I come here every morning and the only rockstar employee is Kayden. The line is full of people and the only register open is Kayden. Everyone else is chatting with their friends on the other side of the counter pretending to be customers. Paola is the worst one out of all. She has an attitude every morning and does not know how to smile or deliver any sort of customer service. I hope management visits on a morning and observes the behaviors of their staff. Terrible!

Everyone here is very friendly. One time, I ordered a venti but they put in grande. I went to grab the drink and said there’s been a mixup. They without reluctance fixed it and didn’t even get upset. I really appreciated their courtesy and help. Great location

Another dog i was close to in my family was euthanized yesterday. to make my day and re live a childhood memory i came in to drink a Cappuccino No sugar is out and no cinnamon was placed on top not sure if Im early or not but as I sit here the horror of the first taste of the cappuccino which I have been drinking since I was 5 years old has been one of the worse its not strong Im drinking more milk than the actual expressio Mr. Cristian or tristian we can do alot better than this Im gonna take it back and see what happens. We as people shouldnt care what your status is along the social class but as long as your a paying customer. every drink should be made to its entirety. We all havengood days and bad days I know a former nj manger Julie Williams she was amazing . I bring the drink back to him he offers me a cappuccino machiato in a smaller cup. yet you have a guy come in a blanket and he gets better treatment than me . the asian girls says i come in toncharge my phone and to cover that up like are we serious .the whole time they are talking garbage now Im returning and i want money back I wont ever come back with no receipt provided.Kema is beautiful and even offered to try to make it

The two terrible employees. They enjoyed making jokes and shouting at tourists, making vulgar jokes.

The locations have one specific o and employees very disrespectful to customer I will never will go to this location again , this guys in the morning shift don’t know how to answer customers, I was waiting for my order and ask what drink was in the cup become it was not discrimination in the coffee and he answers not yours. That is not a correct ways to answer if I will be the manager in that location I will not want to have an employee like that one in the location. .😡😡😡😡💦 Maria

Slow Yuck slow Yuck slow!!Everyone took their sweet snail like time this morning! The only person that was doing their jib was the cute young guy who rung me up. On top of that my espresso was cold. Yuck!

It’s not only the coffee that energizes your day, it is the human interaction that makes this experience great!There was a question on here about outletsYes, they have outlets below the big mural of South America.They are on the bottom left.And there are tables to sit atOn the other side, there is a wall with outlets, but nowhere really to sit

Today, the young lady taking the order made an honest mistake with my order. It was resolved by her coworker. However, the chai latte was too sweet and did not taste good. I do like Starbucks but unfortunately not all have well trained employees!

Ordered today and they were understaffed. That being said, the two ladies working held it down. Great work!

I always come in the morning to get my coffee and although it gets very crowded the staff always works extremely hard and is always kind to me! the girl with the pink hair especially always gets my order perfectly!

Whoa the prices in Midtown are ridiculous...a tall vanilla latte is normal less then $5 everywhere else but in this location is was nearly $7. The staff was made up of entirely young adults and that was a problem only because they were so busy have conversation amongst themselves then actually making the coffee. I think I waited 15min and keep in mind there was NO ONE on line when I came in. No one waiting on orders in the store either. The person I was on the phone with even noted the time and was annoyed for me. Just when I was about to say something the customer that came in 5min after me was annoyed as well and let them have it. Noting that they were so enthralled in their conversation and ppl are standing around waiting. I grab my coffee quietly after that because I dont believe in joining in other ppls arguments but I was happy someone said something. Hopefully it improves and the prices stop getting ridiculous.

The staff at this Starbucks is absolutely incredible. Every time I order I am greeted with a smile, whether it be at 9am or at 6pm. The coffee is always consistent, but it’s the employees that make this my favorite Starbucks ever. Seriously, everyone here needs a promotion because of the service they provide for New York City. I love starting off my day here at Starbucks on 63d and Lexington because I feel respected, valued, and appreciated as a customer. I want to be friends with everyone here!

The taste of Frappuccino’s and other not that good and no enough seats at all and as a family we can’t stay at

Makeshift homeless shelter!Uncomfortable environment.Recent guests:1. Man with huge black bag of household items, his blanket, and ipad frequents this location. He frequently spits in and around the garbage and can be seen rolling joints.2. Man washes his armpits and keeps cleaning his nose near the napkins, and lifts up his shirt.Etc.i have no idea if they make purchases.But this is unsanitary and re: the joint i assume not legal.Staff is nice and i dont know what their instructions are from management.

It’s 29 degrees outside, I ordered steamed milk drink but they gave a cold one when I never said I want it cold/ice.

