Average Italian cafe with Java drinks and some eats. Tiny tarts looked fresh but the viennoiseries near closing time looked deflated. I had an espresso which was fine. The service was brisk. The interior is tiny but there is outdoor seating.
Staying at a Times Square Hotel and didnt want Starbucks or Dunkin, found this little place nearby. Enjoyed hot and iced coffee and muffin, with many other choices available. Good service. Many locals coming and going while I was there, which is a very good sign. Definitely choose Masseria over Starbucks or Dunkin.
Very small coffee shop with terrace. Took americano with double shot of expresso, no milk or sugar. Coffee’s really good without any bitterness, although I prefer it a bit stronger. The chocolate-banana muffin was so fresh and delicious!
That was the best mocha latte I have ever had in my life. Thank you staff for such a fun quick experience while ordering. The atmosphere is amazing.
The place is small but it has few tables outside so thats a plus. I got a Caprese sandwich ( hot ) and was pretty good 8.5 out of 10 . The price was $12. Size pretty good.
I will dream of the day I get to come back here! I live in Tokyo and there are many great coffee shops here. I keep searching for a decent one in NYC and finally found a GOOD TASTY coffee and bakery in Masseria!! Great flat white, latte and cortado. Ham cheese Panini was awesome (im sure their name is more refine than this)But this cafe is unpretentious, not pack as the trendy spots around. they have counter seating and semi outdoor with a heater. This is great for quick bites, great savoury and sweet options.also coffee are creamy! (not watery like the rest in NYC)
A very good address for breakfast or a quick gourmet break. The team is friendly. The menu offers plenty of choice and its good.
After spending three months in the US, I was finally able to get my hands on some real coffee that isnt served in a to-go cup. The Lavazza coffee smell brought me back home. The cornetto con Nutella was fantastic. Staff is great!
Surprisingly good. Plenty of choices for breakfast.Good amount of seats. I enjoyed my morning coffee here.. and in the 10-15 minutes maybe 30 people passed got their morning fuel haha.. I think it is a favorite spot for office peeps in the area..
This is where New Yorkers go. Amazing coffee and yogurt parfait. Kind employees. Photo and signature of Italian soccer star Pelle have pride of place on their walls. Small, yet offers outdoor and indoor seating.
I ordered their Panino Caldo and was looking for a simple iced mocha with almond milk, and theirs is by far my favorite. The first sip was amazing. My boyfriend, who doesn’t like coffee as much as I do, also couldn’t stop drinking it and referred to it as crack! Definitely will be back.
I’ve been to this cafe a few times - they always give a small discount to people who are residents of the building nearby.I came with a group of 4 people: my 2 roommates and my dad who was visiting. My dad ordered a coffee and asked if we could get the resident discount. The female employee replied, “They live here, you don’t!” We thought she was joking, as it seemed to be sarcastic at first. She then asked if we wanted to order anything else, but my roommates and I didn’t want anything at that moment. When we didn’t order anything else, she looked at my dad and said, “Well, too bad.” And punched in the coffee order without the discount. Now, I don’t mind paying full price and so understand that some places have strict rules on their discounts. However, this could have easily been explained in a kind manner. The employee was incredibly rude and extremely entitled. She continued to turn her nose up at us and roll her eyes while the male employee was making the coffee. I was appalled by her behavior and had to stop myself from making our entire group walk out without the coffee. A small discount for the father of somebody who lives next door (when I, as the resident, was standing right next to him) doesn’t seem like a big deal to me. And mind you, my dad partially pays the rent so he is nearly a resident himself. I have gotten the discount for my friends before and never had any issue - but I have never seen this employee before. She entirely ruined the atmosphere. As I mentioned, I have been living nearby in their partner building for years. I have visited Masseria Cafe a handful of times, but I will never be coming back. It’s a shame that she treated us this way, as it is such a convenient morning stop for the residents. I’ll be letting my friends in the building know about this incident and posting it on the building’s resident forum as well. Her behavior was unacceptable.Unless you’re wanting a sour start to your morning, I’d recommend looking elsewhere for coffee and pastries.
