This location is much improved with better staff and customer service. Has cool seating area with lift access. Not a bad spot to catch up on emails or read a book.

Smaller sized Starbucks with typical Starbucks menu. The place has a nice ambience to it with railroad type seating in the rear. Nothing special here, but nothing you wouldt expect at any other Starbucks. I thought the staff was friendly and provided fast service. There is no public bathroom.

Best customer service out of all other Starbucks locations!!! The Barista on register is literally one of the nicest, most personable, and everyone else was most helpful. They all go above and beyond with special requests. Quiet location and seating available. Perfect for midday stop.

Manager Issac doesn’t show leadership skills. I placed an order to the wrong strong and instead of him trying to help me resolve my mistake. He rudely requested me to call the other store. Since when Starbucks answers the phone? I order a coffee every morning and today will be my last. Thanks to their incredible manager. I didn’t want to continue an on going disagreement so I paid for two drinks losing $20 for my previous order. Hopefully this will help tighten up their management skills.

I don’t know how they train their employees to make drinks and how to deal with their customers but it seems that it’s not working and good luck whenever you complain

As a paying customer, Im upset this location easily takes your money but, doesnt provide customers use of their bathroom facilities. Note, there was now sign indicating the bathroom was out of order or, unavailable to customers. When I asked the barista for the bathroom code he mentioned there wasnt a public restroom. Next time notify customers in advance. Its simple place a sign on the door! This way I can decide if I want to spend my money with your establishment or not.

They are not very observant of disability. Storing overstock in the ADA accessible elevator for wheelcharis to get to the higher level. Could pose some problems for some individuals.Overall all of the baristas are caring, and make all of the drinks correctly. They do try and out an effort in making drinks correctly and accurate.

Love this place! During the Pandemic, I had to be in the city in the vicinity. I chose this location out of pure luck and convenience. Once ordered my 1st drink, I was sold! Through all the hardships and New implementation of laws they did a phenomenal job of keeping up the quality service that I have grow accustomed to from SB! Not only that, they went a step further! Growing to know Brittany and Rose, they have almost always made me feel special and welcomed. (I dont know if they said that to All the boys), but They would have little notes on my coffee, or give out cute balloons. Some days theyd just be out there blowing bubbles! They were really made it very easy and fun to go through this ordeal and nightmare! I always love going there! Cant wait to see them on Monday!

As the saying goes , third time lucky this time being at Starbucks I decided not to use it any more. I asked for three small cappuccinos ( there were 3 people to have the same drink ) and they gave me 3 grand cappuccinos . This is not the only one Starbucks which gets your order wrong . I experienced this in different locations as well, and I strongly believe the the Starbucks dose not care any longer. They always say they can redo your drink, but why not to get the right way at the first time . GODBYE STARBUCKS FOREVER .

I went to this location twice, both time I got an attitude from the baristas. The second time I went I asked for a grande passion fruit drink, I specifically said light ice and I saw the young lady at the cash register wrote it on the cup. Obviously whoever was making it did not read it or didn’t know what light ice mean. The cup was filled to the top with ice. Literally after 2 sips the drink was done. I brought up the situation to one of the guy over the counter and admitted “she may have put a little bit more than she was supposed to but that’s how the drinks typically look like”. so basically filling the cup all into the top is a little bit more ice? the only thing is I didn’t ask for a little bit more ice, I asked for light ice.So instead of apologizing and making me another drink, he literally kept going back and forth with me about “ she only puts a little bit more” which means she used the grande than the tall ice cup. Which means she didn’t follow the directions that was on the cup. Furthermore I worked at Starbucks and I know how to make these drinks and also know why they put so much ice in the cup.I literally wasted $6.26 for a cup of ice. And the guy over the counter had no interest in making me another drink, he kept repeating the same nonsense over and over again until I walked away. This place is such a disgrace! Definitely won’t be wasting my money going there again! Managment needs to train these people on how to provide descent customer service, because these drinks are expensive!

I ordered a cookie for my girl, a simple cookie. We had to wait 20 minutes to get it. I dont like the system of ordering, paying first, without having any clue whats available.

