This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. I ordered a latte that already seemed like it took forever to make. They gave my drink to another customer and when she came and brought it back to the counter he asked the customer did she had drunk out of it and because she said no he tried to hand it to me. I asked for it to be remade the two workers already seemed overwhelmed with one at the register and the other making drinks. The guy at the register did eventually catch up with the line and started helping with drinks. As he started remaking my drink the manager decided to come up front and tell him to go on his 10-minute break and walked away from finishing my drink. I had already been there for almost 15 minutes waiting for one latte. I asked the lady who came from the back for a refund and ask was she the manger she said yes and as Im trying to talk to her about the situation she just blew me off and gave me a refund no apology or anything. She really wasnt even trying to hear anything I was saying. Im not from this state and this put a damper on my vacation as it was already raining outside and I was just trying to get warm. The workers need more training and the manager needs to learn empathy.

Good location, the service was fast. Bakery section was fresh.Price was higher than normal but probably because of the location.Also, the restroom was blocked by homeless person and everyone waited nearly up 30 mins. Staff didn’t take of it until 5-6 people in line.There are a few seats for inside.

Always purchase coffee at this location once am working in the area. Between my partner and I we spent $17 plus . I ask one of the workers to use the restroom and i was denied the bathroom use. To make things worst I was fully dressed in uniform working long hours in the area. I’m not sure if this is from management but I’m very disappointed in Starbucks.

I had to wait at the register for five minutes before anybody even picked up my order, and when it was done, nobody told me that it was, they simply putt the chocolate croissant and the coffee down on the counter and were like take it or leave it. The problem with that was that I was sitting at a table, and didnt know when they were done. Had better service in other stores by far. This store is below average.

Poor customer service and rude staff. There were only 2 customers in store but the staff was busy making their own drinks and we had to wait extra time to get our order. Go to another Starbucks location

Consistently late with my mobile orders, or not made at all. Today, ordered at 738am, walked in at 753 and order was not filled. Now going to be late. Wont be coming back here anymore for overpriced coffee

I just received a hot chai latte after waited for 40 minutes AND this is an online mobile order! I ordered at 2:10pm. Come down at 2:16pm,(what mobile told me to)then asked the barista at2:26pm what is my status? She looked at it and my mobile status change to making so I think it is ok. Then at 2:36pm , the mobile status change to received but I did not get it. I asked again, this time all the barista known the issues, then one of them goes on to tell me the online order machine is back up and they were receiving order as it goes, so basically tell me they just gonna follow what people order at the store currently. Told me to wait more FINE. Then, at 4:45pm, I asked again. Finally it is make under 1/2 min. If it is that fast, you could have make it for me the first time I told the issues.STARBUCKS YOU OFFER GREAT SERVICES TODAY

They did not honor my free veterans day coffee. Very disappointed.

A very chaotic Starbucks shop. In rush hour they cannot seem to make their system work to handle in-store and online orders seamlessly, finding your order is a challenge. Expect 10-15+ minute wait times and somehow the drinks never taste as good as in other locations.

Nice staff, order took a bit although not too crowded, no public restroom.

Very nice staff, but they were not paying attention and made two errors on our small order of three items. One of our iced drinks was delivered hot, and our pastry, which we didnt want heated, was heated. They need to be more attentive.

The food and service are great, but theres garbage EVERYWHERE and the tables and seats are dirty. They wont let you use the bathroom even if you are a paying customer. Its fine if youre getting your stuff to go though.

I love this location and continue to frequent it due to the amazing service and personalities of all of the staff. im always greeted kindly and my drinks are made perfectly. one specific crew member Kash always goes above and beyond. i feel like a part of the starbucks family when i come to this location. happy customer (:

Took our money before confirming that they didn’t have the coffee items in stock. Refused to give a refund after complaining about their garbage customer service and threatening to report them. Which I will. Rude and trashy.

This is the Starbucks of the zombie apocalypse - ignored by 4 staff members, rude once acknowledged and took forever as the barista was too busy on his phone. Paying $7 for a latte is bad enough dont do it here. Support someplace local and AVOID this Starbucks.

Trashy and dirty! For $10 a pop I expect every customer to be treated with common courtesy. It doesn’t cost a thing to have manners. This felt like something straight out of the USSR.

Great staff, good coffee and open early.

