The Parlour

The service here was so slow. It took more than 30 minutes for our food to come out. When it finally came my veggie burger and sweet potato fries were burnt (see the pictures) the prices are low, but its not worth the slow service and burnt food. My friend had the fish tacos which he said were good, but we will not be going back

Me and my two sisters visited here to watch the bet fred cup final and we can tell you the atmosphere is awsome. If your looking for somewhere to watch celtic, have a bite to eat, a few drinks, and a huddle in the middle of the road then this is the place to go. The staff are so friendly, very welcoming and the food is good. We will defo visit here this year when were back in new york. A big well done to everyone who works here and keeps the place alive. Nice place! Friendly staff, good beers, yummy food. UWS, so not cheap, but not overpriced. Definitely enjoyed it and will be back.

Went for a party in the downstairs area. Bartenders did a good job of getting to everyone. Wish I had tried the food.

So happy to have found this place! They have an awesome happy hour with lively music and a lively crowd. There is a separate room downstairs where you can have a party which is so rare in Manhattan. They have beer pong, kareoke, trivia night....and even jazz night! There is no reason to go anywhere else :) Ronnie the new owner/manager is awesome. He has a great Irish accent and makes you feel so welcome. Looking forward to going again.

The music was good. They have a jukebox you can pay and choose music you prefer. Also the night we went they had a different karaoke that people played instruments and sang music they knew it you could request songs. The wait staff kept us waiting every single drink. The two bathrooms were unisex and also very clean.

Went on a Sunday night and the pub was relaxed and the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the experience enough to go back on Tuesday and had a different experience. Hip hop music was blasting so loud that I couldnt talk to the person at my table. My ears are still ringing.

Lovely experience. I am from Ireland and was looking for an authentic Irish Bar in NY, to share with mt son for our Trip to NY. Unfortunately I kept getting those bars that were several generations away from Home, many never even had been home. Anyway, this was just Grand. IRISH Owner who employs his Irish Nephew from Dublin. (Lovely lad) (My only complaint; I had an Irish coffee, thinking it would taste like it would at home. Yuck made out of American whiskey, but very happy thay i got to find a Real Irish Pub

Taylor is a breath of fresh air and is a very kind soul. She welcomed us and treated us like every day regulars. Because of this I highly recommend this bar at least while she is behind the bar. Love the atmospher and feel of the parlour pub. Thank again for making a couple of southerner feel so welcomed in the North.

Downstairs space with its own bar is great for renting out for larger events/parties. Otherwise the bar doesn’t have much appeal/character, but it is a bar on the UWS which is rare. The burgers are huge and really good!

I dont ever drink, but I said yes to meeting a friend here on Halloween night. My time spent here was short, I ordered a cider. I dont enjoy bars, but looking around at all the customers and the lively Upper West Side crowd, and the kaoroke and pool table, every seemed like they were having a great time. This was the bar where everyone knows your name for these locals. On a busy and hectic Halloween night, the bartender was incredibly calm and provided excellent service. He gave me a second cider free on the house! (Even though I didnt drink it.) If someone is looking for an Irish style pub on the UWS, Id reccomend this place.

Best place for Karaoke on the UWS! Levi rocks the house every Wednesday and Sunday night. The bartenders are pretty great too... and the food is AMAZING! One of our favorite spots in NYC!

Friendly Irish-style pub with the usual ales and ipas on tap and basic bar and pub food. Can get quite noisy as the night wears on. If youre looking for high-end food and beer/wine selection, try a different place.

If its even slightly busy they have no problem asking - repeatedly and aggressively - you to move even after youve been seated, ordered food, with drinks in hand. Obviously pandering to tourists more than locals. We left rather than endure any more of it. Get your overpriced, frozen mozzarella sticks somewhere else.Worth noting - they automatically add a 20% gratuity to a party of 2.

Popped in for a drink whilst waiting for a table elsewhere. No wait but the appetizers were surprisingly good. Guinness on draught as expected. Reasonable prices too. That British excuse for football was on the telly 😂

This is a fantastic establishment, youll feel very welcome from the minute you walk in. Drinks are reasonably priced, service is exceptional (especially Keera). Highly recommended. Mon the hoops.

