch before my train out of Penn Station. I was greeted by a very friendly staff. The service overall was very good. I ordered the Bacon Burger, and it was simply outstanding. The meat was really high quality, it was cooked to perfection, and the bacon was nice. I ordered the one with the cheddar cheese, and I do think there could be have been a little more cheese on the burger. The burger came with a choice of fries or cole slaw. I chose the slaw, and the serving size was generous. The taste was pretty good, but my personal preference would be for more vinegar and slightly more seasoning (salt).The atmosphere/decor was industrial chic, and maybe a bit dated in style, but I did like the overhead lighting fixtures. In good weather they open part of the front wall, which is fun. There is a room in the back for private parties.Overall, a solid experience and I would return next time I am in the MSG/Penn Station area.

An amazing post marathon celebration breakfast, which more than matched mine and my brothers expectations.We had French toast, with berries, and whipped cream and it was absolutely delicious - washed down with OJ and black coffee.Ed and his team were amazing hosts, tending to our every need, ensuring we left with a full belly and heart!Thank you and we’ll be back soon! 🩵

Place really gone down hill as others pointed out. Service was great however, loved our waiter. Order a burger medium and came out extremely well done. Bun was stale. Toppings were sloppily placed. Fries were bottom of bag left overs almost burnt with no salt. Desert was really subpar, presentation really messy and hastily put. Would not be coming back to this place again.

Francisco was SUPER friendly, punctual, and accurate. And that service matched the exceptional food. Ive eaten a LOT of burgers in my day, but the Electron burger is by far one of the best burgers Ive ever had. Cant wait to come back next trip!

We LOVE this place! We had come to NYC in 2023 and stayed at the hotel connected to this restaurant. We met Jason, the bartender at the time, and got to know him well. We came back to NYC in November 2024 and loved it all the more! The staff and food were amazing, we ate here more than once and got to know more and more of the staff. In addition to Jason remembering us and being awesome, so were Dylan, Mel, Kelsey, Gio, Cash, and their GM Daniel. Daniel came out to talk to us and he was so kind and generous in his words about his staff. They all feel like family now. Such a great place to eat or drink. Cant wait to go back!

We really enjoyed coming to this place. But let me start w the critique… they gave us the wrong wine order once. And they couldn’t accommodate breaking our tickets down individually. However… small inconveniences. They helped us out in other ways.The food was really really good. Their mac and cheese bites were really really delicious!!!! Their blackberry mule (pic) also had a multi colored strobe light inside which was super neat!!! And super delicious!!!Our servers were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, even if they didn’t drink alcoholic beverages. We loved this place and will absolutely be back. We just ask for them to try to accommodate splitting checks for tables who don’t stay in the hotel. :)

Great spot for brunch and cocktails. Great service… special accolades for Heather… awesome server who was extremely attentive and delivered five star service! Good food and drinks!

It not bad, but it is just average, great for when you don’t want a crowded restaurant (or at least tonight everyone else was too busy at Rockefeller center to be on this side of town).Ambiance gets an 8 and the food gets a 6+It is a pet peeve of mine when restaurants use shredded lettuce on a $15 or $19 sandwich.However taste wise it wasn’t bad, but not great.

Only got take out burgers but the place looked nice, people were friendly, and the burger was very good. It’s a good thick patty made from quality beef on a tasty bun. Needs a little sauce for flavor and that wins the the day. The herb aioli is good but the secret sauce is stunning. A little pricey but I will be back to try more. Fries were tasty but a little mushy.

We brought in a large group (30+) around dinner time and I didn’t have high hopes - large groups and restaurants never seem to mix well, but burgerology delivered! The staff was so kind. Gio and his team took care of us and everyone was happy with their meals. Great timing (again, I never have high hopes when I’m apart of a large group) and great service! Highly recommend!

Great upscale burger place. A lot of choices and the food was prepared well. Perfectly grilled burgers. The drinks were excellent. My only complaint was the cleaning supplies stored right behind me. But other than that, everything was on point. Great food, ambiance and drinks.