My order was messed up the day before, and I return this morning and nicely state that my bagel had cream cheese and Not butter. The lady at the counter was rude and did not apologize. She said well cream cheese is free, and I said I don’t Like cream cheese and that’s Not what I ordered.I said I’ll order another one, and she said Are You Paying for it! I called a few mins later to get her name & was placed on hold. NEVER spending my money there again‼️ So unnecessary & and an easy fix...bad attitude & horrible service👎🏽

This Starbucks is on point. The African American woman knows her customers, is very friendly and polite. Did not have to wait long to get my beverage and food.

No bathroom, this is a shame for Starbuck. We stayed about 30 minutes and tons of peoples came to find the bathroom... actually, there is a bathroom but they don’t let peoples use it. We figure out the code may contain the numbers 1-4-6-7-0. Because the digits was more used than the others... but we didn’t find the right order. If anyone find it, you should share... anyone want to take the challenge? At least we had some fun trying to find it and messed with the workers!

I’ve come to this location a few times in the last month and asked for a skinny mocha. I visit at different times through the day. Every time I order a skinny mocha it tastes different. Today I asked why it always tastes different and the barista said that they made it with regular mocha because “it’s a whole other process to make skinny mocha sauce”.I was extremely disappointed by this. This issue seems to be the same at stores in the surrounding area.

Customer service horrible. Cashiers needs to be re-trained how to be polite and approachable. Bake goods are incorrectly priced on display. Wait time was ridiculous.

All I get in there is a heated almond croissant and a large iced latte with coconut milk . They are very nice in there but sometimes the wait is to long only two people behind the counter need more staff especially with the online orders.

Its not enough space for seating and noticed almost all Starbucks store have closed thier bathrooms for customers? Whhyyy ? Paying $ 5.00 coffee and now no bathrooms but for employees use only ? Starbucks is usually good, but this time it was just pathetic. I ordered a Venti Blonde with milk, sugar, and vanilla powder. I placed the order on my phone about 10 minutes before I got there, and then I had to wait another 10 minutes while I was there. On top of it all, I watched how my coffee was filled in a cup and sat on a counter for 5 minutes, then to have milk just added and placed on the to go shelf. So then I needed to add the sugar and vanilla powder myself. Not sure why I would pay a premium price when I could get the same service somewhere else and save a buck or two.

A typical Starbucks, though it has plenty of seating in a slightly raised area to the side. Nice to have a spacious store in a high-traffic area downtown. Food and drinks are exactly what youd get at any other location — mediocre on the food front and decent on the drinks front (as much as I prefer a local coffeehouse the little girl in me is forever a sucker for a sugary Starbucks concoction). Service is friendly and helpful.

I got some coffee here and sat in their seating area to enjoy my coffee. Of course my coffee made me need to poop but unfortunately I had to hold it in because they don’t have any public restrooms here.

This medium size starbucks is a cozy little place for a quick coffee and snack. We were walking in downtown and went in this place to get a break and catch our breath. The staff was friendly. Their restrooms are clean and tidy. Overall nice place for a quick break.

No restroom! I usually buy Starbucks when I travel, because the coffee is steady and it has restroom. This really let me down! And not only this one, the nearby ones also dont have restroom. I wonder how those customers sitting inside sipping on coffee should do when they finish their coffee.

This is the bad Starbucks in the area. Service is poor, slow, and discourteous. Product quality is low. Even when theres no line theres a long wait for a messed up drink.

This Starbucks never includes the sriracha when you order it. Never. Honestly think the workers must hoard it from the orders they don’t fulfill it with, then take it home at the end of the day.

Older location but I really like the upper seating area. Rich is a great barista.

Small starbucks with slow and uninterested employees. 10 min to take the order, 10min to do it right, the tables were dirty and we were asked to leave five minutes later...

The place is small, no restroom... Just for employees. After paying for and drinking an over priced coffee, I had to go to the bathroom, I was rudely told to find a bathroom else where. And no electrical outlets to plug in devices.

Staff is fast! Knowledgeable, patient and nice. My favorite location in the area. Also plenty of seating in the back!

Go to coffee bean across the street. More places have a restroom for customers. This Starbucks do not provide restroom for their customers even tough they have more then 10 seats available... i.e. illegal

At 2pm they told us theyre closing soon when the actual closing time is 6. One latte took 6 minutes to make with no one in the line waiting for anything.

Saw a police officer ask to use the restroom and its a shame that they were denied after seeing them stand outside there for long hours.

Came on a Saturday and they shut at 16:30 pm, important to note.They do have a small seating area, but no toilets.