First time visit. Cute coffee shop, great muffin, not too sweet. Good coffee. We come back.
Overpriced baked goods. Almond Croissant was burnt & more of a tough bread & hardly any filling.
Tiny place with fabulous coffee n pastry 🎂
Small place near broadway with phenomenal pastries. Would definitely recommend!
The coffee is so good!!Found them as a meeting point. Turned out to be a great find for me and will be my go to coffee spot when I’m near Columbus Circle!
I was able to visit this establishment 2/4 days I was staying in NYC. By far the best coffee shop I’ve visited. For coffee I had a macchiato and cappuccino. Both were so authentic to the Italian style. The coffee was smooth and rich. I had 2 different pastries for breakfast. One was their style of a cinnamon roll. It had raisins, apricot jam and cinnamon in a pastry swirl. It was delicious! I could eat that every morning. The second pastry I had was a orange zest, ricotta stuffed puff pastry. The crunch in the outside was out of this world and the zest of the orange with the creamy smooth ricotta on the inside was melt in your mouth. Something else that I could eat all the time. The staff were very polite and kind. Smiles on their face and enjoyed interacting with the customers. I can’t wait to come back and eat at this establishment again.
Amazing local coffee place in the area! Great coffee, pastries, sandwiches and salads. My personal favorite is Girella, pastry with raisins. Their coffee is also great with plenty non-dairy alternatives and decaf! Not to forget to mention - staff are very friendly and efficient at all times, even when it’s very busy!
Quaint little Cafe. Enjoyed a Good cappuccino and cannolo custard cream and mini tarts. Some of NYPD stopped in too for Coffee
Very modern and good vibe place. Good coffee and sandwiches. But if the staff is more kind, it will be the perfect place. Long wait lines expected at the morning.
Quaint caffe and bakery shop oozing with delicious pastries and breakfast sandwich aromas. Ok coffee.
Surprisingly great and reasonably priced coffee in the Theatre District. I came in for a quick coffee and ended up with a well made cappuccino that actually reminded me of Italy, which is hard to find in NY. Im happy to know this place exists when going to see shows in the area.
Excellent place, the staff is very friendly! The food is great and the coffee is amazing!!
My bf and I ran into this place while on our way to a show. It was so good! I was skeptical bc not all NY coffee shops are good and we came in here without reading any reviews, but I was very happy with it. I recommend the apple pie latte.
Had a wonderful cappuccino there this morning and am already looking forward to my visit again tomorrow. Very friendly staff, extremely fast service and wonderful pastry offerings in the case (even though I didn’t indulge. Yet!). Best part of the hotel we chose is the location of this lovely coffee shop!!
Very tight space, a few people max it out. I couldnt stay and wait, left, not worth it.
Quick & friendly service paired with gourmet breakfast and coffee/beverage options. Conveniently located in the theatre district right off Times Square. The sister restaurant located next door is a very good upscale option too
Look, this is one of my favorite spots but I was given the rudest attitude I’ve ever experienced for absolutely no reason. I asked a very polite question and then she kept interrupting my order and was not even the person taking care of me. I don’t understand this and it was completely unnecessary and uncomfortable. I was very hungry from working and running around all day on a Sunday and am anemic. I just needed something quick to refuel and didn’t have much money at that particular moment. I’ve spent a lot there and that is no ones business. I will make a five star review later when they redeem themselves. But this was really bad and I don’t think in line with the business I know.
Cousy place two tables and a small counter.. most people pick up and leave. Loved the fact that they still serve using ceramic cups, as i have paper cups. Ordered cappuccino and tried a slice lemon cake that was offered for free.. the order was delicious. I loved coffee flavor. It is to my liking. Definitely coming back again. I will try their sandwiches.
Think about a typical New York Italian place: this is it. Its exactly what you can think of!Wonderful ravioli!
