Very Nice staff, but the Manager it was so rude. Also service takes for ever to comes and they serve and no call the name of the person. Cold coffee get water and hot coffee get cold.

The Good: Excellent location, seemingly polite staff, enough seating.The Bad: Not a single power outlet for customers anywhere, so forget charging your laptop/phone while you enjoy you coffee.The Worse: Mouldy food in the display right next to the checkout.

Hot coffee and, hot chocolate with warm chocolate brownies, what better way to warm up on a cold NYC day. However this locations toilet was not open.

I will be straight, the cashier was very kind. However, there were a lot of people standing (including me and my family) and a whole section of the place was close with 2 chairs (see the photo). When I asked why, they told me that since they were closing earlier this day, if they open that section it would get dirty and they would have to clean it again. Really?? Come on guys, coming to starbucks is an experience!! You come here because you are seeking for a quiet moment to comfortably drink your coffee!! I go to starbucks all the time (not this one) first bad experience that I have.

Really poor customer service, the girl with glasses and grey hat on was very rude, chucked the panini across to the oven, no smile, rude attitude. The barista with dreds was so slow and didnt even shout out the name properly. Visiting from another country youd think theyd treat the tourists with respect and kindness. It does not cost to smile, guys you are in a customer facing role, dont work in one if youre not going to polite and courteous!!!!

Dont waste your time ordering food here, this location is just too slow with only 1 set of ovens for heating anything up. Otherwise a normal experience, I ended up just having to leave because it took 20 minutes heat up a pair of egg bites...

The coffee was good. The help was very good, but this location needs some immediate TLC from the owners. The run-down furniture is depressing, and they should be embarrassed that its still being used. Perfect spot for after ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty in a very cold afternoon. It was quite busy and they had run out of everything we wanted to order so we ordered tea and 3 bagels. We got 2 teas and 3 cream cheeses with each bagel 😀. Luckily we got extras instead of missing. Another funny thing was we had given our name as “Aman”but they had noted it down as “Amam” and were calling us “Adam”…we had a fun break there. Most likely they are understaffed like most places so we had to clean our own table and make space to sit inside.

I was visiting New York from Florida with my Family for the weekend and decided to get a coffee before heading over to the Statue of Liberty.This was the absolute filthiest Starbucks I have ever visited, anywhere on the planet. There was literally feces all over the toilet in the bathroom and I had to immediately run out of there before vomiting in disgust.There is no way the management of this place doesnt know that it is in such a vile state. Needless to say, I immediately canceled my order and left.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks client for several years not only in this country but everywhere I travel and this is so far the worst branch I’ve visited. I had gone before and they literally took ridiculously 20 mins to warm up my loaf, when I told kindly the girl I was in a hurry she said rudely I had to wait. No choice. I just visited again (big mistake) waiting forever for my drink till I found out the drink was on the counter and they never told me.. plus they had to remake it because it wasn’t how I want it.. the stuff seems like they don’t want to work or they just don’t care about delivering a good customer services.. Starbucks!! Retraining pls. Never going back

Servers were unnecessarily rude when asked for extra sugar packets. Another server asked us to vacate the seating area while I was seated with several elderly family members. When asked for a few extra minutes, she apathetically denied us from staying there.

I’m standing at the POS to place an order and there’s a queue behind me, but the staff is at the POS discussing shift hours? I had to call out if she was done and finally able to take my order! Cmon dude! Really?? Are you for real now?

This location was one of the most unkept Starbucks I’ve been in. The evening I visited, it had a steady amount of customers, but not overcrowded. The bathrooms were very dirty, and hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the seating area was dated and lacked power outlets. The coffee was good though, so overall middle of the road rating.

I always order ahead of time on the app, and after only visiting a few times, the staff recognizes me and always has my drink ready. Their customer service is exceptional and their beverages are always made very well. Love my PSLs :)

Horrible. This place the one of the busiest place and they have only one open bathroom for the customers. There are 2 bathrooms but for there own convenience they have blocked one bathroom for the staff which is hardly in use but customers need to wait for more than 20 min for there turn. This is not what is expected from Starbucks to not to care about the customers but just have the convenience factor only for the employees by blocking one bathroom.