Amazing Experience overall! Our server was Ashley and she was timely, polite and knowledgeable on the Menu which made our ordering a lot easier. The manager Andrew was exceptional, came over to greet us, made my niece feel special (look at that smile) with simply adding a light up cube to her apple juice which she had seen in another drink. Spoke to her as an actual person and not just scoffed like a child. Food was delicious, mac and cheese burger was actually cooked to correct temp and a healthy portion. Overall a great night out with the family. 10/10

This place used to be great a couple of years ago, but oh my has the downhill slide been aggressive. The food was middling at best but the dessert was a travesty. I heard the drinks are worthwhile, but I ordered wine and lets be real - its almost impossible to screw that up, so hardly a ringing endorsement...

The restaurant is clean and very well lite. The staff is very attentive with all of the customers and you can see that they work together as a team. The food was delicious and huge portions are served. The cooking staff took great pride in there presentation of the plates that were served. Every member of burgerology has smiles on there faces which makes you feel welcomed.

Great place to eat for breakfast, lunch, whatever you need. My first time in New York, from California. Had an eggs Benedict, chefs name is Joel I believe. Greatly cooked, highly recommended. Also a great bar for evening/night 👌🏻

Want to start by saying I have multiple friend groups. I take everyone here at least once!You dont need a reservation. Youll be seated in no time. I always appreciate the multiple burger options there are here. I typically get the Baconology Burger. The waiters are always super friendly and helpful. Even with splitting the check, its all a 10/10. Ive been there a few times that the manager will check to see how tables are doing. If you are a sports fan, youll appreciate the TVs. If you want a cute date, youll appreciate the dessert options.My only two complaints are that, one, the loaded fries are not good. They have to be eaten within a timeframe, and if not, they become disappointing. And two, the alcoholic drinks have so much ice that they are basically watered down, but I guess they dont want folks super drunk in here ruining the atmosphere.All in all, I recommend this place for everyone visiting the city.

We stayed at the adjoining hotel for the 5 Seconds of Summer show, and came here for dinner the night before. I am SO glad we did! The food was easily some of the best I’ve had. The service was top tier (shoutout to Gustavo for being an amazing server). Definitely will be coming back here on our future NYC trips

Food was good but its one of those places, like Spirit airlines, where you pay for every add on. An impossible burger with grilled mushrooms cheese, tomato lettuce and aioli and sweet potato fries should not cost $30. Tomato lettuce and aioli should be included. I get a little extra for cheese and grilled mushrooms but $3 each?

Gio was great and made sure our orders were prepared and presented the best possible way! Very nice and spacious environment and the Nachos are SO worth it!

I came for the dueling pianos brunch event. 12:30 PM is when they serve brunch, and 1:30 PM is when the performance starts.When I saw the menu, I noticed that the prices were higher than what was on the event listing on the website. That was an unpleasant surprise. 2 of the items that were on the website were absent from the menu. They should really update the website.I ordered the banks steak sandwich. I received a fatty portion of the steak; it was too chewy and hard to bite through. The fries were extremely oily. I personally did not feel satisfied by my meal. I noticed that the people at the tables besides me did not finish their food.As for the performance, just a note that it is all by song requests, which need be paid via cash or Venmo. Songs that have the higher payment have more priority on the performance order. The performance itself was good.The AC was way too high. I was freezing and contemplated leaving 30 minutes into the performance due to how cold I felt.

Used this restaurant everyday for a week on my recent stay in nyc. Staff were great and food delicious. Good atmosphere too. Loved classic rock in the mornings. Would recommend.

The food was good, nice vibe and good drinks.

The burgers were really dry especially the meat was super dry and hard. The waiter was nice until he gave us the wrong amount of exchange back and refused to give back the correct amount.

Easy place to get food, we were able to walk right in and get a table. Burger and fried chicken were both good. Portions are huge and affordable. Service was a bit slow, and the washrooms were the least cleanly I’ve ever seen at a restaurant.

The rest of the world may have a staffing shortage, but youd never know it when you visit Burgerology Midtown. Unfortunately, service is somehow painfully dreadful despite the many people who appear to be on the clock. Lots of people walking around looking confused/bored/apathetic and one guy trying his best to pick up the slack from everyone else. We visited on a Thursday around 4pm for a quick bite and a beer. We sat at the bar because that usually means a little bit faster experience. Not here. There was one other person at the bar and only a handful of occupied tables in the restaurant. Not busy by any means. The food was alright. Our chipotle fries came out cold, but the wings were hot and tasty. They also were having an issue with their draft beer system so the options were incredibly limited. The bartender ended up comping some drinks even though we didnt say a word. He was clearly aware of how lame an experience we were being given. Theres no good reason to go here. Just go somewhere else.

