Celebrated a family members bday here. It’s a cute and cozy spot, intimate atmosphere. The food was decent. The drinks were also okay. Was not happy at all paying $40 for two drinks because I was in a large group.

A friend and I stumbled across this place on a Friday. We were so glad we did. We sat at the bar. The drinks, service, and vibes were great. Elijah, the bartender, was great. I will take that trip from Brooklyn and return.

What an adorable bar/restaurant. Vibes are emasculate. Drinks are delicious and strong enough. In the summer they had love music on Thursdays which was a nice touch. This might be my new favorite spot in Harlem 🩷

Great Food and Drinks that will not break the budget here in Harlem!!💕💯I love the All day Happy Hour On Monday and Tuesdays, as well as Saturday and Sundays from 2 to 5pm. The staff is amazing and courteous!! Jojo, Kwame, Keke, Lauryn and Maurico!! Great staff!!

Seriously, tandoori chicken is soooooooooooooooooooooo small for 14 dollars. Oh my god the salad is like 10 dollars and just lettuce with one slice of avocado, and with someone else hair in the salad. This place is really bad. Honestly, I wouldnt even give 1 star!!!! do not waste your money on here.

I must say it was quite an experience. Something I’ve never seen in my 53 years of life. If I could leave NO STARS I would. My daughter and I purchased tickets for an event on 2/27/24 (which included a complimentary drink). We arrive and they seat us in the back. We were impressed with the ambiance and the music. The host was personable. Took our drink and food order. We ordered a few small plates to share because everything sounded so good. While waiting we noticed that the tables were sticky, unstable and the top of the material on the stools were nasty and broken. But that’s not the worse of it. The server brings what looked like was our order. We had ordered some wings, Bao buns, and pork belly fried rice. We received 3 wings, a small bowl of plain fried rice and 3 tacos. We were a little confused but proceeded to grab a wing and check the tacos. The server comes back, states that he had brought the incorrect order and that now had the correct order. He drops off 2 wings on our plate. Takes the bowl that had half of the fried rice, and takes the tacos and puts down the BAO buns. This is where it gets crazy…He takes my fork and motions that he’s going to take some of the fried rice to fill up the half full bowl of plain fried rice to give to the correct customer. I was just shocked. I literally asked him what are you doing? I had to say it again before it dawned on him that maybe he should stop. He then proceeded to take the tacos to the other customer. I have never encountered something like this. I will never ever go back there again. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was disgusted.

Bixi is a sweet find! Excellent cocktails, sexy cool vibe and fantastic plates of South Asian flavors. Wonderfully executed I must add. From the super friendly and knowledgeable Service to the just right spicy cocktail to the sublime coconut rice.A welcoming, new restaurant in Harlem.I recommend:Pale Rider cocktail, Short rib wontons, steam vegetable pot stickers tandoori chicken, shaved hanger steak. tempura bananas with chocolate sauce and rum whipped cream!

It was an amazing experience, the staff was great, and the food was maculate. I definitely recommend, it can get very busy, but it’s a good time no matter when you visit. Lauren is the absolute best. And Alex the manager was very kind.

Fun spot and a good vibe. However, drinks are crazy overpriced. What costs $20 here is $12 at mess hall up the block. Makes no sense, and they put an automatic gratuity. Even when the bartender isn’t welcoming or friendly, I have to tip them fully because the business tacks it on automatically? No sign that mentions this anywhere in the bar. Seems a bit shady. I wonder if they only do this since it’s in a Black neighborhood? They’ll never admit it, so I guess we will never know. Disappointing. Please stop pushing the ignorant stereotype that Black people don’t tip. Hire people that are actually good at customer service and then you won’t have a problem.

At first glance, it appears to be an elevated local watering hole with top shelf liquor and delectable small bites. As you venture deeper into the back, it opens up to a colorful cozy restaurant styled speakeasy vibe with velvet tufted seating and pretty impressive entrees!!!

The best place to come in Harlem! I’ve went to many places and this is the place I’ve always came back to! The bartenders. Food and atmosphere is unmatched! Great food, Prices and people!!

I had the late night food from the late night menu. Short rib fried wontons barley had meat in them but a lot of air. The wings could have been crispy and it would have tasted better and not so greasy. The fried duck pieces were good but oily inside. Perhaps I should come try the day time menu but idk. But good vibes at the bar. I felt safe and heard. The cocktails are great. I recommend their Margarita.