Best latte Ive had in Manhattan so far. Its at least on par with my local coffee shops in Seattle. They didnt scorch the milk, or overheat the shot.
To the owner of this shop: hire staff that is trained to sell your products. I asked what kind of tea they had, twice, and the person behind the counter insisted in responding if you tell me what you want, Ill let you know if we have it. Needless to say, I didnt order any tea. Note that teas are for sale, but not available on your menu, which is why we asked. When my friend asked what milk options they had, this employee insisted on providing the same response. We walked out without making any purchases. That is revenue lost. There is plenty competition around your business.
One of the best Coffee Ive ever had. 👌
My daughter goes to school nearby and we stop at this cute Bakery some mornings to get a nutella bombolone as a special treat for her. Great food, great staff, great service. They are the best!
My desserts and coffee were really delicious
Their coffee is sublime and pastries are excellent. The cafe has a small outlet for to-go orders just one door away from the main cafe itself. I have ordered coffee and pastries several times from the outlet, and I dont know any other places in the neighborhood where you can order a croissant and have them fill it with anything youd like. I ordered a croissant that they filled with Nutella, and it was delicious. Anytime I am in NYC, I try to stop by this place. If a small outlet could have a Michelin star, Id vote for them to get two, because this place is most definitely worth a detour!
Best caffè near Times Square where you can have a truly Italian breakfast.
A really nice bakery! A little crowded if more than one person is in there, but for a quick grab and go it is a good spot! Delicious cookies too!
Excellent place for a quick bite. They have a little of everything and my favorite apple juice. The staff was courteous and quick to fill my order for four people. There is some seating outside. I recommend this place for those on the go or to take back to the hotel.
Absolutely amazing place, the best coffee we had in NY during the whole week and really tasty cake & panino caldo. Such a shame we found it the last day of our stay in NY, will defo come back next time. Great location, reasonable prices.
Excellent cappuccino made with fabulous roasted beans. Prosciutto brioche sandwich delicious. Went with a friend for breakfast who also loved it. Tiny place but staff are tip top.
Good pastries but not very eco-friendly: we stayed in but were given single use cups; plastic plants outside. Coffee ok but not amazing
Delicious food and coffee. I think theres construction going on, so seating is limited.
A very nice coffee in a City that I love
Cozy, small coffee shop with delicious coffee and pastries. Will definitely come again
I ordered the ricotta cheese cake, raspberry tart, lemon meringue tart, and the cannolini (I think?)Ricotta cheese cake - rich dairy cream flavor, do not mistake this for a NY style cheese cake. Its less dense, no tartness, and very tasty. The crust is nothing special. Id get this again.Raspberry tart - this is a jam-style tart, the filling is basically pure raspberry preserves with seeds. The texture was a little too much like eating preserves out of a jar for my tastes, its pretty dense. Also a bit too sweet. Very concentrated raspberry flavor thoughLemon meringue - classic, textbook lemon meringue. Good balance of tartness and sweetness in the lemon curd, the meringue was very stable and didnt weep overnight. Perfect.Cannolini - the outside is a very airy dough of sorts, similar to a croissant but its crisp and breaks into chunks rather than shattering. The filling has a strong hit of lemon which is good but the ricotta doesnt shine like in the classic cannoli (shoutout to Bostons north end). They are filled to order though which I appreciate. The guys at the counter were nice and the prices were fair. I think the cheese cake was 4.50, tarts maybe 3.50? and the cannolini was $2
Very friendly staff but coffee was weak and didnt have much flavor.
Small but efficient caffe with great outdoor space.
Best bread Ive had in Portugal ! Im a baker at a large sourdough bakery in Canada, and was very happy to eat some good naturally leavened bread.Would strongly recommend the seeded whole grain loaf.
Cozy and authentic Italian bakery with delicious coffee and yummy panini. Highly recommend!
