This coffee shop is definitely a treasure! Grant the barista was excellent, he made the coffee experience even better with his friendliness and the great brewing techniques. The environment is great for work, especially because there are comfortable chairs where one can work with their laptop and still feel comfortable. It is always hard to find a mistake in the drinks as they are always of high quality and the pastries are even better. The owner’s espresso blend that is used is very unique and tasty it is bright and sweet with a caramel flavor. The design of the interior is really sophisticated – there are comfortable couches painted in green color with gold details and malachite bars, which makes the place cozy and sophisticated. There was a small problem with the espresso machine, but the workers were very positive and responsive. I would strongly suggest this place for a great cup of coffee and a great atmosphere!

Pleasantly discovered this coffee spot on a whim on the way to somewhere else. The highlight here was definitely the beautiful interior, especially the emerald green counter, table tops and chairs.

The coffee was good…I got a mocha. The barista was not overly friendly but that’s a personal preference. She did the job.If you plan to meet a friend or plug in to work, do not sit in the back corner by the employee door. They had it propped open when I was there and cigarette smoke kept wafting in along with flies every once in a while. Blegh. I had to leave and go work at another shop I couldn’t handle it.

The place is super cute and was not busy when I visited. The coffee was good but not my favorite. It is a bit too bitter for my preference. Nevertheless, the atmosphere and service was really good and I would definitely return.

A small spot to grab coffee! Pretty neat.Cappuccino was not creamy, unfortunately. But the coffee flavor was good. Great balance with bright fruity notes, brownish deep hints mixing with milk.I would try black coffee next time just for the beautiful coffee taste.

Lovely coffee bar with a speciality blend! The barista was very welcoming and sweet and the music was tasteful and at a low volume. There weren’t a ton of places to sit, but some folks were still doing work at the tables so it was a nice atmosphere.I’m always on the lookout for unique espresso since the oat milk lattes I favor are obviously so milk-heavy, and I found this shop’s blend to be delightful. Very bright and sweet (instantly clocked a caramel note), and the barista told us that the owner created the blend themselves- and they designed the beautiful shop! I included a video (the fast parts were to preserve some anonymity for the barista and patrons!), but the malachite bars and dark, earthy tones were so wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had such a great time at Kilogram Cafe! Rio was amazing and made us feel so at-home. We had a cold brew, margarita, and the orange cream latte and they were all so yummy. We will be back for sure!

Just had one of the best coffee at this cozy spot! Theyve got a top-notch Marzocco coffee machine – one of the best globally. The staff is super chill, creating a friendly vibe. Totally recommend it to fellow coffee lovers! ☕

Looks pretty and cozy. But unfortunately coffee is bitter, feels like burned when it was roasted.

Must try if you like quality coffee and a friendly staff. I Spent 4 days in the area for a quick city trip and managed to return here twice. Nice little vibe inside we loved it! Thank you!

I had to go to DMV close by and knew that in that area it’s all commercially chained coffee shops so I googled coffee shops close by and found this gem! Oh my goodness! As someone who learned to truly appreciate coffee while living in Italy, I had to get on here and leave a review because between the steamed oat milk to the coffee beans they use, my latte was delicious!

Great hidden Chelsea cafe! Some decent seating available and less crowded than others in the area. Vibes here are more casual too with a few people getting work done and Baristas reading books

Plenty of seating, good coffee, and great study vibes. Im a musician and I love to do arranging work here because they play music QUIETLY. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and accommodating!

Beautifully decorated small cafe near Penn Station. The interior designer really did a great job. The finishes make you feel like you entered another decade. The food and coffee itself isn’t great. It might be because of the milk they used but my iced vanilla oat milk latte was borderline good. The vanilla flavoring is the same standard flavoring Starbucks or other non-speciality cafes use. There is no depth to the vanilla and it tastes artificial. The oat milk they use is too watery and not rich enough to complement the taste of the espresso. As for the dessert, the chocolate chip cookie is very soft but is slightly strange in chew. Also, it is very sweet for a cookie (which may work for others but does not work for me).There are some window seats as well as some seats with tables in the back but I’m not sure if there are restrooms as it shares the entrance with a hotel/apartment.

Good coffee (tried the flat white) and free wifi - good place to work! Is a little hidden in that street, so many tables were available.

Pretty quaint place. The barista is a nice fun person and they are very accommodating. The coffee isnt the best but its still better than most places and was fresh.

I was in town from Boston and I was given the best service with the best smile. Even though the espresso machine wasnt working, it didnt affect her whatsoever.She provided service with the best attitude.The latte (before it broke) and caprese were A+.Atmosphere was awesome!

Great place to sit and get work done – laptop-friendly. Only cafe around that had seating at noon! Coffee was good in flavor, but the cappuccino was mediocre in terms of the execution. Nevertheless, the staff was polite and helpful. Other negatives that bump the rating down: the bench seating isnt the most comfortable and the bathroom wasnt very clean. Still a great option for working in Flatiron/NoMad.

One of my favorite coffee shops! Their coffee is consistently amazing, the espresso pulled is really good, and the staff is very friendly.The interior decor and vibe is really good as well, with plush green couches and seating, and gold accents. Since they have free Wifi, it’s a nice place to grab a coffee and pastry, and get some work done.

Small shop with wifi, outlets, bathroom, and seating for parties of 2! Ive been here at least 5 times since they opened, and theyve never disappointed. Their cappuccino is one of the best Ive had among coffee shops, and the staff are always super friendly and accommodating. They also offer a pastries, including apple danish, croissants, pound cake-type breads.

Kilogram is a hidden gem in W29th. It is ran by the ever-so-sweet barista, Genesis. Its cozy, calm atmosphere is great pit stop from getting away from the busy streets of NYC. All the drinks are top notch, and the selection of baked goods are nice. If you ever need a place to catch your breath, drink great coffee, and chat with someone, look no further than Kilogram!

Bad coffee, and at the end of the day that’s all that matters in a coffee place.Ordered a latte, the coffee was totally burnt, had to throw it halfway through as I just couldn’t drink anymore.

Service and selection are nice. Never had an issue with that... however they dont accept cash and that makes it difficult to shop there. I wish I could use them more often.