The service here is exceptional! Alex, Liam, Sarah and Elijah are so friendly. They all make you feel at home. The atmosphere is very inviting.

Theyre pretty solid. Ive only tried the tacos but its good enough that its worth the trip. The happy hour makes all the prices reasonable so keep that in mind when you will in. cheaper price quality food... 4 🌟 every time.

From the moment I walked in I knew I was in a special place. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful with the menu especially somebody with food sensitivities like myself. The cocktails are intriguing and delicious. The portions are perfect size and I highly recommend getting a bunch of smaller dishes and sharing. I look forward to going back again and again.

The food is very good and the staff is extremely friendly and attractive. I went here for a private event. The space was very relaxing and had a good vibe.

I liked this little spot. The drinks were fair to midland. I enjoyed the ambience. The backyard was nice, but it was it was way too hot to be outdoors. It was pretty uncomfortable indoors, as the air conditioner was a little weak. The staff was very pleasant.

One of my fave quaint little spots in the heart of the west side of Harlem with a fire playlist and cocktails. If Alex is behind the bar you’re in for a treat!

My daughter threw me an amazing 60th brunch at this establishment. I was so taken by the attention to detail that Ari, Laurie, Vanessa and Darius help my daughter execute for my milestone party she wanted for me. Honestly one of the best restaurant I’ve had in a while. Drinks were perfect. Not one complaint about the drinks. Food also is amazing from the beef rib wontons to the beef short rib sliders as appetizers!!!!! There’s a must try steamed shrimp spring roll with a lime peanut dipping sauce that’s to die for! For my entree I had the tandoori chicken and my date had the 5 slice baby back ribs, one of the most delicious entrees I’ve had in a while. Perfectly seasoned and plated. Also for dessert we had a tempura bananas were out of this world. Thumbs up for this experience!

Bixi is one of my favorite spots in Harlem. I have gone to Bixi over 5 times in the last two weeks, and I never get tired of it! Not only is it a great bar with awesome cocktails and a large assortment of spirits, but the music is always fantastic and the ambiance is very nice and chic. However, the best aspects of Bixi are the amazing food and staff! My favorite food items are the ribs, short rib wontons, and pork belly bahn mi sandwich. Everything is very flavorful and unique! For drinks, I recommend the tin tiger for sure! The atmosphere is fun and the crowd here is always lively. They even have a backyard with a fire pit that gives off a lot of warmth even during cold winter nights. I recommend this spot to anyone in Harlen...you wont find anything like it! Its a true gem!! :)

The atmosphere is really good in here. I always come for the music ands drinks, not so much the food of I want to be honest. I’ve had the short rib tacos (really good), pork belly tacos (it was just a pork taco) no crunchy piece of skin and it was seasoned at all. The Brussels sprout as a side was reallllly good!!! The should drop that the pork belly in the oil like they do the Brussel sprout!

Came here for Valentine’s brunch and it was perfect!! Staff were sweet and informative about all my questions. Creative and delicious cocktails, not just the standard old fashioned or gin & tonic you can make at home, but fun and different ingredients, my fav is Lucky Jim (hello yummy egg whites!). The food is also wonderful even though normally I’m not a big fusion food fan. In a hood full of chicken sandwiches, their chicken katsu on that home made bread really stands out. Already craving it again.Totally recommend this place. Thank me later.

Food was amazing, lots of flavorful choices. Has a really good vibe and loved the decor. Staff is warm and welcoming. Truly a great addition to the neighborhood. BIXI has a back yard area that is soon to open and will be spectacular for the warm weather. Strongly recommend this place!

Mark the owner was great. He really wanted input from his customers. The kitchen closes at 10pm and the close the door at 11pm. Possibly because of Covid. I suggest that during that hour the establishment provides Tortilla chips and mild and hot salsa. Which is easy for the the staff. And bar nuts preferably honey coated. You dont need two salty items. People need to eat whole drinking.

This is one of my favourite places in Harlem to enjoy expertly curated cocktails and food bursting with flavor. The staff is absolutely impeccable. They are so kind and caring with their hospitality. The cocktail I had was called “Stiletto” and the name definitely suits it well.