I had a terrible service today . They forgot my mobile order , and when I kindly remind them , the white girl ask me to show my app and what I order . I did it , and she started to make my drinks , but then , I saw that she make it wrong and I corrected her, and she started arguing with me that I didn’t know what I order . Let me explain, I ordered iced espresso with 4 shots , but in my app you can’t see all the details. I explained that to her, and she told me - why are you being so difficult? I was so shocked. So , your app doesn’t work, you didn’t even apologize, and you make my order wrong and argue with me and also want me to prove what I order ?? Then they app seems like started to work and another girl make me my order correctly ( with 4 shots ) I show it to the one who was arguing with me and she even not apologizing. She continues to act really aggressive and rude . Like it’s all was my fault. I think people like that should be fired right away. Too bad I didn’t had time to speak to the manager. No jokes , it was the worst customer experience in my life. It happened at April 29 , 2022 . In 7 am . I really hope that Starbucks will do something. And I will never return to this location. Btw I was a regular in this location.

Long lines in the morning and barely any sitting room just like any Starbucks. The difference here is that they have two cashiers and they keep the lines moving quickly and efficiently. The service is always good and the people have always been friendly. Also conveniently close to the F train.

Staff not friendly. I was there between 12-1p and one worker who was wearing a midriff top wasnt getting along with coworkers. They also need to up the hand hygienics. The same woman mentioned above wiped her nose with her hand.

This location is always to the max with customer traffic. Also, to their max is the friendly, speed services they all provide. Smooth service, fun music, cashiers smiling, baristas that remember your last order. Places to seat is the only challenge, not comfortable (1 long table and windows area 2 bar chairs thats it).Nothing fancy about this business. The service and location priceless 5☆Their last cold drinks 2018 The Protein Almond Blend Cold Brew really good.I went one busy morning and barista Jules did my drink since, no peanut butter which its part of the ingredients; he fixed it perfectly and always with a great energy.

This is so far the worst Starbucks ever! They are sooooooo slow! I usually place my order on the app and ALWAYS take 30 minutes to make a Vt Iced Cappuccino.I had to ask for my drink all the time! They dont read instructions on orders and just do it the way they want it. I always order extra ice, 2 pumps of Syrup, NEVER got it like that.Sadly is the only Starbucks next to my job.

63rd location is convenient but even with 4 staff behind counter and 2 people waiting me and another I ordered a dragon fruit I waited 15 minutes. 2 of the staff were doing nothing. The 2 working were great

Quality has dropped , new cast of workers.This morning while sitting eating my oatmeal a young lady approaches me and askes me if I paid for the Newspaper I was reading. I replied I came in with it. She claimed we have that same exact paper . I replied Im sure you do. She looked as though she just woke up . She disappeared in the back again . On my way out I asked to speak to the manager. I was told by the cashier That one that spoke to you was the Manager. , shes Pregnant I was confused what does that have to do with her accussing me of me

Paid for coconut milk replacement but was given soy instead. Thankfully I’m not allergic but nonetheless the mistake reflects the amount of care they put into making their drinks.

In the area, this location is the best one because its right across from the train station. The staff here are pleasant. Always greets you with a smile and the consistency of the drinks are on point.

The young man who served me rolled his eyes and kept rudely tapping on against the counter whilst taking my order.. nevertheless Starbucks never fails to disappoint beverage wise and I enjoyed the drink.

Doppio Campana turo sugars chocolate powder cinnamon nutmeg extra whipped. Little bit of ice it was perfect. The staff is great. After you have one of these you go home and paint your house paint your neighbors house clean out your garage clean out your neighbors garage 😀

Nice place to chill but there is no restroom

Employees were too distracted socializing to take orders or get drinks out at a reasonable time. I was stuck here for over 30 minutes just to get a coffee when there wasnt even a line.

Conveniently located by the 63rd Street subway, they have a nice communal table in the front, which is wheelchair accessible. In the former location of the American Express travel store, its a nice place to grab a latte or whatever your Starbucks choice of drink is.

The lady at this location the day i visited couldn’t been more rude. She even got mad about us asking for the sugar since , in her own words “the coffee has caramel and is already sweet “ Like the rest if new york no restrooms, not even for customers that paid. No sitting available and it was dirty and sticky. Coffee tasted good The same old Starbucks flavor but just buy and get out because this people do not like working there or taking care of customers. If you can just go to the Dunkin’ Donuts in the near by street or find a different location

Baristas were lame

The place is nice enough, and I like the location. Not a knock against Starbucks as a whole but I was disappointed in my drink.If u look at the pic youll see caramel spilling out everywhere. This caramel also leaked into my work pants on the way back to office which sucked.Disappointing trip.

This location has become terrible for the past few months. They never get my mobile order right.. Its like they refuse to read the instructions. I often get this, yet they always forget the syrup, the soy, they put in several extra scoops of matcha, and they ask if I want whipped cream. Why would I want that if Im getting soy? does it say whipped cream? And it took them 15 mins.

Staff seemed nice, but not a great choice of food, very few seats and no toilet.

I have been to this Starbucks multiple times. Sometimes I order on the phone and pick up and sometimes go in person and order. I have never been happy with the service I received. Most of the time my coffee tested horrible except for one time my coffee tested really good. Most of the time this place doesn’t have enough people working so wait time is very long and sometimes they have enough people but they just stand around or they don’t know what they are doing.

