This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered a latte that already seemed like it took forever to make. They gave my drink to another customer and when she came and brought it back to the counter he asked the customer did she had drunk out of it and because she said no he tried to hand it to me. I asked for it to be remade the two workers already seemed overwhelmed with one at the register and the other making drinks. The guy at the register did eventually catch up with the line and started helping with drinks. As he started remaking my drink the manager decided to come up front and tell him to go on his 10-minute break and walked away from finishing my drink. I had already been there for almost 15 minutes waiting for one latte. I asked the lady who came from the back for a refund and ask was she the manger she said yes and as Im trying to talk to her about the situation she just blew me off and gave me a refund no apology or anything. She really wasnt even trying to hear anything I was saying. Im not from this state and this put a damper on my vacation as it was already raining outside and I was just trying to get warm. The workers need more training and the manager needs to learn empathy.

Good location, the service was fast. Bakery section was fresh.Price was higher than normal but probably because of the location.Also, the restroom was blocked by homeless person and everyone waited nearly up 30 mins. Staff didn’t take of it until 5-6 people in line.There are a few seats for inside.

Always purchase coffee at this location once am working in the area. Between my partner and I we spent $17 plus . I ask one of the workers to use the restroom and i was denied the bathroom use. To make things worst I was fully dressed in uniform working long hours in the area. I’m not sure if this is from management but I’m very disappointed in Starbucks.

I had to wait at the register for five minutes before anybody even picked up my order, and when it was done, nobody told me that it was, they simply putt the chocolate croissant and the coffee down on the counter and were like take it or leave it. The problem with that was that I was sitting at a table, and didnt know when they were done. Had better service in other stores by far. This store is below average.

I just received a hot chai latte after waited for 40 minutes AND this is an online mobile order! I ordered at 2:10pm. Come down at 2:16pm,(what mobile told me to)then asked the barista at2:26pm what is my status? She looked at it and my mobile status change to making so I think it is ok. Then at 2:36pm , the mobile status change to received but I did not get it. I asked again, this time all the barista known the issues, then one of them goes on to tell me the online order machine is back up and they were receiving order as it goes, so basically tell me they just gonna follow what people order at the store currently. Told me to wait more FINE. Then, at 4:45pm, I asked again. Finally it is make under 1/2 min. If it is that fast, you could have make it for me the first time I told the issues.STARBUCKS YOU OFFER GREAT SERVICES TODAY

A very chaotic Starbucks shop. In rush hour they cannot seem to make their system work to handle in-store and online orders seamlessly, finding your order is a challenge. Expect 10-15+ minute wait times and somehow the drinks never taste as good as in other locations.

The food and service are great, but theres garbage EVERYWHERE and the tables and seats are dirty. They wont let you use the bathroom even if you are a paying customer. Its fine if youre getting your stuff to go though.

Whats not to love about Starbucks... except of course my willingness to pay an insane amount of money for a small cup of coffee. But then again, I pay for bottled water so Im obviously not the most frugal reviewer. This is conveniently located and even though I was there during a busy time , with a long line, the service is quick and efficient.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years now since I work in the neighborhood and never have written any review since it’s just about coffee at the end of the day but I wanted to highlight how an excellent customer service can impact the rest of your day and I have been experiencing it every time I have been helped by Janay(my apology if I have misspelled yr name). Slow service.. the baristas were just chatting while I was staring at the cup with my name. They were literally holding the cup after it was finished being made.. and chatting to each other while I was trying to get their attention. Once I was able to get my drink, they just went straight back to talking, didnt even call out my name... so frustrating!!

This place is an absolute madhouse in the morning. There is *always* a huge crowd of grumpy pre-orderers clustered around the front trying to find out if their drinks are up. Staff does the best they can but its an extremely unpleasant experience that I recommend avoiding if possible. Try going elsewhere!!

I ordered my regular drink after a couple weeks of being away and was baffled to find it was only filled halfway.Now for almost $8 I dont expect anyone to be okay with a drink filled halfway.I spoke with the shift supervisor who stated I must pay extra for no ice, meanwhile on the app where I ordered it there is no extra charge for the No Ice option.Im not sure if she was having a bad day or what but Im so surprised because my experience is usually okay at this location.Needless to say Im disappointed and Ill just continue going elsewhere for my coffee.

This store is the worst in the area. Always issues of some kind, either operating with one machine, or out of certain coffee or ingredients. You can order a simple cold brew 20 minutes in advance on the app, and wait another 10 minutes at the store for it. And when you get it, it might not be the nitro you ordered, it might not have the milk you ordered, or it might be regular brew substituted for nitro that is no longer available. I am so fed up with this store, there are 4 others in the area, this was convenient due to the location, but its not worth it. No more.

Good location but really busy. Have to budget at least 15 min if youre doing a cafe order. Normally dont go because it looks so busy but stopped in today and just didnt get the food order. I’m a Starbucks fan and always rate my service even if it’s great ! I walked iinto this Starbucks today and idk if they were closing or something but as I was ordering I felt rushed. Not only that I asked for something from the menu and she asks if I would like it from the display….. that’s very disrespectful and concerning that she would offer that. She then went ahead and had 2 pastry items sitting next to a cleaning spray… honestly that was just so disturbing to me and her attitude just made me have to write a review about it. She didn’t have a name tag or Apron on so it didn’t even look like she worked there, she had crocs and half her belly out.. The barista honestly was so sweet but I’ll never come here again and make sure to tell my coworkers about it

I put up with this place being slow for a while out of convenience to my office location, but today was a new level of low. I waited 15 minutes for a hot drink that was cold, and not the chai tea I ordered but in fact a cold pumpkin spice coffee. Meanwhile the barista who made my drink moved at glacial pace, singing along to songs, without any urgency. I dont write reviews, but the poor customer service really put me over the edge today. Dont give this place your business until theyve gotten their act together.

Starbucks is great, some employees are amazing at their jobs at this location but some — ruin your drink and give attitude to fix it. Don’t know what they are doing at their jobs. The 3 regular employees are the only ones that know what they are doing, al the others are lost.Wait is 20 minutes for drinks, but people coming in after you get their drinks and items quicker. No order, only chaos.I order the same drink every morning and this location is the only one that can’t make it properly. The drink they gave me today and told me was “my drink” made me gag.Disappointing. Very disappointing.

I dont go here but I went here with a coworker this morning. The service here is a joke. The people were beyond slow and not attentive to their customers at all. Orders were being made and no names were being called out. We waited and waited till my colleague had to keep asking about her drink and food. Eventually someone brought out bagels and my colleague asked about them and the employee responded rudely and handed her her food. Later we saw that the name was wrong but the food happened to be the same. So the employee just decided to hand out whatever food to whatever customer without asking the right information and that ruins the experience for both customers waiting for their food. This is unacceptable service and a long waste of time.

This is the most disorganized Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It consistently takes 20+ minutes to get a drink there. They work with no sense of urgency despite sometimes having 30 people waiting on drinks in the morning. They’ll ask each individual person their name instead of reading off the mountain of drinks sitting in front of them while the crowd of people gets more and more agitated. The staff is less than friendly with the exception of a very few. I rarely see a management presence and Im sure that would help people work faster. I understand machines break and things happen, but work to get through it instead of just shrugging it off and moving at a snails pace with no apology. Also PLEASE invest in another espresso machine at this location!
