Nice hidden bar in hotel lobby! Very good service. Kinda surprised to find a cute quiet bar on a weekend. Drinks are very expensive though almost $24 per glass
The ambience was great. When you plop down in an overly plush armchair next to a fireplace it is sure to feel indulgent. The charcuterie plate came with honeycomb, which was a nice touch. The olives were tasty. The cocktails were fair but left something to be desired. While the ingredients seemed like tasty combinations they were overly iced, making them harder to enjoy and leading them to quickly become watery. Prices were at an expected level. Ill have to come back and give it another try; next time without the ice.
The interior looked wonderful, with a distinctive, luxurious style, fireplaces, in a new high-end hotel, but that is as far as the love affair went. This might be good for groups, but was not good for my spouse and I, since the the music was a too loud and the service was poor. We left shortly after arriving, cancelling our order of crudite, finishing our drinks, then heading around the corner for a meal at Marconis. The good:- Gorgeous interior, with distinctive international flavor.- The proseccos we ordered were very tasty.- The hotel staff, doormen and concierges were helpfulThe gripes:- While I was waiting for my wife, I noticed several rough edges, outlet cover on the floor that did not close, a Macys box on the counter, and iPad plugged into the wall, which made this gorgeous environment less appealing.- When I asked if I should get our own drinks, I was told by a concierge that someone would come out. Five minutes later, no one came, so I walked up to the bar for menus. She apologized as the bartender had only been working with them for two (2) days.- After sitting, and the bartender came over, we asked what the white wine on the menu was - there was only one - a name we did not know, but neither did he.
Went here before catching a show at the Cutting Room . Already made plans to go back
We just came here for some drinks before heading out for dinner. The roof top bar is great, the views a minimal but the atmosphere was great and the drinks were lovely.I had the whisky flight, which was delicious. The service was super friendly.
The food and the drinks were great ❤️Had a lovely sister time together 💞
So passionate. Vanilla liqueur and pure passion fruit... maracuya... parcha... this drink was so good. I want to recreate it at home.
Absolutely fabulous service. The staff is very kind and attentive. The views and peaceful environment is what makes this place a golden nugget in this busy city.
I must admit at first I wasnt sure about this hotel especially during covid. The moment I walked into the hotel I was extremely happy. The aroma and the decor of the hotel was on point, the hotel staff and room service was on its game, and the cocktails at the bar were on point. The Turkish bathhouse and pool was a really nice touch. I highly recommend it 👌
Beautiful lounge. Lovely African arts all over the place. Service was lovely as well
Cozy spot in the lobby of The Marmara Park Avenue, NYC. Solid snacks & drinks.
Bad food. Bad service. Very expensive. The ambiance is nice
Trust me, don’t waste your time or your money.
Met a friend over a couple of drinks. Excellent decor and service. Loved the complimentary bar nuts - came in 3 flavors.
Great staff but a little pricey..Rooftop is amazing during spring and summer.
Good place to have a cocktail and meet to talk