Needed a place to wait for my daughters bus to get to the Port Authority and this couldnt have been better. Found parking on the street within view of the restaurant, was greeted immediately upon walking in and they got me a seat next to the window so I could keep an eye out for her. The food was amazing, huge chicken fingers and a mountainous pile of Poutine w the best gravy!! Also had a couple of perfectly made LITs since she was going to drive home lol. Huge shout out to my server Francisco and the manager Daniel for constantly checking to make sure everything was good.Highly recommend Midtown Burgerology 👍👍

Ordered from uber eats. Showed up late food was cold (perhaps not their fault) but even if it was fresher it was still the worst French Dip and burger we ever had.

While the service and atmosphere set a great vibe, the food did not follow that well. This is New York City and of the thousands of options for food, this one isnt worth mentioning. We are staying in the attached hotel and came down for breakfast. The menu was small and limited so I figured the few items offered would be done well. I was wrong. The latte was weak and watery and lacked flavor. The chicken and waffles were subpar in taste and presentation. The French toast my girlfriend ordered was the worst though. Each dish was disappointing and incredibly overpriced. For what I spent here I could have had 3 breakfasts some where with better food that maybe just didnt look as cool.Id hope their lunch and dinner menu had more to offer but I wouldnt take the chance when their are so many other options. For someone who is only in the city for 2 days I feel cheated out of a good eating experience. Save yourself the disappointment.

Ok burgers though kind of neutral taste. The hot wings were hot! 👏 basically, the food was ok, but the service was unfortunately not good. It was super slow, and they forgot our order and the drinks arrived after 30 minuttes. It must be possible to improve. Good luck.

Most people would probably go here in search of a burger but when walking around before a show at MSG, the bar made for an excellent spot to grab a drink when the sports bar scene (not my favorite, to say the least) tends to be the only option. It wasn’t too crowded and, though there was only one bar tender working on a Saturday evening, service was respectable. High ceilings in interesting light fixtures as well as the open garage-style doors help to keep it from getting too loud with lively conversation.

I recently visited Burgerology with my family and had a fantastic time. The drinks with lighted ice cubes were super fun!We tried several appetizers: buffalo chicken nachos, French onion soup, and bacon jalapeño eggrolls. All were delicious. The nachos were perfectly spicy, the soup was warm and tasty, and the eggrolls were a unique and yummy twist.For the main course, we had the hot chicken sandwich, mushroom truffle mac n cheese, and the Atomic Burger. Each dish was amazing. The hot chicken sandwich was spicy and fresh, the mac n cheese was creamy, and the Atomic Burger was juicy and flavorful.Overall, the food was great, the service was excellent, and the place had a lively atmosphere. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

First of all: my server was the sweetest human being ever and totally helped me out with my gluten free needs. The gluten free bun was way better than they are other places - not dry at all !!! The nachos are also a must try and the space itself is perfect for an after work hh or even watching a sports game

Menu is not corresponding to the one shown on the website. The burgers were with little sauce making it untasty, fries were overcooked partially. Coleslaw was ok.

We stayed at the hotel next to them and let me tell you about Alberto and Shandy they both were amazing bartenders!!!! The strawberry milkshakes are the best!!! Alberto was very knowledgeable about all the drinks 🍺 🍹🍸 Shandy helped me take my milkshake all the way to my room 😘 Come here you won’t regret it!! Promise

Wow! Kelsey served us our drinks at the bar and she was so great - so helpful and makes an amazing drink! We finished every drop! Gustavo was our server at the table and was also amazing!

The foods and atmosphere were lovely. I really enjoy my bartender Dylan. Excellent personality and very professional. Love my Old Fashioned Bourbon🎉 definitely coming back again . The mangers seems very nice there as well .