I loved this cafe . Literally the best of New York, the cornettos were heavenly . And the coffee tasted the same as in Rome . They literally have the same cups . You can see in my first picture the one of this location and in the second one the one from Italy
My Italian coffe❤️❤️❤️
The service is phenomenal. They were very nice and remembered me everytime I came in. the raspberry crossaint are delicious my husband loved the everything bagel and their coffee is way better than Starbucks 😄😄😄😄😄if I ever come back to Ny I will definitely come here again
Espresso is ok but far from great. Unfortunately.
Crazy rude staff member who cant even seem to handle telling customers what they have in stock without giving attitude. Hot chocolate was decent, though.
Best little coffee shop in midtown. Lovely staff and coffee it’s really well done 🤍🤍🤍
Meh - luke-warm hot chocolate on the small side on a very very cold evening wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. Hot chocolate was good just not hot
Really nice bakery items, especially liked the focaccia. Prices are reasonable. The croissants/cornetti are good and not too sweet. If you just stepped off a plane from Europe, you’ll be disappointed. Despite the taste, the consistency isn’t great. Location itself isn’t great either and staff not super friendly.
I was here around 1030am, the selection of pastries were pathetic. Mostly sandwiches and salads lett... not even a basic chocolate crossiant... nothing great 😌
Perfect spot for a quick and delicious bite before a broadway show. Recommend the Milano panini 👍
The coffee was fine compared to.other choices in the airport, but still not so good compared to.the rest of the world
Delicious, perhaps the best sfogliatella Ive ever had. Almond croissant also rocks. Wish the capp was a little hotter, but its very tasty.
I was looking for a classic espresso bar in Manhattan since some claim to be, are too commercial, or simply are more focused on the flare and flashiness of coffee. This place is none of those, and has become my go to spot anytime I am now in midtown. Got a cortado, and I had to go get another since it was just too good to pass up.Also ordered one of the turkey sandwiches. Get it toasted. Delicious. A very no nonsense take on just making good tasting coffee. My drink didn’t even have latte art and it tasted better than any other place I’ve tried in nyc. Go check it out.
Love this caffè!! They have excellent coffee and cappuccinos, amazing sandwiches, salads, and sweet treats. They also have a white sauce vegetarian lasagna that’s out of this world. I’m a meatasaurus and I like it better than the meat lasagna. ($10.75)They currently have this insane hot chocolate that tastes like delicious warm liquid chocolate pudding that’s not too sweet. Get the small. It’s enough. But it’s so good.Great service and great food & drinks. What more could you ask for?
Finally! Good coffee !! (Not a *bucks!!)So glad to have found it, worth the 2 minute detour from Broadway!
I got different items here. The croissant is crispy and soft but interestingly this is the first time I tasted the egg when having a croissant instead of butter. I also got the Nutella tart since they ran out of the apricot one that day. The shell is thin and with a crunchy texture which is outstanding. Good choice for chocolate lover but it was a little bit dull for me. Last, coffee is great!
Amazing coffee, but very expensive
Their ice coffeeUsing their coffee beansTastes delicious !Light, not so bitter, tiny but sour.
I love everything about this little coffee shop. The employees, the cappuccino, the little tarts! I visit every week when I pass by. :D
Super food, super staff, super atmosphere.Great place to start your day !!I recommend !
Coffee and food were great. Totally recommend it.
Overpriced. The pastry were second grade freshness. No bathroom. Very pedestrian coffee.
Love this spot. We have been coming up to this part of NYC for several years and so happy we found great coffee, pastries and outstanding service.
The best latte I have found in the area!!And real great fresh pastries 🥐👌🏽
The best coffee in NYC. Period. If you are tired from bad coffee and want one in Italian quality this is the only one I found
This is the best coffee shop EVER! Amazing pastries and even more amazing staff! Try the bomboloni!
The cappuccino was delicious! I also got a caprese panino that was amazing, especially the flavor of the tomatoes. You can tell that the quality of the ingredients is great!
Good little bakery. Fresh pastries and good coffee.
Excellent breakfast selection, pastries and beverages. Great service and reasonable prices.
