A fun little lounge with decent cocktails and food. Stopped by here before a concert at Terminal 5. The service is attentive and atmosphere is modern. They have a live DJ and a fun vibe.

Great vibes even on a monday night, the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend the strawberry cider!

Just opened a few Months ago. I love it. It is comfortable. The staff is very nice, the prices fair, and it’s a block from my apt. Then why the 4 stars? Though the food is usually very good, it can be inconsistent. Where one day I will order something that tastes great, the next time I will order the same thing that doesn’t taste that great. Maybe a different chef?Overall, great place for friends or family, to watch a game by yourself or just have a beer.

As parents who hardly leave the house since the pandemic, my husband and I decided to go out to Mortys Wine & Beer Bar.The amazing customer service from the workers here is what made our night out so special!Everyone here was so kind, the place was very clean.Their menu is carefully constructed with creativity. Their drinks are extreamly delightful. If your going out on a date night they even have board games in the back.If you plan on stopping in, you will truly have an amazing time.

We went to Morty’s because they had a large sign Outfront saying $6 wine on Thursdays. We ordered the wine then when we got the bill they charged us full price. We asked why it wasn’t $6 and they said “oh yeah, we don’t do that anymore” Wouldn’t give us a refund or even seem to care. T

Clean bathrooms! Food took forever but always surprisingly good. The bartender was attentive.The lights are super bright. I was expecting a low lot wine bar and it was like coffee shop bright with lots of TVs.

Great neighborhood spot. I prefer cocktails (which they dont serve yet) but still a go to for meeting friends for a drink.

Cute little bar next to Morton William grocery store. Has nice cozy atmosphere with a long bar and sofas available for lounging. Nice drink selection with wines and beers as well.

Best thing that could have happened to this neighborhood.Food - this is not bar food. They have great selection at great prices.Prices - this place is very affordable. The food is great for the prices and the regular prices are reasonable. And they have HH every day!Space - plenty of places to sit. Tables and couches.Staff - extremely friendly. We have started to get to know these guys. They are great.I love this place.

Only had drinks here. Their kitchen was closed by the time I got here. I think it was around 10pm. From what I saw on peoples table, the food looks delicious which was confirmed by a friend whos eaten here several times. They have some nice beer, wine and cocktail options. I had the Sancerre myself.

The manager was quite pleasant. The bartenders were awesome and I got my food in a timely fashion. It was delicious. Will definitely come back again. Make sure to ask for Justin when you come.

Not the best place to go to experience a classy bar experience. First of all, its extremely difficult to catch a worker here because the only one working in the entire restaurant is one bartender. There are no servers nor people at the front to check you in. You just sit at any table as if youre at a food court, and you have to walk up to the bartender to put in your order for both food and drinks. I didnt know that at first, so I was just sitting at my table waiting for someone to come serve. And because there is only one bartender, the drinks came out very late—ordered a cocktail and I finally got it after 30-40 mins. The food arent that great either: guac wasnt fresh, chips were too salty and the chicken kebabs were unpleasantly bland. Luckily for me, the bland chicken was perfect to counter the salty chips and guac.

Very chill casual neighborhood bar. Great food and drinks and I always stop in when in NYC.

Pretty good selection of draft beers and nice wines. Free serving of pretzels and popcorn (can you go wrong?) And Happy hour M-F 4.30pm - 7pm and S-S 3pm - 6pm

Morty’s is great for a quick together with a large group. It’s does the job. We came for an EOY celebration with our crew and he was beyond accommodating and so hospitable. They were attentive and welcoming. TY Chris and Jay for having us!

Extremely slow service. I recommend ordering your food 1 hr in advance, and Im not even kidding because that was how long it took for an order of chips and guac, and a steak quesadilla to arrive to our table. My friend and I also noticed other patrons being served their chips and guac before us, which was just short of comical. The same thing happened with our drinks, which was foolish of us, we shouldve just gone straight to the bar because that also took forever, and the drinks were kind of watery. It was also super loud for a more restaurant style vibe. If Im sitting at a table, I dont want to have to yell at someone sitting across from or even next to me lmaoo smh 🙄

Had a meat and cheese board and it took over 30 minutes to get it with only a handful of tables. Tasted fine but wasn’t served with the menu items. Call themselves a wine and beer bar but didn’t have much for wine options. Fruit flies were thick too so not a spot I can recommend.

Nothing special but a chill place for small tapas type bites and beer and wine

I spent 30 min shopping there today. Ive been a customer even tho its double the price since 2019. I have always brought my emotional support dog with me. Before I checked out, I ordered a sandwich to go. With a full basket of groceries and waiting for the sandwich a woman walked up to me and said, youll have to leave, no dogs allowed. Not asking if I had papers on my phone, just, leave. The staff there have always been aloof/rude but it never bothered me that much. The store had about 5 guests shopping. They just lost a neighborhood source of income.

Walked in and walked out again. Tacky sports bar that doesn’t match the needs of a nice neighborhood.

Perfect place for a casual gathering. Ill definitely go back and bring friends.

Casual , comfortable wine bar with good eats.Reasonable for the West Side neighborhood it resides in.Addition to my original review it would be nice if they used the our side walk with tables. Just makes it a more fun venue. Especially since the road finally has been paved.

Dropped in here on a Friday evening. Truly great service and a nice bar. Decent selection of beer including Founders Breakfast Stout and good cocktails. Bathrooms were clean and had a changing table. Would definitely come back.

Ive been here about once a week for a couple of months and service is consistently bad. The food is okay, but dont get the burger. It was very undercooked and the fries were bad (not sure how to make bad fries, but they werent good). This place is hit or miss with the food quality.

Cameron is a doll & food was great. Also of you into watching sports its a great local watering hole. Plus they have broad games.

Simple bar ... seemed light on staff when I was there (late afternoon). Also not the cheapest.

Yesterday was my first time here at Morty’s absolutely loved it!! The vibes were great ,they have craft beer which I love super chill place to just have a drink play games (which they provide),great atmosphere.Kacey and the bartender I think Mike were so attentive and nice.This will definitely be my goto place.

Absolutely love this place! 2 blocks from work and happy hour until 7, along with with great service and food make this a new favorite. Heres a tapas plate I ordered with chorizo, soppressata and manchego cheese.

Fine, its a chain-supermarket-run wine and beer spot, but the selection is great, prices are competitive, they have a great happy hour, the decor is chic without being desperately hip, and the layout is luxuriously spacious for NYC.