First off, the service was slow, even with just a few tables seated. That should have been our first hint. Ordered two double drinks and were only given singles. Then ordered the braised short rib poutine only to have a cold plate delivered later (inedible, just a blanket of cold cheese covering some fries). They later realized they had forgotten the meat so instead of remaking, they decided to bring it later as a side. Not sure if putting semi warmed meat on top of an already cold excuse for a poutine would be appetizing. Decided to just pay and walk out. Save yourself some time and eat elsewhere. I will say that the cook that came out was fantastic and you could tell he was defeated and overworked. If anything, this place is poorly managed.

I am very careful to leave a review but this is well deserved. We have been to a few dueling pianos places and this was the worst by far. The two piano players were all about the money and creating almost a bidding war amongst people. The entire evening was centered on that. People would pay for songs, they would play it for 10 seconds and then they stopped saying someone put a higher bid and moved right on to the next song. It was upsetting and ridiculous and totally centered on the money.

I had the Einstein Burger, onion rings, and one of their tea cocktails. Everything was delicious. Will definitely visit again.

Food was very good, mostly burger and sandwiches but the appetizer menu had a wide range. I had the turkey burger with pesto and mozzarella and it was delicious. Friendly service overall but a bit slow. Clean trendy spot, would recommend it.

I ordered delivery through Doordash, and the food was absolutely vile-looking. I ordered a poutine, and as a Canadian, trust me when I say this: the poutine looked like my grandma ate it, swallowed it, and regurgitated it back to feed it to me. I ordered a poutine, I got a POOtine. This makes my broke college student cooking look like a Michelin star dish. It was soggy and clumped up and was virtually inedible. I had to throw it away in the garbage because I felt like it would make me sick. I was so disappointed at the food that I had to call them, but all they did was tell me to contact DoorDash. Safe to say, I will never be ordering from this restaurant again, and if you are reading this, I highly recommend you dont.

❌BAD BURGERS❌I don’t know what happened to this place, but it has really gone downhill. I’ve been a regular customer but hadn’t ordered here in a couple of months. I used to think they had the best burgers in the neighborhood. Today, I ordered the Einstein (now called Genius for some reason) through Grubhub for pickup. Spent $24. It’s supposed to be a burger with short rib meat. When I got home and started eating it, I was extremely disappointed. The meat was super dry and flavorless, there was no short rib meat, and there was just one tiny piece of caramelized onion. This place is done for me. Never again.

The food hears fantastic. I got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was so good. Add a burger the last my game here and I remember it being good as well. The drinks are really cool and a lot of them are either really big or light up. They are a bit pricey and dont have a lot of alcohol so be prepared for that. I recommend one drink just for a hell of it but you can totally skip out on the alcohol. The vibe is really nice and the services fantastic. I recommend visiting this place and I will definitely be returning.

Food was amazing. I had the mac attack cheese burger it was so good! The dipping sauce for the fries are so good! My only complaint was that the soda was flat. Everything else was really nice.

We were there in September of 2023. We were looking forward to being back in June 24. The food just wasn’t the same. It wasn’t bad, but the burgers were incredible back in September. It was a very subtle difference but we all felt it.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We had a business meeting all week in the Crowne Plaza (overhead) and the guys at Burgerology provided our lunches and food throughout the week. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Strongly recommended. Its also very close to Penn station and convenient for a lunch/ break stop.

We tried this place 2 nights in a row. The first night we waited 15 minutes and no server ever came to take our order for food. They did provide water.The next night we decided to try again with a new server.This time we did get our food but we never got checked on in 45 minutes. We were not able to order dessert and had to ask someone else to help us pay.The food was great. The atmosphere seems to be good. But by far the worst service in and around Times Square.

So sad to leave this review. We had such high expectations based on the reviews here but were so disappointed. The service and atmosphere were great, but the food was terrible. Dry burgers. The Mac and cheese was soupy and grainy. Cauliflower bites were soggy and cold. Fries were all burned and the tiny leftover bits.

I want to love this place. There are issues they need to overcome. Two servers were eating fries from a box that was sitting on the end of the bar. Eating with fingers, only whipped them on pants before serving.My order, I thought was simple. Wedge salad and please hold off on the burger until I can eat salad. Both came together. Of course the burgers and fries were cold after eating the salad. When I told them , they said they could reheat. Asked to remake and was told no. Only reheat. Dont need microwave food.

