Worst ever customer service. Total lack of customer. No friendlyness. Just dropping your croissants with total lack of interest. If you dont like your job, go work somewhere else or stay at home!
My regular first stop in New York.Location is ideal for Lexington Hotel.Staff friendly and helpful
Newly-renovated Starbucks location: small but nice, with some inside seating, and open at 5:30 AM for jet-lagged travelers like me. Yeah!
Looking forward to their reopening. I work in the area and I always have a great encounter from the Baristas there. I miss seeing Lily and her crew..even though I still see them at other locations nearby lol.
I love this place. Its a home away from home. Recently reopened. It was beautifully renovated. Limited seating. Comfortable to enjoy a quick bite or open your laptop and get some work done.
During rush hours, it’s the crowdest starbucks I’ve ever seen, so you better arrive a bit earlier. However, staff makes up on being the nicest ever, 5 stars to them
Waited there for 7-10 mins even after placing mobile order, no staff, I ordered egg white feta wrap and this is what I get cold have to warm up by myself. It’s totally diff food. Just see how it look in app and in the bottom this is what you get. Disappointing. They should add real photos on app.
This is one of my fave locations! Anyone know when it’s supposed to reopen?
I’ve never had an employee be so rude to me for no reason while getting coffee. Ruined my morning. I would not recommend anyone to go there ever.
Worst everThey should educate their staff on how to serve customers
The people here have been so nice. I work nearby so I order here a lot and it’s always consistent.Pickup with the app is very reliable.Today I requested my drink be remade bc of a slight error (but one that really irks me- really not a fan of some syrups)- and they were so nice about it! I feel so bad having anything remade bc I know they are so busy but they were so nice
Unfortunately, my worst Starbucks experience. Not only the store is definitely not up to the chains standards - small, no seating whatsoever, no tables and a very limited selection of everything - the staff itself is very much not up to par. Extremely slow, unattentive, got my order wrong and handed me a very dirty and dripping cup, getting both myself and my gloves dirty. In order to sit down and clean up, given how cramped the space was, I had to go to the Pret a Manger next door. Avoid this location, theres a much nicer Starbucks just one block away on 3rd.
So disappointed with this location. I was in here earlier today and asked what time they closed. The barista let me know they close at 6:30pm. This was great since I had to leave for a play a little after 6pm. I get to door at 6:15pm and guess what they are closed! If you close at 6pm you should have let me know this when I asked a couple hours before. Or at the very least post on your door SMH
When I got to this starbucks there were not more than 10 ppl in the line up. It took me half an hour to get a coffee. Understaffed and very slow. I saw some people left the line just because it was taking them too long to get to the beginning of the line.
Opening times are incorrect. Certainly not open at 0700 on Sunday morning. Can’t give anymore of a review because it is closed.
I had such a great experience, the baristas Nykia & Kirsten were great. The shift supervisor Kavon was a big help. #BestStarbucksInNYC #SmallStoreBigService #CaramelCapp #Mantequilla #ILearnedTheDifferenceBetweenAFrappAndCapp
Good starbucks, kind of busy in the morning. Theres no seating area in the starbucks, but you can go thru the starbucks to the hotel and take the stairs up and theres plenty of seats.
Set inside the Lexington hotel, in fact when open it helpfully becomes another entrance door to the hotel, and consequently busy. The coffee is good, the service expert, its one I choose a lot.Completely refurbished and open July 2024 and now much larger, modern and airy. Still an entrance to the hotel, when its opening hours, but now even better. Great staff at this location.
Small Starbucks connected to the Lexington Hotel. The service is quick and the quality is good. The staffs are friendly and professional.
Nice and cozy,
The barista does not know how to prepare Espresso Lungo. Long waiting time and cups cowered with coffee.Starbucks is a place where you go when you have no other options, because its very difficult to just find a normal coffee in the US.
I ask for dark roast coffee the employee doesnt want to make it and I ask why hes answer was no we dont brew 1 cup such a ass
Worst Starbucks that I have ever been to. Always slow, always bad service.
This location rocks! Lilly was so great and helped me out when I messed up my order. The rest of the staff are great too. Everything always comes out perfect
Thank you Starbucks...Youve just made my day! 😘💖☕💎
Very small. Attached to Lexington Hotel. Very nice and fast barristas.
Smaller location, and no seating. Hotel guests uses this location as a shortcut going in and out of the hotel
Slowest Starbucks ever , and very rude staff .. wish I could give a zero
They forgot to do our order. We had to ask them to do it again. It took forever. Horrible.
Rude staff. They were in such a rush to take the order that they messed it up and had to restart from the top. Lots of passive aggressive comments about how complicated the order was (double shot Americano, oatmeal, and a latte with oatmilk). They put the order out and got really annoyed when we asked for a packet of nuts for the oatmeal. Anything ELSE you want?!?!. Service industry is rough to be a server but these two shouldnt be working in the service industry.
Worst Starbucks ever. Extreme long wait even for a regular coffee which takes 2 seconds to pour have to wait with everyone else that got a latte.
A VERY busy location but the staff run it like a “Top”!!! Kia is simply amazing!!! I wouldn’t have lasted five minutes, but she managed the flow like a pro!
Fast service, standard Starbucks coffee. Great location 👌
This Starbucks is one of the best Starbucks that I I stopped by. They are best early morning. They are opening at 5 am. Its perfect
Whenever Im in NYC I Always stop here for morning/ afternoon and evening teas as my hotel is next door. Whilst it can get pretty busy here and naturally at times orders get delayed or mixed up - the staff are always very apologetic and ensure to keep me updated that its on the way! Ramona in particular behind the till always remembers my order, and has a smile on her face!
Nice and cozy. This Starbucks served as our breakfast point as we were staying at roger smith hotel. Love the staff. All good.
Its good, staff is very friendly.
OverratedNot a big Starbucks’ fan but, from time to time i indulge myself with a cup.The taste on the one i had for some reason tasted different. Idk but it did not have that Starbucks’ scent and aroma much less the taste. When i walked in i was the only one to order standing on line and, the two guys behind the counter were just having i guess a guys conversation and did not even acknowledged me. I walked up and signal as if i was standing on the wrong side and, that was when and only when one if them took my order..So overrated and on top of that poor service.
Staying in the adjoining hotel so it nice to have a Starbucks on site. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that it gets busy during the morning commute with office workers.
Friendly expedient staff. Queue position is short and awkward but the line moves. No dedicated seating.
Purposely go out of my way and exit grand central out of the north just to come to this starbucks every morning after my commute...the mornning staff at 6 am is very friendly and on point...since this starbucks is attached to a hotel you have alot of customers who are vacation and are not in a rush which is fine but the staff keeps it moving and ive never been in there for long periods of time waiting for my order and is always met with a polite staff...times when i dont work by this location i will exit grand central just to come to this starbucks location and then reenter grand central to finish my commute to work
A little small and not entirely efficient in my experience
It’s Starbucks. It’s the awesome satan of coffee
They close at 10 pm instead of 10:30 pm!
Called 3 times and no answer... great job starbucks
O i love it here 😍 💕 ❤
Polite staffing
Its a Starbucks. Nothing less nothing more
Always good
Rude personal and poor service.
The staff here is great!
My favourit
The best every time
😊👍
Nice and cozy
Average Starbucks
Inside the Lexington Hotel. Too small a place that doesnt have the full menu. Very well placed but small.
I was in New York five years ago and had breakfast there every day. I always sat next to the window to watch people go by, many smiled at me😁
So nice staff and service
Suitable for a quick coffee
No variety