Amazing lavazza coffee
Delicious panino caldo stuffed with prosciutto and cheese! Perfect way to start the work day.
Solid espresso 👌. The shop is tucked around the corner from times square
Really nice espresso and great prices for area.
Delicious! I tried a chocolate pastry and the coffee is great
Great coffee. Small seating area inside.
Didnt try any of their baked goods (although they looked good!), but the latte was great! Coffee-forward without any bitterness or burnt-flavor. It is a VERY tiny shop, while still being quaint with lots of charm. There is also a nice little outdoor patio area which provides additionally seating.
Gem in the heart of Times Square. This cozy Italian cafe has very capable and friendly baristas, and the pastry selection are amazing. For breakfast I highly recommend the frittata rustica.
Coffee and pastries were good. Selection wasnt all that, and neither was the bagel.
Coffee is good, and processed for coffee is fair, but the food was too expensive to try. $4.25 for a donut! Couldn’t do it.
They have very good coffee and sweet selection and maintain a clean cozy outdoor seating.
Our favorite new coffee/breakfast spot!😍
Cheesecake was stupendous and so was the service. Wish I brought the whole cheesecake home.
Perfect coffie and snacks!
We arrived at 7:15PM on Friday to get a coffee before going to a show and AFTER we paid for the coffee my daughters went outside to sit down and I was told rudely that they were closing and we couldn’t stay. The website shows their hours as open on Fridays until 8:00PM. To top it all off the coffee was awful. Do not go here.
Authentic Italian bakery, a pleasant surprise close to Broadway.
Best Italian bar/coffee shop in New York City
Very quaint little caffè. I ordered a latte and a croissant and they were both amazing. The shop owner was very sweet and the atmosphere was welcoming. If youre looking for good coffee definitely stop here
Tasty coffee and sandwiches, surprisingly not so expensive.
My favorite spot for coffee in the city, without a doubt!! Been going here for few years. Staff alway nice, welcoming and just the Best ❤️
BEST latte and croissants in times square area! Latte was so tasty and rich. Had the food as well but it was a bit overpriced and not as impressive but definitely go for.a latte and croissant!
Great coffee and baked goods. Small inside but patience and you will be rewarded with the perfect latte.
Buonissimo!!!My secure breakfast point close to my hotel!
I stopped here every morning while I was in NYC. Fantastic coffee and the pastries were great too.
Pros: food and beverage quality; sandwiches are good, healthy choice of apple and orange juice. Turkey panini was the best for our table.Cons: coffee is average, hot chocolate tastes like syrup. Service is average but not great, place is small, music is loud.
The best coffee weve had in New York.
Nice coffee & sandwich for take out
I really like the cappuccino here
Go where they know how to make Java. Outstanding caffe latte!!
Best coffee I had in NY. Really good pastries and sandwiches as well
Mean cashier making fun of someone for not knowing anything about coffee when they are trying to order. Not a great experience
Their latte is great, haven’t found a better latte in the area. Also, their almond croissant with raspberry filling is amazing. High recommended.
Great coffee ☕️ Excellent service. The sandwiches and paninis are delicious 😋 the bakery 🧁 are fresh. 💯 recommended
They have good coffee and croissants. I dont recommend sitting outside because the street smells.
Very cozy location with excellent croissant. wish there were more tables
Very cute cafe with good iced lattes and very friendly staff!
Believe the others! This place nailed it! I stopped in to get my morning coffee and breakfast sandwich. I had a small coffee and Coronetto con uvo (croissant with egg) at the cashiers suggestion I added Prosciutto and Asiago. The sandwich was freshly made with real ingredients and twice the size of anything Starbucks offers. Whether your visiting from out of town or a local, this is a great place to visit.
Awesome food. This is now one of my favorite Italian restaurants.
Authentic Italian coffee and European desserts. Treat for your taste buds!