Service here was impeccable and friendly on both of my breakfast visits while staying at the Crowne Plaza hotel. I had the chance to eat the avocado toast and French toast, as well as build my own omelette all of which were delicious and satisfying.

First time here, visiting from MA. Its very fun inside. We were greeted right away by the bartender Nathaniel. Very friendly. We were also helped by the manager Edward who was great! Personable and attentive. The food was delicious. We will for sure stop back in before our trip is over!

Staff is very nice here but their service is something left to be desired. The food tastes alright, but has been consistently served cold. They’ve screwed up my order a few times, but they fix it eventually. I think they may be going through some growing pains. The other day I heard a senior staff member yelling at a server which was not cool to hear while I was eating. Midtown is not the greatest area, but the Crowne Plaza is a very nice hotel. Maybe skip Burgerology Midtown unless you’re staying at the hotel and don’t want to venture outside.

I come here all the time when I’m in town. Never disappoints. Always good. Servers and management go out of their way to say hello and accommodate their guests.

I had food poisoning after eating there. Horrible experience, it literally ruined my vacation. I had vomitting and diarrhoea for almost two days. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. The food wasnt anything special too, I didnt like it. Overpriced in my opinion.

The Ultimate Chicken sandwich is probably the best chicken sandwich Ive had in my life. The poutine was pretty good, but the paper wrapping got soggy and started to get in the food. They forgot to put bacon in our Mac and cheese - they gave us a side as a replacement, but it didnt taste quite as good as if it were cooked into it. Overall a good experience, would come again.

The food and service are great, but what I didn’t like was the undisclosed 3% fee added to my bill. I asked the server about the fee, and the server and manager stated that it was a fee for credit card payments. I was a bit confused because how did they know I was paying with a credit card? The fee was already added to my bill. I believe that the restaurant should disclose to the customer that they will incur a 3% fee for using a credit card and not initially add it to the bill as they did to mine. I found this method to be deceitful.

I must say, the food here is amazing. Seriously, it’s astonishingly good. I’ve come here on two separate occasions, first ordered a double meat burger with fries and second time ordering a chicken sandwich with sweet fries. Both times being incredible. The only critique I have is the service. They must expect me to sleep here overnight because on both occasions I’ve been here, I’ve had to ask for my tab after waiting for 10-15 minutes. On the second occasion I had to ask 3 separate people for my tab before it actually made it apparent enough to actually give me my tab. But all in all, the chef is doing his job correctly. Maybe the servers need a raise.

A table of 4, our waitress wasn’t attentive to anything. We had to ask for more water and drinks while we waited for our food. Then once our food came one of our plates the food was cold, they didn’t bring salad dressing out for someone. We had to ask and then the waitress didn’t do much until a manager came out. He did take care of us, but this showed the waitress not caring much. Food was good and lots of allergy friendly . Hope this bump in the road is normal. Great atmosphere and close to hotels

Their food is amazing. The atmosphere aka ambience was awesome. Alberto served me. A very nice person. I ordered a burger well done and it was dried out. I also tried their blackberry lemonade, and Im hooked. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Apparently this is a hot spot, because it was filling up quickly. I highly recommend and will definitely visit again when Im visiting again.

Arrived on Monday in time for HAPPY HOUR - 4 till 6pm ( beer/mixed drinks). Our waiter JASON was great and kept the drinks flowing. Also there is a happy hour menu that has a great selection. The amount of food is more than enough to share at a great price!The manager ANDREW did a great job checking on not only us, but EVERY TABLE! Great work ANDREW, your persona is great and make this restaurant....of course with the help of a great chef and food runner!

I called during breakfast/brunch hours and was told we arent currently making that for multiple items on the breakfast and brunch menus. Fried cheese curds were overcooked, 80% of the cheese was melted out. When I went to pick up my order I saw the bartender blow his nose multiple times, then walk around touching things and never wash his hands.

Burgers are ok, about the price you would expect for Midtown, but maybe a little less quality. Fries were really good though. A better draft beer selection that could be paired with food would be nice. No wait staff, but plenty of bussers standing around waiting to take empty plates. The atmosphere looks great, but it is definitely more flash compared to the substance.

Heather was such an amazing, joyful and memorable waitress! What a delight to spend a few minutes with her each morning as we grabbed our delicious cup of latte! Food was delicious and the service was fantastic!