Caution...restaurants week menu is cheaper when ordered a la carte. I discovered days later that they actually charged us $78 for food that cost us $65 then actually asked us to come back to refund the difference when we live in Westchester. Also, you probably shouldnt eat in there rear outdoor seating because we saw RATS out there. Despite all that the inside had a cute little dining area in the back. Food was excellent. Tandoori chicken was so juicy and flavorful & the coconut rice was good. The ribs are tender with a tangy Korean bbq sauce & comes with a refreshing salad. The only thing that I wasnt crazy about was the tempura banana, nothing exciting there. Yama was very nice. Sadly we wont revisit again because of how they handled the error on their part.

They cut a spring roll in half and tried to charge me $6 for 2.

The Bartenders are Amazing! Alex, Sarah and Liam are so Amazing and they make you feel at home.

It’s a whole vibe! Restaurant week menu was great with the shrimp roll and the mango salad apps… that peanut sauce is everything! As far as dinner, the cod was the best filet o fish over rice I’ve ever had… the lo mein tho, chef was heavy on the soy sauce. The pineapple upside down desert is definitely the way to go, but you wanna do it with either the coconut or mango sorbet. The Hullabaloo is a less cultured morir soñando while the pale rider offers a margarita spiked with spice and salt from the Himalayas. The playlist during service conduced involuntary body movements in remembrance of 99’s and the 2000’s. Definitely a must go, enjoy.

Ive become a fixture at this gem of a restaurant located in Harlem. From the time you enter Bixi you are taken in by the ambience, and made to feel welcome by the staff. The food is mouthwatering and my margaritas were perfect! My favorites are ithe Udon Noodles, the Vegetarian Summer Rollls, and the grilled shrimp salad!!! Treat yourself to a unique dining experience!!!

6/22/23: Nice little spot for a quick bite, good drink and idle chatter. The fried chicken was surprisingly good 8/10, yam fried w/ ginger sauce 5/10, and roast duck spring rolls 6.5/10. Drinks solid 7/10. Recommend for a quick spot with friends or first date casual meet up.

From its opening I have fallen in Love with this interesting clientele, exotic menu and personable vibe. The decor reminds me of old school North African Morocco and even now during our pandemic, the staff is warm and welcoming. Got a date? Make Bixi a destination in Harlem!

Beautiful locale..May not look it from the entrance but once in its beautifully decorated. It feels like you entered a whole different place...the food was delicious..much to my surprise I learned that the owners also own Lido(no wonder the food is divine)..great service...will definitely go again

If you haven’t been to BIXI yet, add it to one of your MUST visit destinations in Harlem! The decor is breathtaking and transports you to an exotic place, the cocktails give classic ones an unexpected twist, and the tapas style menu gives you the opportunity to try everything! The pork belly Bahn mi, chicken katsu sliders, short rib wontons and 5 spice baby back ribs are DELICIOUS!

Perfect spot for drinks and small/ medium plates with friends. We went on a Tuesday night, and it had a good weeknight vibe with music that was just loud enough to keep things upbeat without drowning out the conversation.

The cocktails were delicious. Maurice was a lovely bartender. Also got to speak with the owners, Mark and Suzanna who were super friendly. The level of hospitality is ridiculous.

I’ve been waiting for this place to open as soon as I saw the sign go up and it did not disappoint. The short rib wantons were a savory-crispy dream. We also got the crab corn cake and bahn mi - both great. Do yourself a flavor-favor and check this new Harlem joint out. Excited for there soon to come brunch menu.

Had the 5 Spice Baby Back Ribs and it was absolutely mouthwatering. A sizable portion that is reasonably price. Great food and drinks coupled with great service, with the ambiance and decor to match. I think Bixi has become one of my favorite go-to places in Harlem. I will definitely go back again and again.

A little gem in the wall

Great atmosphere. Above average food. We had the avocado & greens salad, yam tempura, and duck spring roll as starters. The first two were delightful; the third was ok. Our main was the peanut udon noodles with shrimp. Delicious! Finished with the pineapple upside down cake. The cake was a bit dry for our taste, but the caramelized pineapple on top and the coconut ice cream were very good. All in all... Bixi is well on its way to earning a spot in our regular rotation.

