My favorite location so far, the staff are amazing !! Bern, Jace, Emilia, Mike, Nia and Wakeem are spectacular!! Customer Service top tier !! Drinks are always delicious and yes I have a Complicated order lol . Thank you to the amazing crew who is always positive!!

Awesome place! Mushroom pizza and pepper pizza were delicious. Wasnt aware that at a certain time, they give out free appetizers to guest. Lots of pastries and ended up grabbing two new mugs.

We were waiting for the order for half and hour and didnt receive the complete order. We saw how people were getting the same order before us when we arrived way before them. When we reclaim the order the lady that was making coffee scream at us telling us to go back to the line to get our money back. Knowing we were in a hurry. We were late for our appointment so we left without the food and without our money back.

Do not go to this location on the weekends! When asked why my venti was not filled to the top, I was told it’s because it was ordered with no ice. News flash that is not the Starbucks policy! Do not let them scam you! Here is a tip, if you do not want to work the weekends don’t!*It was filled to the third black line.

Worse place, if you need restroom they will send you to the trader joes. Lazy personal also. Small dirty place. They don’t want to clean place and because send you different place to use restroom. Even on the door is plate customer only. Yes i am customer but they don’t care.

There’s no place where to seat, it’s basically grab and go!

I called the store and asked the woman if she can please remove the bum in front of the store so I can safely enter with my kids without being harassed and she says, you can just walk in and ignore him no thanks. Not the answer I was looking for. Guess Ill skip this Starbucks forever. This really pisses me off.

Ive witness the manager & team member make fun of another team member (young girl) right in front of customers. Very uncomfortable and sad to watch. Thats very rude and unprofessional especially coming from those in charge. This is why our youth is depressed

Atmosphere gets a 1 because it’s so unbelievably warm in this store. As someone that has previously worked in retail, and as someone who once frequented this location years ago, it is obvious Starbucks as a company does not put enough energy into the store’s improvement which is a shame considering it is in SoHo. Despite my qualms, Bern and Jace are absolutely wonderful and strive to deliver lemonade with the lemons they have obviously been provided.

Jazlin, extremely rude! She didn’t have enough change for my $50 and just shrugged her shoulders and walked away, as if she didn’t care and it is what it is, not even giving me a chance to see if I had a smaller note or just pay by card. Then when we asked her if she could stop being so rude, she told us to step aside & go to the waiting area! There was no queue. It wasn’t busy for her to be telling us to basically get lost, extremely disappointed with the service, coming from London I definitely wouldn’t visit this branch again.

Thanks to Starbucks putting their full efforts into union busting rather than consistent staffing, this store has become a hot mess. Drinks take 30 mins and staff are visibly stressed out and confused by the constant rotations between stores in order to prevent labor organizing. It’s a shame how in being so afraid of its own workers, this company has resorted to abandoning its customers.

This Starbucks does not get your order right. If you order mobile, you always get some strange add on to it. I’ve watched staff prepare the drinks and they do not follow customers requests at all. It’s also a long wait for your drink. Even if you order mobile... better staff is needed or be retrained.

Great location, you can see the team development. Service used to be a little longer and a lot messier lol. But noticed how they removed the coffee table “kinda sucks for the people who go to school near by”. They should focus on bettering the environment and atmosphere.

After a long trip by bus I immediately headed for this Starbucks to have a coffee and to relax. I finally found a seat at a large table next to a young woman intensely typing away on her laptop.I soon noticed that there were few actual seats, and I observed people trying to use a toilet marked for employees only. Incredibly, there is no toilet for the customers.What a rip off!

This Starbucks closes 2 hours before it is supposed to. No cold brew, no dark roast, no milks out. Happens every day. Please close at 6PM when your employees seem to so we don’t have to waste our times.

Regular Starbucks. Very little place to seat so be prepared for this to be a mostly pick up location. No juice on a Saturday morning (but you have a supermarket 100 ft away). Clean site, friendly staff.

Actually 0 star for this Starbucks , very bad unprofessional service treated me like I was asking for free stuff. Placed an order for chai tea latte got coffee instead than ask for fork for my fruits which I also bought it here , I was told to wait then ask for my cherry bar which was missing in my order same dude said to hold on you asking too much you asking for fork , you asking for this and that so I said its not my fault my order is incomplete Im not asking for anything free Ive paid $13😡And to the CEO of Starbucks/Area Mgmnt Team.You are doing a great job by hiring refugees in future . I understand hearing names is difficult, but I felt insulted when I saw my name spelled Chang on the sticker, as an Asian. I clearly said Jay. Trying to think this as a common miscommunication.

No exaggeration I had to wait for 25 to 30 other drink orders to be processed before I got my order

Worst Starbucks location ever!! They dont seem to have a system there, just stand in the longest line and hopefully they get your order right. Either way, you will wait ten minutes for them to prepare it. Twice I went there and the toilet was out of order. Save yourself the hassle and shoot over to Hudson St.

A very busy location, at times usually there is a wait. Employees most of the time are friendly and welcoming when I come in but sometimes the staff is shortstaffed, adding to the wait but what can you do. Overall, great service, friendly employees, and always bomb tea!

Gets very crowded. If Starbucks is not going to install something like Eversys brewing equipment to serve people quicker some other company will and they will bite a chunk of valuable market.

I only came in for some iced water, and they had it ready in under 2 minutes. The cashier named Anna is very sweet and welcoming!!