The Baked Bacon Mac was incredibly delicious. Bacon goes great with everything. Especially meat and cheese. Truffle fries are a good compliment as well.

Alexnie or alexNY was such a great bartender. It was my friends birthday and we came down from our room to take shots before we left to go to our lunch. She was personable, bubbly, and super easy to talk to. She made our birthday girl feel special and she was super excited to see us each time we came back. (We came back 4 times to hang out with her) and each time was all good vibes and a fun time. Definitely will recommend her for anyone that’s in the area! She’s there Monday’s and Friday’s! She won’t disappoint!

I have gone here a few times and the food always amazes me, not only is the service great the environment is nice.Its a great spot for drinks and sports related events. With the restaurant having their open area half mixed with the inside.Its great for big groups so I definitely recommend it on a night out.

The prices were high, but I had one of the best burgers of my life!! The Mac n cheese was also superb. Music in the restaurant was a bit too loud so it was hard to hear the people across from me. However, we too busy stuffing our faces with the delicious food to talk anyway. When I tasted the garlic dip for the fries, it was like I died and went to dip heaven. 8/10 would absolutely come again

I am very disturbed how me and my boyfriend were treated at this establishment, while visiting New York. I wanted to try this place as I seen it was a interesting place to eat and also the drinks they offered seem cool. First, we were seated the waiter came and greeted us when asked to provide clean cups he brought them back but never filled the cups up with water he just sat them down for us to do it . Another person asked were we ready to order we asked for them to give us a min, it was several mins and no one came back over to see if we were ready. I did feel like they did not like black people . As we are a black couple . The one star wasn’t what I would’ve gave but I couldn’t do the review without a star but they would’ve had none . I will NEVER come to this place ever again. I was very disgusted how we were treated as black people, this place seemed a little racist to me .

Eddie and his staff make you feel like part of the Burgerology family. They go out of their way to make every hotel guest feel welcomed and cared for.Burgerology has become my go-to place not just for excellent breakfasts but also for outstanding burgers and an overall dining experience that makes me feel right at home. We walked in for the drinks but stayed for both burgers and drinks and I’m not a burger person!! Service was great, the place has a great vibe , light music, Rockefeller burger and the classic were very good, fries were excellent , good cole slow . What took all my attention was the drink - I called it witches brew, fascinating! It was a Long Island tea version but with a lot of smoke and bubbles- loved it! Came for a early dinner first time trying out recommend by a co-worker who tried out the astoria location. Shout to Henry to always making sure we were good. Definitely would go back to to check out there other options on the menu.

I thought that my burger was good, but not worth $21 or worth $10 for a beer. The interior is okay but when I went, we had an issue with flies surrounding our meal despite being indoors. Not my favorite experience.

This is not a typical burger spot. Very fun environment, sports bar with tvs. Drinks are fun and they have great options. The food is delicious! Their burgers were sooo good and the truffle fries have got to be one of the best weve ever had. Definitely worth going to.

Nice food and lovely staff. We had breakfast there every morning for a week. The food was very good and the service excellent. The members of staff were lovely: always accommodating our demands for a variation of the menu and very friendly with our 3 young children (chatting to them and giving them caps as presents). I would highly recommend the place!

The worst restaurant ever, i was in this past Tuesday with my girlfriend but the waitresses talk to much for real. They do not pay much attention to the guests. Food takes too long and bartender was giving dirty looks. This tall dark haired eastern Asian host was the only one super nice us but she isn’t even the waitress but she did help . I do not recommend

First time trying during my lunch break since I work around the corner. As my coworker and I walked in, Server was friendly and asked if we wanted to sit by the piano for brunch. We declined and stood in front. I tried the Mac and Cheese Burger. It didn’t look appetizing. It was prepared sloppy. The Mac and Cheese tasted bland. The fries were ok. Service was excellent. The server asked a few times if we were ok. I would probably only come back here to try their drinks but the food is disappointing

This place is great. I had the Einstein burger and get this. It was Angus beef topped with a short rib with gravy and cheese...Wow. My wife has the turkey burger with spinach and avocado, which she said was delicious. This place has a relaxing atmosphere and great service and is away from the hustle and bustle of New York. Make sure to check this spot out.