I was desperate for coffee!! But this Starbucks was so busy and I had problems with my order ; coffee didnt come as I have ordered?? Ask for different one but still didnt get what I asked for..ha ha. Usually I get pretty lucky at Starbucks,, but not so lucky this time!!! Lol 🤣☕️🍵

Went there today. I had the pumpkin spice cold brew, it was delicious. Customer service was excellent. The cashier was very nice and friendly. I am definitely returning to try the other cold brews.

Standard Starbucks thoroughfare. Very crowded. I waited an extraordinarily long time for just a Tall Cappuccino but it is what it is. Doesnt really matter what you order. Its NYC. Its near Wall Street. Had I been on my way to a meeting, I would have been late. That said, my cappuccino tasted as it should. No complaints.

Not a great Starbucks. Service is quite slow, and due to its location you have a large number of tourists - many of whom its their first time in a Starbucks. Expect to wait in line, then deal with an overwhelmed barista, then wait longer than youd expect for what should be a standard and quick coffee order. Better coffee shops nearby, including better managed Starbucks locations.

Unhappy staff not feeling the love. Purchased a drink and reusable mug which ended up on the floor. They had no intention to wash it until I asked them to do it twice.Very poor service and considering it has 1000s of people frequenting it a day it leaves a bad impression of Starbucks generally.

Visited on Thursday evening at around 6:30.The only restroom has a pungent urine smell. It has 3 stanchions in the restroom, toilet paper all over the floor, the garbage is full and the sink is stained dark grey. Most gas station restrooms are cleaner.There is no lineup of customers and plenty of employees (standing around talking).I am shocked and offended by the low quality of care. I pay a premium to purchase your products, you should show you care (even just a little bit) about your loyal customers.After using the restroom myself, I overheard another customer warning her friend “it’s disgusting.” upon her return, I overheard her say “eeeew” and apply hand sanitizer.I’m sorry I can’t rate the coffee. I still have the stench of your restroom in my nose.

This star bucks is very dirty and employees don’t clean this place.employees are very rude and ignorant. It definitely damages the brand.Star bucks hire lot of employees in this restaurant and none of them are trying to do their job.I’m going to personally complain to the Starbucks if possible.There is an Indian girl working over there she is very rude and ignorant and very dumb as rock.And the coffee tastes like tasting a sewer.Don’t ask that Indian girl to make your coffee you are going to regret it.I literally wasted my money here.

So this is a decently sized Starbucks and they are completely understaffed and half of then dont know what theyre doing. I come into the Starbucks around 8:45. Not only did it take about 20 minutes for me to get my drink but they also gave me a black tea when I ordered a green tea. I was already late for work so I wasnt about to ask them to make it again because I didnt have the time to be waiting for another 20 minutes. It was thoroughly frustrating to be in there for that long and then they get my drink wrong as well. There is a much smaller Starbucks a block away that is 10 times more efficient than this one and has less staff as well. The only reason I stopped going to that one is because it gets super packed since it is very small but thats it. Again, terrible service and they take FOREVER.

How is the blender broken everyday at the same time ? -_- no ingredients for frapps in 90 degree weather. I understand things happen but not everyday . I believe they are breaking down way to early the store closes at 6 pmI call and the shift supervisor says “ I’m trying to figure out what you want us to do ?” Instead of “we are working on having more ingredients sent so that this problem doesn’t happen again”.. this location is a hot mess !

This place is always jam packed with tourists waiting to use the bathroom. The line takes up a pretty big area in front where the coffee line is. Service is ok, though the wait for your drink can be long. They run out of pastries/sandwiches/snacks because of the constant stream of tourists, though the line for coffee line tends to go pretty quickly. Not a ton of seating and the little bit of seating is pretty uncomfortable. BUT when the weather is nice, there is seating in the plaza in front which is pleasant overlooking Battery Park (or rather the tour buses parked in front).

I absolutely love Starbucks I used to think it was like the worst place in the world and had some kind of like other meaning other then a capitalistic establishment in the United States of America. Someone had a camera, and started filming their version of what we in USA call an American dream and made a coffee distributing company. It just so happens that this business had reached great heights, including insane profits and having establishments in all 50 states and a bunch of other countries internationally.

Horrible rude staff. They all are in a bad mood and are incredibly slow sometimes just standing around not doing anything even though people are waiting for their drinks- then act annoyed when you ask about your drink.Their poor attitudes made it seem like it wasnt even a Starbucks; as if they never received any training.With so many other Starbucks around, I would say avoid this one, especially on a Saturday morning- the worst!!