Bought a hot chocolate with coconut milk, they gave me hot chocolate water instead. I like Starbucks but stay away from this location

I am staying at the Dominick Hotel across the street and had the distinct misfortune to walk into this ... whatever. I just wanted two iced coffees, trenta size. The counter attendent told me we dont have coffee here[??!!], youll have to take cold brew, as if she were Marie Antoinette.I walked out, checked Google maps, and walked a short five blocks north to a real Starbucks at 230 Varick St. The staff was cheerful and friendly and the store was immaculate.

When we need our coffee fix and were in the area, well stop in, but its not our preferred Starbucks. Some of the longest wait times weve ever experienced.

Good Starbucks, good drinks as one would expect. not very big though and not a lot seating area for studying, it also gets packed fairly often

Standard Starbucks staples. Under staff and they only have a publicly placed bathroom for employees only. Angel the manager was surprisingly rude making it personal than being professional. Especially when his shift started at 1pm and the rudeness took place at 2:15p.

Very poor - staff full of attitude. Interesting to see a bottle labelled restroom cleaner sat right next to the milk and espresso machines. Unsurprisingly coffee was undrinkable.

Got a mobile order, got half of it when I got there, waited for 10 minutes one l only to find the oatmeal had been sitting in the furthest corner, had no toppings of and kind included, which was specified in the order. Very slow service. WORST STARBUCKS EVER!

Never open at the time the have in the door plus they let you please the orden online and the store is close and the people inside acting like is nothing happened.

The customer service there is horrible, the vibe you get when you walk inside makes you just wanna leave. Your spending your money but they act like they are doing you a favor. Won’t be going there again

Its a small location and they try to lessen the wait during peak hours with a kiosk where one of the employees takes your order and while you wait to get to the register to pay it might be ready sooner. There is still a wait and its gets really crowded and hectic.

Horrible Service… Baristas dont care if they mess up your order or how long you have been waiting for your pick-up or mobile order

Love Starbucks, wherever I can find one. They have respect for the customer , never push you, aim to please.

This Starbucks was not bad. They messed up our order a couple times, but fixed them no problem. It was the closest Starbucks to our hotel so we stopped there everyday. Just a heads up, some of the workers don’t seem happy to be there.

Starbucks Reserve location offering some higher end options, especially for packaged coffee. Their posted menu doesnt list everything they offer and primarily shows pricing for Grande size. The design is great and feels fancy relative to your street corner Starbucks

Good clean location. Service can be faster, they seemed understaffed at times, but do their best. This is a very busy location. The location on Hudson a few blocks over moves faster, but this is a smaller, convenient location.

They are not good I am reporting them because I wanted to make appointment for oil change but they put me after 1 week so they are not good

The baristas dont actually know what drinks get ordered, so they just ask people who are milling around. Took me 30 minutes to get my drink because they kept asking other patrons what they ordered. When I did get mine, it was made wrong.Go the extra couple blocks to the Starbucks at 345 Hudson. Much better experience.

I was trying to order a caramel iced coffee an before I could finish the lady disappeared to the back the barista guy who was working had to come help cause the card machine was dinging. He ended up making my iced coffee an getting me a pastry since I didnt get to finish my order. Not sure if they know what theyre doing there or completely out of it but he handed me a black coffee with caramel drizzle stuck to the bottom.. no cream no sugar just black swamp water😒 I had to correct him that I wanted cream an sugar then I seen him pour milk in my cup.. at that point I just gave up an paid $5 to throw it away outside. Whats so hard about making a simple iced caramel coffee? He really needed help back there or something.

By far the worst Starbucks location Ive ever been to. All my experiences have been horrible. On two separate occasions I have waited for drinks and food for over 10 minutes. First time I went ino this location I ordered a drink for my birthday and waited over 10 minutes until finally I went to go ask and they told me I had to wait for 4 more minutes. I ended up getting my refund. The cashier asked me what I had three times before finally refunding it. Staff is okay on niceness but theyre incredibly slow. I dont normally write reviews, let alone get my drinks at Starbucks but this Starbucks is a joke.

Order in the app and pickup en route to work. 1 out of 10 times my order gets lost and end up waiting around for 15 minutes for a simple drip coffee. The line goes slower the more staff they have. No restroom.

Barely any seating. Not the type of Starbucks to sit down and get work done. Fairly clean and process orders quickly.

I always forget why I dont come to this Starbucks. Then, I try to go, and 30 minutes later (on the conservative side) I finally get my 2 drinks and I remember why. Spend the extra time and walk to the next closest one, it will take less time overall

The service wasnt all that great. One poor guy at the register doing all the work. And the barista spilled both milk and syrup on me even after I moved farther away from her. Way too aggressive with the machines. My drink was good though.

The worst starbucks ever, the service is slow (and there were few customers when i came in), they do not have restrooms and the card reader didnt work. We bought a croissant and after making us wait they said they didnt have, we had to ger our money back and leave. Dont ever come here!

Ordered a iced caramel macchiato for $5.93 n basically got a a glass of milk that made my stomach gassy. If I could take a photo of this glass of milk so the viewers can see how the macchiato look they would see my complaint??? 🤔🤔🤔😒😒

It was horrible the wait was almost 40mins and the cashier was not that Pleasant. It was evident except for the young lady the others were not equipped to work under pressure.