Decent burgers, was charged $2 extra to chop a salad that wasnt even chopped decent. Seemed to have just 1 server running around, so things took a while, and we had to ask for our drinks twice when the place was half empty.

When we asked about their cooking process of the patty’s, they failed to mention a well done burger was still raw on the inside. Made us feel sick. They did not offer any sort of remake, just walked away to speak to the manager on the shift.

We arrived for dinner and were immediately seated at a table. The service was fast and friendly. The burgers were amazing. The best part was that the sweet potato fries were served with marshmallow fluff!

What can I say?! Burgerology was thee perfect place to history STEM mixer! The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was bomb! The GM, Daniel, was the GOAT! He was very accommodating from the jump, as soon as we contacted them… up until the time our team left! Thank you Daniel! They have big flask drinks which were so cool and tasty!!! The room does get a little dark once the sun sets, but that’s no biggie, because we turned our mixer into a party! We will be back next year to host our event! SN: I had the buffalo cauliflower, which were good af, but if you can’t handle spicy… don’t try it! Lol go to Burgerology!

We had a wonderful time here and the gentleman from Brooklyn who waited on us mad us feel very welcome. He was s great guy and he was a real highlight for us on our first trip to America from Canada.

The food and drinks were great but most importantly, they took care of my husbands GF needs. The chef even came out and asked my husband questions prior to preparing his meal. I had a tequila drink on their menu (OK I had 2) which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had the Smothered Chicken sans mushrooms (allergy) and my husband had the BBQ Steak Sandwich on GF bread and was able to have fries. We both loved our meals. I would definitely go back. We had already cut into our meals when I remembered the pictures.

This place was absolutely awful. Based on the reviews I thought it couldn’t be terrible but the turkey burger was absolutely disgusting and tasted like a 1/2 inch thick bad breakfast sausage.The sweet potato fries came out with marshmellow fluff as the dipping sauce. MARSHMELLOW FLUFF. With no warning.

In New York for a Knicks game and this restaurant was very near our hotel and near the Garden. The staff was friendly and the food and drink were both amazing. I ordered The Experiment Gone Right and man, it did not disappoint ( a drink for at least two people) and the Rockefeller burger. Reasonable prices for everything.

A random stop while quite hungry landed me at Burgerology first noticed by its open to the street seating and a bar. Yes I’m vaxxed but I still prefer outdoor dining when the weather is conducive, and I have long before the Corona virus was a threat.And yes I was carded for both picture ID and vax card. Admittedly that made me feel more comfortable. I’m sure it will anger some but made me happy.The menu is full of make your own burger options and if I had looked at it carefully, before ordering a steak sandwich, I might have tried a lamb burger. Now I have a good reason to try it it again. My steak was cooked to order med rare and was quite delicious with mushrooms and onions on a hero. My husband had the Rockefeller burger and also enjoyed his meal. Both came with fries. Staff was friendly and efficient. As is typical of NYC dining in the area, 2 sandwiches, 2 beers and one frozen drink ($16) with tip was $93. The watermelon drink was refreshing but NY water would be my choice next time with a lamb burger. 😁

This place is good! I only got a ultimate grilled cheese, not even a burger and it was delicious. Alexny was the best server too. Would def come back when I visit NY! And the flask cocktails are the best

The restaurant is part of the Crowne Plaza. Food was excellent (Ahi tuna) as was the service. Jason the bartender was terrific. I was impressed that he remembered my drink order from the previous evening. All good reasons to recommend and return!

Ive been to this Burgerology many times since I stay at the Crowne Plaza it is attached to twice a year for the last 7 years. We had a great experience this past visit thanks to Michael behind the bar. Hes very friendly, patient and attentive.

The food is amazing and came within 20 minutes of ordering. I had ordered a Caesar salad with pieces of steak and two shrimp tacos. I had also tried their steak burger and fries.

We, family of four (with two teen-agers), ate her a couple of times whilst staying in NY for the week and were very happy.A great menu, the food was tasty, spicy wings, burgers, all good, great drinks choice, particularly the cocktails and the milkshakes were brilliant.The service was great to excellent and felt really welcome each time we went in (a couple of other times just for drinks).I defo recommend!