The hardest working crew in a coffee shop. Great red eyes, and fabulous Cafe mochas
Finally we found great coffee shop i work in hk best barbers which is 2 blocks walk & our team got in love with the coffee from this shop, you guys will see us everyday thank you.
Coffee was great, Sandwichs were tasty
Great coffee and croissant from a tiny shop. If you blink you may miss it.
Honestly, terrible service. I waited 30 minutes for my food which is ridiculous (my friends both got their food and were done before they started making mine). Apparently they forgot about my sandwich. So when they finally acknowledged me and remembered that I had ordered food, they put on two other peoples food in front of mine anyway and when I finally got mine it was wrong. This is a skip.
Pretty much no customer service. Food is average
Hidden little Italy just around the corner on times square. Sandwiches, meals and pastries are all fabulous. Staff speaks real Italian
My italian hubby is so particular with his coffee and i wanted to surprise him for his birthday breakfast. Good thing i found this caffé & bakery in google and i ordered for take out. He was very happy! We simply love the cappuccino and patries. Highly recommended coffee bar in Broadway!
The best tasting coffee in the area.
The perfect coffee for espresso lovers!
Felt right at home in this lovely bakery. Great pastries, Lavazza ciffe, amazing staff. Just go and youll see.
Always a perfect cappuccino, latte, espresso. Baristas are always polite and take pride in serving customers. Decadent treats available.
Amazing. 👌 The best brakefast I could imagine. Im going there also tomorrow 👍
Amazing little place with amazing pastries and really great coffee.
Fantastic homemade lasagna, enchanting staff 🙏👍
Very friendly staff but average food
The best Italian Piadina in NYC!
One bite make your day delightful!
Incredible service, delicious treats. You’ve made a big impression!
The coffee is good, the food is good, the service is good!
Coffee is ok.
Liked their coffee
The best baristas here are Vito, Marco, Hannah, and Jennifer.
Great croissants and linzer cookies
Loved my caprese panini!
Nice for a quick coffee and desert to go
Very nice coffee and pastries
Cute little Cafe love it
Enjoyed an almond croissant that was absolutely delicious!
Veryyyy tiny. No more than 7 people can fit inside, food looked good though
Delicious coffee and friendly staff
Average coffee
Excellent coffee and muffins.
Great latte and staff.
Lovely café and dessert
Delicious paninis, lattes.
Its Italian. What else is there to say? :-)
Very rude staff
Good coffee shop in the area
Best chai ever
Great coffee!
The capuccino is amazing
Perfect service, love it
Amazing hot chocolate
Excellent latte
Great coffee.
Great coffee 👍🏽
Finally an Italian coffee! In a week in New York, many passed off a ciofega as an Italian Style espresso. But only at the farm did I find real quality coffee (Lavazza) and superior quality croissants and bombs.P.S. I think the bomb was among the best Ive ever eaten, not greasy and soft.P.p.s. the price is high, but in New York you pay for quality, and rightly so.
Small place but with tables outside. Wide choice of sweet and savory. Excellent cappuccino! Quick service. Average price for Manhattan.
We really liked the breakfast we ate. Very delicious coffee and yogurt with granola and fruits. I would return.
Delicious espresso, delicious baby cake... and despite the proximity to Times Square, the price is okay
The real Italian breakfast in New YorkEspresso coffee like in Italy
We went to this place based on the positive reviews. Nothing but a mediocre croissant and forgettable coffee. Furthermore, the place is very small with very few tables outside located on the pavement of a building under renovation. The final icing is a little bird doing its business right on our table!!
As an Italian I can say that the cappuccino was really good. The brioches were good but I have to admit that in Italy and France they are better. I only put 3 on the service because I didnt understand that they didnt do table service and I waited in vain. Overall positive and excellent experience if you miss an Italian breakfast while in NY. Advised.
If you are looking for a real Italian espresso in New York, this is the right place.Excellent breakfast.
Definitely the best espresso in New York, and they have croissants with Nutella. It is absolutely worth it, and deserves 10 stars for the courtesy, kindness and quality of the products. If you want good coffee, a feeling of home and friendly baristas, this is the place you are looking for.