For being in such a beautiful location the cleanliness of this location is equal to the space between the seats of a 90’s Honda. It is sticky and gross. There is literally overflowing garbage cans and paper all over the place. Saw the new employees standing there eating random pieces of food behind the counter and then serving other people.

This starbucks is the worst. Takes 30 minutes to get your order because the employees are super slow, they rather hurry to get off work than get your order done. This place needs better employees or to be shut down. Do yourself a favor and reax the reviews and dont come to this one.

These young ladies saved me. I was in desperate need of a caramel Frappuccino. And they made to order exceptionally exquisite. Mannerful and tasteful these young ladies are brilliant 200/10. Will recommend.

This place was very packed and a lady stomped out of the shop after yelling at the top of her lungs at an employee (Im pretty sure it was something having to do about waiting so long for her drink) after this, everybody was kinda quiet and looking at eachother like wth is going on. After my long wait, my drink finally came and when I took a sip I was very dissapointed because it was very unflavorful (very berry hibiscus) and I just left and didnt tell an employee because I was feeling flustered with the crowd and didnt want to bother the hard workers. Dont really think I would come again but 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ also I wouldnt come here if you were planning on studying or doing something that required a quiet atmosphere because it is quite loud with the humongous line going out the door so if I were you Id either go to a different shop or get your drink and leave 😬🤔😟

🤢 🤮 The one star is not due to the coffee at all, but it is reflecting the cleanliness of the restroom. 🤮It smelled worse than any restroom I’ve been in, in my life and was not kept up. It appears that most Starbucks in NYC are not well kept. It was one of those hover way over the toilet type situations. It’s scary to order coffee anywhere that’s has a restroom so nasty.

There was a girl working who was in a very very very bad mood and she was throwing with our food when it was a ready. you could clearly see that she hated working there.

There was a long line. The cashier Natalie was AMAZING but the rest of the staff was HORRIBLE! 3 of the girls were huddled together taking selfies and chit chatting. Then they had the nerve to ask me to move chairs. You need to have the actual WORKERS WORK!!!!Awful experience. Natalie was great!!!

This place sucks! Apparently it was easier for them to remove all power outlets then ask people to leave if they were overusing them. You just lost two customers and I might as well use the last two percent of my dying phone battery to post this review. Thanks for the overpriced, overroasted brown water.

Just ordered 2 hot chocolates and 1 croissant and waited so long for it that I had to ask for my money back. First, she forgot to put the croissant in the toaster, after waiting a while I asked her how much longer, she didn’t answer and just walked to check the toaster, then the other girl gives the croissant to people that came after me. Worst experience I’ve had in Starbucks. I’ll spend my $10 somewhere else. 10x6=$60 x 4= $240 x 12= $2880 loss for just one customer. PAY ATTENTION!

One of the best Starbucks experiences I have had in the United States. I’m from Texas originally and worked for Starbucks for many years. The staff at this store are wonderful, welcoming and knowledgeable.

Horrible stuff, there are no charging plugs and the environment is dirty. There is only one toilet with a long line.

Normally I really love the frappechino coffee and the frapp caramel but here they tasted like nothing. Almost no flavor and when I asked for a more coffee taste they gave me a few extra splashes of coffee to it but that made it even worse. 5 stars for the service, thank you guys but 1 for the frapp taste.

After a long hot day waiting in line for a ferry to liberty statue, as a loyal starbucks fan, I went to grab a cup of coffee and coffee frappchino as usually. However the coffee is not hot and the frappchino was the worst I had ever bought. And the service was terrible. They didnt want to give you a free water even with purchase but they can dump two iced coffee easily for whatever reason.

Honestly one of the worst Starbucks ive ever been to. Theyre on a regular basis out of every breakfast sandwich. And most times I go, my breakfast order never gets actually put in the oven until after waiting for 10 minutes to check on my order, they realize it was never put in. This is in my office building but I will start going across the street to avoid this one.

This is the best location for a starbucks as a tourist as its close to the ferry. Aside from that it has one bathroom with a super long wait, no where near enough chairs or stools and not enough power outlets.