We love going to burgology and always enjoy the food and drinks, service is usually good but we just recently went for my girlfriends birthday and it was a disaster they brought the apps with no side plate, messed up 1 tower that we ordered and the waiter messed up the bill split for 4 people and charged only 3 card and later that night we noticed that he had charged everything to 1 card and charged the other 2 cards with a partial pay we called the restaurant and all they said was that we had to email them but yet have not gotten a response.

Had the Baconology with loaded fries. The burger was good, but not the biggest for the price. Loaded fries with cheese and bacon were very good. Had some good local beer, Omeganag.

Food was alright. Prices can also be OK depending on what you are ordering.

Been here three times for breakfast during my stay in NYC. Sunday Service is rather stressed including spelling coffee number one & generally was service not as friendly and attending as one would wish when spending usd 50 for a breakfast for one. This would have been a 0 tip experience back home, where tips are not mandatory.and: i don‘t want to be called „Darling“ by a middle aged white man - please adopt to 2024!

The burgers were pretty good. There were plenty to choose from and you could create your own. Service was was great, and the atmosphere was unique.

Listen. I had the Henry Ford and a great drink. All I know is we will be back and I’m bringing my squad with me. To the manager, my waitress and my friend who recommended me I say thank you. This is a very good burger joint in midtown. The service was a little lackluster but they were clearly short-staffed. The prices were actually pretty reasonable for a gourmet burger joint in Manhattan. Lots of pre-designed choices or you can build your own. This place has a full bar and quite a diverse drink menu - I had a spicy Bloody Mary that was fantastic. Great pairing for a gourmet burger with a fried egg on it. I would have given 4 stars if not for environmental conditions. It was literally like 64 degrees in the restaurant. We asked our waiter about it and he indicated management refused to run the heat - very strange!

Alright so I decided to try this place out today with my girlfriend for lunch and honestly I was highly disappointed!We came in and the manager sat us down and gave us menus. Server came over and asked if we are ready to order but we still needed a few mintues to decided. Finally we were ready to order and we went with the Mac n cheese as an appetizer, we asked the waiter what would be better the short rib topping or the bacon and he said definitely the short rib. I ordered a classic burger cooked medium with bacon, onion rings as a side and my girlfriend ordered the classic cooked medium with truffle fries.This is where the disappointment happens. To start off with there was only about 3-4 other tables there with us and they were already eating so you would think service would be pretty quick. We waited about 45 mins for our food and we ended up getting all our food together at once (the appetizer and the 2 burgers)1. Both the burgers were asked to be cooked medium and both came out well done2. The burger was very thick and stocky which wouldnt be a problem if it was cooked to our ordered temperature and if it was even seasoned a little. The most bland burger Ive ever had in my life. They also put 1 thinly slice of American cheese and must of been made from plastic because that cheese would not melt if you threw it inside of a volcano. I took 3 bits and left the rest of the burger.3. Im a huge fan and Mac & cheese. I literally eat it everywhere I go and this one by far was the worst Mac Ive ever had. So bland it literally had no flavor to it and the short rib that the server recommended must of been cooked last week because it was rough, tasteless, and dry. We literally left 95% of it still on the plate.4. At one point my girlfriend took a bit of her burger and as shes chewing she pulls out a strain of hair out her mouth!! We didnt make a big deal out of it and just said to ourselves we hope it came from her and not from the kitchen but it honestly did seem like it was in the burger.5. At the end we ask for our bill and were shocked to see it come out to $86. Pretty pricey giving all we had was a Mac & cheese appetizer. 2 burgers. I had a ice tea to drink and my gf had 1 corona. We told the server about the Mac and cheese not being good at all and how the short rib he recommended taste was dry and tasted like it was cooked last week and he could see that almost the whole dish was still on the plate. He said he was gonna bring it to the managers attention and Im guessing he didnt cause nobody came over and it was still on our check.Overall I probably wont be back to this place. You would think a place that specializes in burgers would at least get the temperature right and season the meat. Honestly you could get a way better burger at McDonalds. And they definitely need to get rid of that Mac & cheese. Im generously giving 2 stars and thats strictly because I liked the ambiance and atmosphere even tho it was way too quiet they should of had nice music playing at least