For those looking for a good espresso in New York accompanied by a good Italian-style sweet breakfast, I highly recommend it for a 5-day stay in the city, a fixed stop in the morning for breakfast, prices in line with New York life, friendly staff, location very close to Times Square discreet with tables outside to eat on site..
Best hot chocolate. It looks like melted chocolate. Very tasty panini. All thats missing is a cover. The small tables in the cold are punishing.
Great Italian coffee near Times SquareGood choice for afternoon tea
Masala Chai latte $4.75I really love it! Suits for the cold weatherIndian spiced milk tea has a strong cardamom flavor and seems to be spicy because of the addition of ginger. It’s perfect for drinking in winter❤️
We Italians are badly used to it.3 coffees to take away and 3 empty croissants 26 dollars!
It really looks like a classic Italian bar for a quick coffee when youre late. Very small, it has a display case with classic and non-Italian sweets, I had a hot macchiato, accompanied by a cantuccio... I was surprised!I then took a roll with some jam. They sell juices, muffins, croissants, sandwiches, and various mignons. The prices are not to be compared to the Italian ones, if I remember correctly $3 and something for the espresso coffee. Personally, I didnt like the coffee itself and I dont even remember what brand it is. But if you want to immerse yourself in Italy for a moment and have a coffee it seems like the right place! The bar does NOT have a bathroom, it has covered tables outside.
We went there the first morning for convenience as it was in front of our hotel.. A pleasant discovery.. Excellent muffins and croissants.. The Italian coffee.. Then we also had lunch there.. The caprese sandwich with basil pesto was excellent.. Prices in line with those New Yorkers..
Small but nice bar. There are Italian products, perhaps in winter it is a little uncomfortable since on nice days there are tables outside and you can sit there for a breakfast or an aperitif.
What an unpleasant experience here. I went out for a cup of coffee, I arrive and order two coffees but he sees that I want to pay in cash. He didnt feel like doing that at the moment, because his store was about to close, so he only paid by credit card. I dont have them with me, I tell you, well thats a shame for me because they wont help me. Very bad service. I certainly wouldnt recommend them and move on where the service is better 👌🏼
If you want to get a cup of coffee at 7:40 PM, keep walking because these people no longer want to help you. The clerk simply says to your face: because we are about to close, we will no longer accept cash. While we can pay in cash here during the day and they are still open until 8:00 PM. Never before have I been treated so unwelcoming and not customer friendly.
Terrible attention from a Latina. The food is terrible. The coffee is terrible.
A breath of Italianness just a stones throw from the most US-esque place of all: Times Square.High quality of service and products.
We came in wanting to have a good breakfast, guided by the comments, and we were met with bad faces and rudely told that it was closed. From outside and seeing that a boy came in carrying material, we asked him what time they opened. There were exactly 3 minutes left until 8:00, which is when they open, and their response was to ignore us and make a face of disgust. Already angry, we told him that he was unpresentable and then we listened to his voice to hear insults. Regrettable attention. We wont get close again. I hope they do well...although I highly doubt it.
There is only a cafe outside/
Very good Italian breakfast. The cappuccino like in Italy.Advise.
Best Italian coffee in Manhattan... cappuccino and croissants are excellent too
The paradise of Italians. Small and welcoming place, real Italian espresso coffee, quality food and wide choice. Highly recommended!
I had a warm cappuccino and it was okay.Panini is just okThe panini was bigger than I expected.
One of the best places for a savory breakfast in Times Square. good coffee
If you are nostalgic for Italy, go here... excellent products, highly appreciated especially by New Yorkers
Nice café, good tasty products and friendly staff: inside! Thank you very much
A corner of Italy (or rather: of Puglia) in Manhattan. One of the few places where you can enjoy a real cappuccino and a real croissant.
He has very little Italian. The guy in charge of the cafeteria should be fired. Little attention towards the unknown customer.