Whats not to love about Starbucks... except of course my willingness to pay an insane amount of money for a small cup of coffee. But then again, I pay for bottled water so Im obviously not the most frugal reviewer. This is conveniently located and even though I was there during a busy time , with a long line, the service is quick and efficient.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years now since I work in the neighborhood and never have written any review since it’s just about coffee at the end of the day but I wanted to highlight how an excellent customer service can impact the rest of your day and I have been experiencing it every time I have been helped by Janay(my apology if I have misspelled yr name). She is my star at this location; she is just so good at what she does and I wanted to acknowledge how a great customer service can affect a person day and for that I want to say to Janay: THANK YOU for making my day every time.

Slow service.. the baristas were just chatting while I was staring at the cup with my name. They were literally holding the cup after it was finished being made.. and chatting to each other while I was trying to get their attention. Once I was able to get my drink, they just went straight back to talking, didnt even call out my name... so frustrating!!

This place is an absolute madhouse in the morning. There is *always* a huge crowd of grumpy pre-orderers clustered around the front trying to find out if their drinks are up. Staff does the best they can but its an extremely unpleasant experience that I recommend avoiding if possible. Try going elsewhere!!

Unprofessional. Shame to Starbucks. Doesn’t open when they say they open at 5am and staff rudely ignoring me standing outside for for 20 mins post their supposed open time. Starbucks is destroying its brand relyability and consistency!

Karla provided exceptional service on our first trip to NYC. Her smile made us feel very welcome and this visit was a highlight of our day!

They do not like their customers.

They’ve gotten my order wrong twice and then had me waiting 10 mins for a cake pop only to tell me they don’t have the flavor I wanted. All the employees with the exception of one of the barista’s looks like they’re just there to socialize with each other instead of doing their job. Disappointing!

Another Starbucks shxxhole with no restrooms this should be published on the door of these kips to avoid people making the mistake of ordering and not getting full services ..not recommended

The Indian girl working at Starbucks such a bad attitude! No good morning! No hello! Just miserable early morning! Not being racist but its better to mention so they could their attitude!

They took orders from people behind me in line first. They got the order wrong (hot instead of iced...and the wrong drink). The barista didnt seem to know what my drink was but someone made it.

15min past its opening time and theyre still closed. we’ve been outside waiting and the employees inside this star bucks just looked at us, turned away, and continued to set their stations up LATE while taking their sweet time. Unacceptable.

Very slow, no costumer restrooms

Someone named « Quinn » was so rude to me!I was polite and calm, and she was yelling at me only because I ask for a sweetener. What’s happening Starbucks? Is your policy not about being customer-oriented with a good service?Crazy. I will never come back.

It wasnt too crowded. It looks a little bit hidden in the middle of the street, so its easy to miss it. Meaning, fewer lines *winks*

No toilet

I ordered my regular drink after a couple weeks of being away and was baffled to find it was only filled halfway.Now for almost $8 I dont expect anyone to be okay with a drink filled halfway.I spoke with the shift supervisor who stated I must pay extra for no ice, meanwhile on the app where I ordered it there is no extra charge for the No Ice option.Im not sure if she was having a bad day or what but Im so surprised because my experience is usually okay at this location.Needless to say Im disappointed and Ill just continue going elsewhere for my coffee.

This store is the worst in the area. Always issues of some kind, either operating with one machine, or out of certain coffee or ingredients. You can order a simple cold brew 20 minutes in advance on the app, and wait another 10 minutes at the store for it. And when you get it, it might not be the nitro you ordered, it might not have the milk you ordered, or it might be regular brew substituted for nitro that is no longer available. I am so fed up with this store, there are 4 others in the area, this was convenient due to the location, but its not worth it. No more.

Be careful with this site. The employees will put something in your coffee to give you diarrhea if they have the slightest issue with you. They need to be in jail.

Really mellow space. I know its a Starbucks, but this one is pretty quiet, relaxed. The baristas were nice and friendly and quick. No complaints.

I went here on a weekend afternoon when somehow there werent tourists on the street. I was in and out. The service here is usually good.

Customer service is horrible. I was a customer and asked to use the restroom 15-20 minutes before it closed and they said I couldn’t because they were closing soon.

Good location but really busy. Have to budget at least 15 min if youre doing a cafe order. Normally dont go because it looks so busy but stopped in today and just didnt get the food order. After 20 min I just had to go so was disappointing. Understand that theyre really working hard especially on the mobile orders but if they couldnt fill the order in 10 min I wish they didnt take it.