After a long and tiresome walk, I end up here. It is a very convenient location. I needed to charge my phone but guess what, all electric sockets were taken out on purpose. Not cool Starbucks.

Bloody terrible. Uninterested staff. Ordered a latte. The server left it sat on the machine and went off to deal with stock. When I enquired when I would get my coffee, it seemed like it was a massive inconvenience. Reinforced my reasons for hating Starbucks.

Worst Starbucks I visited here at new York I ask for a mango dragon fruit with no Ice and they told me they couldnt sell it like that and if I wanted it it will be with 3oz less because thats the amount of ice a drink should have this is really disappointed and also I have never had a problem with other locations. Came in at 6pm. Bought drinks & sat down after a long day only to be told that we had to get up because they wanted to close that section of the store down 3 hours before close. All other tables & chairs were taken so we stood.

Their service is generally great! Being next to office its kind of usual stop and love their friendly touches to coffee mugs!!

Place is absolutely filthy. Staff is very rude, forgot our order and then barely acknowledged the error. The manager was even more rude, saying it was inconvenient to provide water since we didnt order it with our coffees. The toilet was stinky. Wont visit again.

Very rude Mr. JASON Crawford.He did not allow us to enter the bathroom. He closed it for no reason and was very rude. He is a person who should not serve the public. regrettablerestrooms closed. And they treat people very badly. Its a shame they give such a bad reference to Starbucks. very bad service.

Ive never had a good experience with this location. This Starbucks is always slow, gets orders wrong, and has awful staff. Walk the extra block for a better location.

If you have to take an early morning ferry ride, this place opens earlier than a lot of places in the financial district.

Put in a simple mobile order 30 mins before arriving and the barista had no idea when my drink would be ready. I had to leave and abandon my order or be late to work.

I wont be visiting this location very often. Order ahead took a very long time. I ordered a large coffee, not something super fancy and super custom order. Coffee was hot and I didnt get a sleeve or another cup so that I wouldnt burn my hand. However coffee did taste good.

I was traveling during summer to NYC, Niagara Falls, and Quebec Canada. While touring NYC, I was craving my daily coffee, and decided to stop by Starbucks specially this location, I’m disappointed of their service and availability of restroom for their customer, the excuse given is BS and also there were a safety issue by not having the back door open or unlocked with it’s not in compliance by the fire department authority. Adding to that, I want Starbucks to reimburse my money. So reach me please

The pike place they served was very old. After a couple of sips, i threw it out. If i wanted a day-old coffee, I would go to a gas station. Terrible experience 😕

I ordered a mocha. It was okay. The location is great, right across the Battery Park. However, a place sells drinks does not let the customers use the restroom, what other reasons do you need to give a one star? This is not the first time I was told the restroom was out of order by Starbucks at NYC.

My friend ordered a decaf americano because of her medical condition. The barista Anthony gave her a normal one. When we politely asked him if he can pour her a decaf one. He straight up said that’s what on the order and refused to correct the order.Unbelievable. I never know this is such a big ask. Especially for an enterprise famous for their hospitality.

Horrible and dangerous experience today! First, When I had to pick up my coffee, this person (see picture) was very rude. I tried to explain about which coffee I ordered. She yelled at me: it is your coffee. And finally, she splitted out the coffee on me. Luckily, I could jump out to save my legs from being burned. No apology, nothing! I spoke to the Starbuck manager. Same reaction: he doesnt care at all!

Wew there is only one thing that makes Starbucks different from each other, and that is the staff. All is gonna say is that this time they were way too rude for my likes.

Very hardworking employees but huge lines, very limited seating and just too small for the demand!

The absolute worst place to buy coffee in all of Manhattan. Only go there if you are a tourist and dont know any better.

Possibly the most smelly filthy disgusting toilets that I have ever used, you have to go in pairs so one can stand at the door which does not close properly. God alone knows how the ladies go on I would never sit on those bits of porcelain. The sinks were blocked and full of some dark coloured liquid and possibly a vomit mix so washing your hands is out of the question, thank the lord for hand sanitiser. Every bin overflowing with garbage which littered the floor To think the staff serve food after using those facilities is frightening. Environmental Health would close this place down over in the UK. Safe to say I didnt drink my coffee.

