Bartender takes 15 minutes to make previous patron cocktail then won’t give you happy hour price one minute after happy hour ends. “By the book” don’t portend longevity. Nice roof, though.
The Bowery Rooftop is a new rooftop at the top of the Freeman Alley hotel with breathtaking 360-degree views of NYC. The rooftop has both an indoor and outdoor space with casual couches outside and a disco ball inside, but the view of the World Trade Center stole the show.Their menu ranges from guac to tamales and flatbreads as well as cocktails like the Bowery sling, my personal favorite. The crowd ranges from 20s-30s and is on the trendier side.
Rooftop bar above the Untitled Hotel, higher prices than many bars around but the views cant be beat. Staff was friendly but the music was a bit too loud.
Great hidden spot in the heart of lower east side.Must go there. Really cool vibes and views!
We arrived believing we had tickets to a party on the rooftop. We got there and the receptionist said the rooftop was closed due to construction. I showed her the confirmation email and the page for the event on Eventbrite however she showed no concern whatsoever. She repeated her sentence saying the rooftop was closed and turned to continue what she was doing. She didnt alert a manager. She didnt call anyone about the location she works for being used as a scam to steal peoples money. She turned away and left us standing there. She was completely apathetic. Not a good experience.
My sister is a baker. She was hired to do a birthday/Halloween cake for a party. This is how it went!
Nice music, really good drinks, great staff.
Amazing space with truly spectacular views of the entire city. The drinks were refreshing and unique and the food was tasty. Great space to hang for happy hour after work or meeting up before dinner. Also loved the artwork and design.
Prices can get up there but I felt catered to the whole night and the music was on point. Definitely going again!
Barbara and Lia were the most amazing!! My niece turned 21 and brought us cake.
Great views all around and a good time in the warmth to just chill and pregame before going anywhere or relax, catch up, and just have a good vibe
Confusing, small, bad service, better elsewhere
Incredible! Beautiful view, awesome atmosphere and located in a happening part of NY!!!
Awesome view
Customer Service sucked... I asked for a Yellow Mellow and Montauk IPA, which they didnt have at 10 PM on a Saturday night... stock up people. They overcharged me for drinks... $46 for a spicy margarita and 1 beer... I wasnt going to argue with the bartender... music was sucked... no dancing, no one was dressed to impress... view was the only thing nice... dont go here! Way better venues
I live in New York and I thought I knew cool places but this place is indeed a hidden gem. Coming back here on February 16th Thursday to show my collection!
Unbelievable view of the city. Phenomenal cocktails. Great staff. Our bartender, Nina, was outstanding.
They offer one thing on the website and when you’re there there are no such thing.
Really nice space but the drinks were extreme expensive. Over $20 for 1 drink.
Overpriced place, there’s not quality sound in the rooftop.
The views at night are beautiful and the service was very friendly. Prices a little high but it is understandable because it is NY.
Very nice, good music, incredible view! 🥂
The first thing you feel when you enter is the bad smell of the bathrooms when you enter.
Good service….