This store is close to my office but I dont regularly visit. Given the 50% off promo on Wednesdays, I decided to order from this store.Last Wednesday, a guy helped me with the order. He lacks not only necessary training but also humble attitudes. I ordered Matcha Latte but he added espresso shots in it. Then he was notified by manager that there is no coffee in Matcha Latte. As I waited for my drink to be redone, I saw him and other baristas correcting his mistakes on multiple orders. I also tried to use my own cup but he didnt understand what I was talking about and asked me if I was to buy it from the store. I dont understand why someone with literally NO knowledge of products and services works here.This Wednesday, it was the same guy. I wanted to give him a second chance. As I waited in line, he, again, had difficulty understanding what customers were ordering. I decided to visit another store in the last minute and got perfect experience - ordered my drink, used my own cup and got a cup for my dog.

Customer service is horrible. I was the only other customer at the location, an hour and a half to closing and got a zero acknowledgement from the staff. So after standing in front of an empty cash register I left empty-handed. When you charge over $3 for a cup of coffee you need to provide a better experience for people that are still willing to come to you.

Terrible customer service. Everyone seemed extremely unhappy to be there and don’t greet you, smile, or even attempt to seem cordial. On top of that during my visit, the people working behind the woman taking my order were yelling at each other and so unaware that there were customers. They clearly had no care to that amount of noise they were making. I couldn’t even hear myself order my drink that’s how loud they were. The music also was super loud making the vibe of the store terrible.

Terrible customer service. Been there several times and its always disappointing. This last time I went, I approached the mobile order counter, saw that my drink was there, made eye contact with the staff member three different instances and he ignored me each time. I had to finally ask him for my order and he acted completely clueless. All the other locations Ive been to have all staff members that are much more attentive, courteous and friendly. Theyre all competent and professional. Not to mention, this locations state of appearance is dismal. Its dirty and unkempt.

The way its designed, youre meant to get your drinks and leave, but the service is slow. I waited as customers piled up, but in their defense, they appeared understaffed. I wouldnt say the service is poor, but I did witness an altercation where another customer was upset because she had a very basic mixed drink due. Its not ideal, but given some more staff, I think theyd be okay.

They made my order really quickly. The location wasnt at all that busy at 1oclock. And really patience with me.

Think of coffee nothing else will come to your mind other than Starbucks

I walked into this busy shop with my 4 y/o. There must have been at least 20 patrons. I politely asked to use their restroom,(gesturing towards my bursting child), and while patrons pointed out an Employees Only restroom, a member of the staff proclaimed they dont have a bathroom.Id understand if I were unkempt, or rude, but I guess they rank social responsibility below their more profitable activities(selling liquids).

Poor customer service. One thing that will make or break your company is customer service. I visited this Starbucks over the weekend while coming back from the MET. Now, I’m not even a Starbucks person. I don’t go often. Out of the year I’ll probably do Starbucks 3-4 times tops so I am unfamiliar with a lot of menu options. I know Starbucks is known for not always going for the basic S,M,L size system. Also some places don’t always have all 3 size options. While looking at the menu I orginaly wanted the mango drink that was being promoted. I saw that it said grande witch I know means L, but they say it in Spanish. Come to find out they ran out. I then asked for the sizes of another drink being promoted, and the cashier at that time had a nasty response for my question. It took me so far back because I was being nothing but nice. I asked if she had an attitude and she starts to chuckle like there’s a joke then ask if I want to order anything. I just walked out. For me to ask a question and get a nasty,smart comeback it is very unprofessional. I came back, and although the shift supervisor listened to my complaint, and tried to offer me something my overall experience was terrible. I don’t want to put her name out there even though I should and quite frankly I really don’t care if I do, but it’s not even worth it. The general manger and corporate will be hearing of my horrible visit to the Starbucks on Lexington Ave and 63rd street.

I walked into the store and looked at the menu, and the staff asked if I was looking for the restroom. I feel offended because they seemed to imply that one of my race doesn’t drink coffee, they just want to use the restroom for free.

This is a decent Starbucks location, though its not the fastest service Ive seen at one of their locations. Still, overall its pretty good.

People that give this Starbucks 1 star because there’s no bathroom needs to chill - not ALL Starbucks require a Bathroom!Please read NYC gov Restaurant Bathroom Requirements:Food establishments with 19 or fewer customer seats are not required to provide bathroom access to the public.Food establishments are not required to allow public access to their employee toilets. Patrons are not permitted to use any toilets where the patron must walk through the kitchen or any food storage or food preparation area.So I think the above is pretty explanatory on your next steps- besides there is a HUGE public restroom at Bloomingdales!!! Just 3 blocks away - come on! Bring your child there don’t accuse the staff for poor service for not letting you past the employees only door! You allow ONE you have to allow them ALL cause customer be like that...think about it. Ok I’m done - hope this explains the WHY to the bathroom situation.

This has to be hands down one of the worst Starbucks around. It is very busy right next to the train station and Hunter college... Very unorganized Ive waited twice 20 minutes for them to make my drink and for it to taste horrible.

I was surprised it was not that busy since I came in early afternoon, but they didnt make my double espresso macchiato very well. Seemed like they only gave me one shot and when I asked for extra foam I didnt get it, seemed like the staff members where distracted making jokes to one another.