The 3 times I have been here and asked for an “ice coffee” they had no idea what I was talking about. I know I can’t be the only person that has ever asked for that. When finally getting them to understand what I wanted I then had to explain the flavor I wanted. This was 3 times I went. For sure wouldn’t go back

Excellent staff. Order accuracy is pretty good. Always enjoy my drinks when I go. Store manager and supervisors are super kind and helpful!

Iced coffee wasnt up to standard. It was very watery.

Very rude front desk employee. Daphney, was pushing people out. The place is unclean and all left over drinks were spilling over. Wasnt expecting the kind of service from starbuck. Understand a heavy tourist traffic location but you can be at least courteous and keep your starbucks clean.

Sucks ass. Okay let me be more specific. It was so dirty and filthy. Trash was all over the floor. It looked like someone went into the alley and dumped a dumpster in the table area. Drinks took forever. What really burned my britches, was they cleaned the rest rooms an hour before closing and would not let me use it. Nothing like a full bladder back on the subway to Brooklyn. Really?

This Starbucks was hard to find. The building is currently going through renovations.

What I particularly like about this store is the location. Right across from battery Park you have a 2 minute walk to the water. Its just great on a hot sunny day. The staff was also friendly and our order was ready in no time, so I cant complain

Starbucks is always great!, When I get off work, l Really look forward to that first Sip!Sometimes when an Barista acts like you are invisible, or show you an take your drink and get out attitude ?, .Well, that just takes a little something away from my Starbucks experience.Please note, NOT at this location.Anyway, I have learned now to take my drink and go. On Sunday 6/23/19 I ordered a cheese danish and when I received it there was mold on the danish. I spoke with the supervisor and her exact words were so what do you want me to do about it? The supervisor needs to get her attitude in check and learn a little something about customer service.

If I can rate them less than zero I would. I ordered a java chip and they literally took 10 minutes to make it, even though they didnt have anyone in the store. Instead, I saw 4 of their employees standing around talking about their personal lives. Like ... really? They couldnt wait until after they made my coffee to have their personal conversations?Even their mobile ordering sucks. I order my coffee and 10 minutes later after ordering it(mind you...I was two subway stops away when I placed my order) and they still didnt make it even after my app said that my order was ready. I had to ask for the status of my order for them to make it. What is the point of a mobile order if I still have to ask them for the status of it when I get there??

Long lines, with one staff member manning the register to take orders. Theyll just let that line grow out the door. No one behind the counter will care if youre waiting. Definitely no manager on site who cares. So youll wait a long long time even for a simple coffee.

It was great location neat n tidy. I loved their vanilla cinnamon chai.Also i tried their sandwich which was really delicious

I ordered two latte at this store, and I informed the cashier about the buy 1 get 1 free reward and I use my mobile apps to pay for the 2 drinks. The cashier only informed me that my card didnt have enough balance for the two drinks. so I paid with a credit card. when I finished my payment i realized she didnt apply the reward. I went back and i asked her, all she told me that because the card had not enough balance. I was in a rush so i didnt argue with her further. I picked up my two lattes, and they were only 2/3 full. I am so disappointed at starbuck, i will never order again.

Busy location. I had to buy coffee here because there is no other cafe around. The service here is slow and terrible. After waiting for over 10 mins for my easy to make coffee, they just told me my coffee might be taken by someone else? So I will get nothing? They don’t care.

They got our drinks order wrong, also if from the UK apparently black Chia tea is served as a milk drink (who knew). A lack of seating for sure for the number of people visiting. Food was acceptable, but it would be as they cant mess up a panini. Biggest issue is them taking an over flowing bin through a food preparation area which was fairly gross when they went from touching that to your freshly prepared drink?! 1/10 for hygiene for sure, iconic watching them walk round the bin too

Horrible service, I ordered milk in my coffee and hazelnut coffee (half and half) and they just gave me my hazelnut coffee, I was missing my milk! I asked nicely if they could put my milk in my coffee, the employee just pointed behind me and said, THE MILK IS BEHIND YOU!Not pleased at all. Dont use their restroom, there is no soap at all.

Great service.... this coffee shop is in a busy spot but their serivce is awesome. My order was taken by Adam he had a great smile and I didnt feel rushed... and guess what he spelled my name correctly!

The staff was pretty nice. The store was a bit small and there werent a lot of seats. Good for tourists to takeaway drinks.