Hands down, Bixi is one of my fav bars in Harlem. It gives me that Cheers feeling where everybody knows your name and the bartenders greet you by first name.Bixi is the neighborhood bar with excellent happy hour specials, great vibes, and time-to-time live musicShoutout to Kiki, the bartender, for always being so personable and knowledgeable. On any given day, you can tell KIki what spirit or vibe you are in, and she delivers.

My absolute favorite place in Harlem. Must try the Pale Rider when there. Ambiance is always great people always great. It can get a bit tight so you might want to wear a mask if you are iffy about people in small places.

Words don’t really do this place justice. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve been transported to another world. Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, the sounds, the smells, the vibe, Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Muddy Waters, the sophistication, the deep red lacquered walls, the high gloss black wainscoting, the antique gold fixtures, sleek graphite zinc bar, the food, the food, the food..... And the cocktails, which look like works of art whipped up by some magical being. This is Harlem’s new crown jewel.

Really good food & drinks! They are a sister restaurant to Lido, but their menu is so much more fun. I had crab and coconut corn cakes ones, and also the beef short rib wontons. They also have unique cocktails.

A wonderful gem. The cocktail list is impressive, they have a wonderful mezcal cocktail & their old fashion has a nice twist. Jo was super helpful and informative with what to get if you’re a picky drinker.The decor and vibe is beautiful, definitely not expected from the outside.The small plates were good, the green salad was amazing but was let down by the veggie potstickers.

The pork belly ban mhi and the chicken catsu and the wings are the greatest thing I have ever put in my mouth. Get them!! The service is awesome and everyone could not have been more accommodating and lovely. The back garden is the perfect place to enjoy a meal, especially this time of year. My favorite new restaurant, and I am picky!!

Blown away by both the food and atmosphere at Bixi! It was a nice night, so we were able to enjoy the back outdoor patio area. The Ribs and Bahn Mi sandwich were both phenomenal. The Bartender, Kwame, was fantastic. Great personality to have behind the bar and his cocktails were on point (The Tin Tiger was awesome). Bixi just joined the neighborhood (sister restaurant to Lido) and i hope that it survives the pandemic because i just had such a memorable meal. i ordered the pork belly bahn mi which was absolutely delish! it had all the right components and perfect ratio—soft crusty bread, sweet and savory pork, creamy avocado, tamari mayonnaise, cilantro, etc. the dressing that came with the side salad is addictive. the staff were also very kind and inviting. i cant wait to visit again and try more items! cheers x

Went to Bixi On Harlem’s famed restaurant row for date night with my wife and we were treated to a sensory and tastebud overload of exotic flavors. The decor and ambience, the music, the cocktails and the food were all amazing, as was the service. We sat on the back terrace, which was surprisingly tranquil and cozy. Definitely recommend BiXi to anyone looking for a new foodie experience!

The environment of Bixi Harlem is a calming space to relax. They were brillant to set a lounge with the decorative cool vibe that reminded me of old jazz scenes back in the day in Harlem. The colors of the walls, seats, tables and dimmed lights all celebrated the vibe of a laid back comfy space.The drinks were fantastic of course, enough to keep them coming as you enjoyed the scenery. The food had a flare of of taste from around the globe that blowed my mind wanting to sample everything on the menu. With that said, I will most certainly be a returning customer.Truly enjoyed the Short Ribs Fried Wontons - your mouth will melt with the spices and the Undon Noddles were a hit too.

Look out Harlem, Bixi has arrived! Wow. What a cool, hip place with amazing food and drinks. Absolutely LOVED the Udon, just a lovely bowl of flavor and the noodles were perfectly chewy but cooked. Just a well executed representation of a classic dish. And I just have to mention the Baby Back Ribs. My wife flipped out they were so good. Perfectly tender and tangy from that rockin sauce. Just a burst of flavor. I could go on but you get the point. Ok I lied, the Hanger Steak was fantastic as well. Served perfectly cooked and I dont think I have better rice than that coconut rice. Ok thats it. I look forward to returning and introducing my friends and family to this lovely new establishment on FD BLVD in the very near future!

Great bar service from the Bar men for Saturdays brunch drinks. Try our Cannes Royale rum when youre there.

The quality of food is not that good, but very pricy comparing the quantity of food. It is too overcharged. It is cheapest restaurant.