Starbucks usually has a good reputation especially with customer service, this isn’t one of those Starbucks they get your coffee order wrong (I stop ordering coffee from here) and sandwiches that take 2-3mins to heat, they’ll have customers waiting over 5 minutes+ ONLY After you ask someone about your order they’ll start your order.…Or you’ll be standing around for awhile. Example: I ordered a breakfast sandwich waited 6 minutes waiting until they called my order, watches ten other orders of sandwiches be made until I asked where my order was they had a confused face waited another few minutes to receive it. This place is very disorganized, I truly recommend the other Starbucks a few blocks down.

Probably the slowest Starbucks in town**2 years later they’re working hard to improve their proficiency, but there seems to be 2 intern girls who are just standing around observing**2022: the crew moves more efficient now and I seem to understand how things are setup. I have no problem getting my coffee on time anymore. Thank you team.

Terrible customer service, when asked if I may use the restroom we were told, we don’t have one, when I pointed to the restroom with a coded lock and a vacant sign supervisor said, it’s not for customers!This was very sad because their was a very old couple who just finished lunch and clearly had to use the facility/bathroom and was refused. I asked the employees about restroom policies and was told it’s our choice if we want customers to use it. I suggest a sign in window saying NO RESTROOM AT THIS LOCATION. We would have simply eaten and had coffee somewhere else.

They didn’t let cops use the bathroom during the freaking parade... it’s like 100 degrees outside. Let people cool off and pee for god sakes. Why is this even an issue these days. Half the people in Starbucks are there for the bathroom anyway and not for your burnt overpriced coffee.

Amazing coffee, amazing staff very patient with me as a tourist and unfamiliar with the area and the process of things. Was in there a while trying to get my bearings on where I was and where to go, needed to use their WiFi to help me and the staff were kind enough to let me even after I finished my coffee felt I was being cheeky but they didnt put any pressure on me to move or leave I was very grateful for the help and time they gave me.

My boss and I pretty much get the same drink every day- and every day its different/wrong. Its their shaken tea drinks yet they have NO idea how to make them. We are done with this location. Messy, rude and unprofessional. I have seen people walk out without their order because theyve gotten it wrong so many times and they didnt want to wait any more. We will take our business elsewhere.

This location is actively telling customers that theres no customer bathroom at this location despite a bathroom available in the seating area. It took a phone call to customer service to confirm that indeed the bathroom was for customers and get them to unlock it. And they were still telling customers the same thing when I left. Very shady and impolite service at this location.

Its a Starbucks and you get what you expect. The food and service are standard Starbucks fair. There are several other good local coffee shops that are worth visiting over these.

Rude an inconsistency...I bought a cup yesterday that was in the dscoundi section at -30%, the gentleman who served me told me it was discounted but he had to enter it manually. I went back today to buy another one and the girls told me the sale ended yesterday...the sign was still there everything was the same. The 2 girls were inventing reasons for not selling it to me...they won t see me.

I dont say this lightly - this is the WORST Starbucks Ive been to. They are completely overwhelmed - had to wait 20 min to get my order. They are also rude - I was waiting by the mobile order section and the lady splashed water on my face and didnt apologize. When i saw the guy by the oven hoarding orders out of it the oven I asked should I go over there for my food order she said theres a lot of food over there with so much attitude

Likely the worst starbucks ever. Issues a aplenty, yet the district manager is nowhere to be found.they almost never open on time, rarely honor coupons that are clearly available in your starbucks app, they keep the place dirty, even after the most recent renovation. Products barely make the shelf by 8:30 AM. condiments counter is always filthy, and empty milk/cream containers. When you ask for extra milk, the nasty employees think they are doing you a favor by providing you with a fresh canister of milk. This is SHAMEFUL, STARBUCKS!!!

My visit usually great. But today way off with customer service. Waited for over 20 min very few people . Employee stated machine tape finished and didnt complete order but meanwhile my coworker got her beverage and my beverage was placed on counter, no name was announed or anything just sat. When asked if this was my bevarage she said what did i order and i told her my order and she just said that is your beverage but never valled out my name or name of beverage she saw me standing there waiting didnt even look my way. So unprofessional and unorganized.

Ive never seen such a filthy Starbucks in my life. Garbage cans overflowing, paper on the floor and dirty tables. Avoid it if possible. It really is shameful.