Theyve got some issues...gotta keep those bartenders sober.And if security breaks up an incident between parties, it might be a good idea to politely ask them to leave rather than continue to let the situation stew from opposite sides of the bar.

What a bar should be... great service and great food and they really take care of their regulars. Friendly staff and owner is fantastic, best bar in the area by far.

The happy hour menu was misleading but the drinks they did have were pretty affordable. The wait service wasnt the best but got $4 bud lights, I suppose it was alright.

Pretty good hang out spot for a crowd. Drinks are cheap, staff is nice, patrons not too crazy.

Best bar in upper west side

I rented a place for a salsa party fundraiser downstairs and it was fantastic!!We loved the atmosphere and I would definitely recommend it for parties!!! 5 Stars!!!

Great causal drinking place. Went here with Zog Sports (where part of the proceeds go to charity) I respect that of this bar as well as having decent food.

Great bar, excellent selection of beer on tap and bottled. They also have some fun house drinks. My friend and I got beers and a shot of well tequila which definitely wasnt bad. The atmosphere is really nice, definitely feels like home. One of their TVs is a little broken because the red shows up as green so sitting at the bar this looked pretty trippy. Overall this is a nice place, the bartender was very nice and they take card or cash.

Love the Wednesday and Sunday karaoke nights!

The entire staff at the Parlour is more than welcoming and they are all great hosts. They took my very large party on a last minute call and worked late to host us without complaint. The bartenders are lively and hard workers while the manager and owner are cooperative and friendly.

The food is amazing and if your looking to have a party here you can its very fun! the food is amazing with a lot to choose from and the kids can enjoy picking a delicious meal to eat!

Eh. good for the late night go to drinks and some pool. Other than that, its whatever. I do like you can bring you own food though, since they dont serve any.

Great bartenders, but I found it far too loud to be enjoyable. Im not hard of hearing, but I could barely hear the other customers at my own table in the far corner of the upstairs level. The drinks were fine.

You can grab a burger, pint of Guinness, play some pool. The crowd skewed younger when I was there with friends. If you dont like blaring tvs - avoid football nights - as they are very loud and wont get turned down.The staff was helpful. We enjoyed our visit.

Never went there. Live around the corner. NOISY AF. No control of patrons coming out their back door being extra loud. NO RESPECT FOR THEIR NEIGHBORS. Noise level amphs up after 11pm on weeknights.

Just found this amazing Irish bar and had the most delicious meal (salmon and leek). Served by a very friendly and welcoming young Irish lass. Fully recommend.

Didnt get to enjoy the food. Went to a private party on the lower level (basement). Its a Large area with a full length bar and they have a small stage. Friendly and courthouse staff.

Pretty decent bar that appears to turn into a sports bar during peak times. Has enough space to dance if necessary and pretty upscale for an Irish bar. Casual drinking

Breat Burger and Great Beer Selection.

Bartender was awesome. She was personable and attentive. The Irish potato skins were amazing.

Three people sat down.Only I really enjoyed my food.My brother didnt like how his burger came out.My Mom ordered French toast and it was a mess.But our waitress Louisa, was kind, polite, and apologetic which kinda redeemed the entire experience.

Came here last night with a couple of friends and this place did not disappoint whatsoever had a great selection of beers on top really good pub food a nice area to play some darts and plenty of space so we didn’t feel too crowded… The bartenders and service were very good. Definitely be back soon

The bar wasnt that bad but the bouncer, Frank, on the other hand was an unprofessional prick. Me and 5 others entered and there was no one at the door. This ridiculously obese dude walks over to me and my friend while we were at the bar and says ID. My friend asks if he works there and Frank gives him an attitude. All Frank had to do was either (1) say yes because he looked like some random fat dude at the bar in a rangers shirt, or (2) park his self at the door and dont move. Security is there to deescalate problem situations not enhance them. If I wasnt such a nice guy then there would of more then likely been a problem. My advice is to ditch the troublesome security and hire a competent bouncer that doesnt give paying patrons trouble for no reason.