I’m a Starbucks fan and always rate my service even if it’s great ! I walked iinto this Starbucks today and idk if they were closing or something but as I was ordering I felt rushed. Not only that I asked for something from the menu and she asks if I would like it from the display….. that’s very disrespectful and concerning that she would offer that. She then went ahead and had 2 pastry items sitting next to a cleaning spray… honestly that was just so disturbing to me and her attitude just made me have to write a review about it. She didn’t have a name tag or Apron on so it didn’t even look like she worked there, she had crocs and half her belly out.. The barista honestly was so sweet but I’ll never come here again and make sure to tell my coworkers about it

This Starbucks is amazing, as this location is newly renovated, seemingly quite clean, well laid out, and this particular barrister created the most delicious pumpkin spice ☕️ coffee! What a great way to welcome early fall, I must say!

Not the cleanest Starbucks I have ever been, but it’s already pleasant to be.

It’s weird to rate a Starbucks, but this one is really great! Everyone is quick, super nice, and upbeat; there are a few seats for inside; and best of all: they always get my order correct!

I order a grande iced toasted vanilla shaken expresso with light ice. When I picked it up it was literally almost half way of the cup -_- what happened to the other half Starbucks???

The staff was super nice, but their coffee was garbage and they only had Splenda. Their take on cold brew no ice was to fill up a cup with ice, fill with hot coffee and make me wait 5 minutes for the ice to melt before giving it to me.

5 staff inside the counter and so disorganized, so slow. Need proper management. Waited over 10 minutes for an order then they didn’t know how to process a refund. Then a manager with an attitude telling me they are short staffed with 5 people inside the counter. Not good enough.

Nothing like a hot ☕ during holiday shopping 🛍️. Starbucks always to your rescue with hot cup of Java with a smile 😊

I put up with this place being slow for a while out of convenience to my office location, but today was a new level of low. I waited 15 minutes for a hot drink that was cold, and not the chai tea I ordered but in fact a cold pumpkin spice coffee. Meanwhile the barista who made my drink moved at glacial pace, singing along to songs, without any urgency. I dont write reviews, but the poor customer service really put me over the edge today. Dont give this place your business until theyve gotten their act together.

Starbucks is great, some employees are amazing at their jobs at this location but some — ruin your drink and give attitude to fix it. Don’t know what they are doing at their jobs. The 3 regular employees are the only ones that know what they are doing, al the others are lost.Wait is 20 minutes for drinks, but people coming in after you get their drinks and items quicker. No order, only chaos.I order the same drink every morning and this location is the only one that can’t make it properly. The drink they gave me today and told me was “my drink” made me gag.Disappointing. Very disappointing.

I dont go here but I went here with a coworker this morning. The service here is a joke. The people were beyond slow and not attentive to their customers at all. Orders were being made and no names were being called out. We waited and waited till my colleague had to keep asking about her drink and food. Eventually someone brought out bagels and my colleague asked about them and the employee responded rudely and handed her her food. Later we saw that the name was wrong but the food happened to be the same. So the employee just decided to hand out whatever food to whatever customer without asking the right information and that ruins the experience for both customers waiting for their food. This is unacceptable service and a long waste of time.

You have to wait at least 20+ minutes for a grande iced coffee no sugar no dairy added. If you get a hot coffee you may be able to get it immediately.

This is the most disorganized Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It consistently takes 20+ minutes to get a drink there. They work with no sense of urgency despite sometimes having 30 people waiting on drinks in the morning. They’ll ask each individual person their name instead of reading off the mountain of drinks sitting in front of them while the crowd of people gets more and more agitated. The staff is less than friendly with the exception of a very few. I rarely see a management presence and Im sure that would help people work faster. I understand machines break and things happen, but work to get through it instead of just shrugging it off and moving at a snails pace with no apology. Also PLEASE invest in another espresso machine at this location!

This is the worst starbucks ive ever been to. If you have time to wait 30 minutes for a drink, then youve found the right place. The staff has no idea whats going on and they spend to much time talking to each other and not doing their job. I will actually leave earlier every morning to walk to a different starbucks then to have to go to this one ever again. A medium-sized cafeteria from this famous cafeteria chain, they are quick to serve, and they also have toilets.

Pretty good quality, very rich.The only complaint I would make is the price, which I find quite expensive.
