Service was a little slow but the friendliest Starbucks staff I ever met. Made my experience 10x better.

I’m staying at a hotel down the street. I chose Starbucks because they open at 6, earlier than the hotel’s coffee bar. But 6 am came and went as I and other customers stood outside the locked door. At 6:09, an indifferent employee opened the door. From there, the service was ok, and the coffee was great. Next day, I went to the Dunkin on 23rd. They also open at 6, but happily let me in at 5:54, and the coffee was just as good.

The two folks who were on the clock as I’m posting this review were warm and helpful as I gave them a tricky order while rushing to catch an express bus! 🙏🏽 (08/17/2024 at 7:15p)

Another Starbucks undergone a small renovation that turned out for the worse. This Starbucks used to have a nice spacious seating area as well as a restroom. I came back after a couple of months, and all the nice seating is gone, and the back of the store is walled off. No more restroom. Shame on you, Starbucks. This happens way too much. The special atmosphere, a momrnt to yourself, the third place between work and home, the certain coziness you offered, its all slowly disappearing. More and more disappointed.

This is a very nice Starbucks. First time I saw the store manager working in the store. She was very cheerful and greeting all guests. The line was moving fast, and baristas were putting out order one after another. Got my drink within couple of minutes, perfectly made.The store has nice sitting area at the back. Gets little bit messy after people use the area. Lots of nice picture frames and plenty of merchandises in the shelf.

Spent $7 with tip on brewed coffee served by personnel who made me feel like they were doing me a favor. Sat at one of the few tables and was told there were no bathrooms available. Not exactly an inviting place.

A great place to relax, study, or simply get away from all the craziness. It has a very cool vibe with amazing music. it’s very clean. Most importantly, the staff’s friendly and attentive.

Ordered a sandwich with the clerk and told her three times, and her expression and reaction were full of disgust. I went to my seat and waited for a long time. Everyone behind me got the drink, but I didnt. When I went there again, she said I didnt have any. Their clerk is still whispering. This is the first time I have been discriminated against by a clerk.

I ordered a grand size coffee with no ice and I only got half cup coffee. What a scam!

Starbucks is my favorite place in every place ! I feel always welcomed no judgement work chill or meet a friend . The wifi is by far the best always fast and reliable . My most productive part of my day is when Im there . Love ya starbucks !!

I don’t go to Starbucks often but I came in today on my birthday to redeem my free drink and I was having some trouble with the app but the staff was helpful, incredibly friendly and made me feel special on this day just want to thank this team🙏🏼☕️

I had a tiring day today and decided to stop by Starbucks. There, a barista named “Leek” really made my day. His happiness and positive attitude were contagious, and it made me feel so much better. Because of him, I definitely want to come back to this location.

The man and woman who were on shift at 5pm on Dec 9 should be ashamed of themselves talking contemptuously and negatively about clients while making coffee. Having full conversations expressing their negative views on people who order and keep them employed.

I only go there for coffee and it’s always the best coffee with the best quality of beans!

Stopped in for coffee. Sraff/service was exceptional. The Store was clean and a very conducive environment to work/relax.

This location is closest to my office. I was here particularly early this morning and Brie helped me out. She warmed up my whole morning with her kindness! She’s an exemplary team member for this location and I’m glad our paths crossed.

The staff is so helpful. Location is very organized and clean. Has space to lounge. Bar chair sitting in the front by window which looks out to the passerby. Table sitting in the back. Relaxing with the tunes playing in the background. Creates a calm ambiance.

Shout out to this Starbucks shop in Manhattan! I stopped by various Starbucks cafés in Manhattan during my recent visit to NYC and this is by far one of the nicest and friendliest. The staff are attentive, friendly, quick, and keep the shop very clean and orderly. Quite different from many other Starbucks cafés in the vicinity. They have nice seating to enjoy a latte and pastry or get some work done.

It said there were restrooms, but there are none.

I stop at this location almost every other day. The music is good, the staff is friendly. Especially Chey, the blonde with glasses, usually on register. She’ll make your day !

Its cute and small. They actually had everything i wanted for once. The food was giod, the workers had great positive vibes and were very friendly.

I would award this Starbucks location a rating of 0 stars. I had a horrible experience with a worker named ‘Jay’ who was blatantly rude and for lack of better explanation a cause of poor morale. She became extremely defensive when I told her she had messed up my order. I have been a regular customer for 5+ years and never encountered an employee so ill-mannered and disrespectful. Whether or not she messed up my order she could have tried to resolve the matter without an unpleasant attitude.

Amazing, quick, and friendly service. Watched a customer scream and berate the baristas over nothing and they were very polite to her and helpful. Classy, wonderful people.

Perfect location and really well-kept. The nicest cleanest Starbucks that have been inside in a long time.

I ordered cookie and found back of the cookie is so soggy and wet that feel like touching disgusting sponge! so I have to exchange with new cookie. Still wonder why they didn’t give me fresh one on the frist serve. If you are ordering cookies or breads, watch carefully 😊😊

This store is awesome. Yes, in the beginning wifi was not available but there is great wifi service now to sip a tall pike roast, open your MacBook and be ready for business. Besides the wifi, the staff is always friendly and move fast to prove great coffee with a smiling face.

Worst starbucks ever in the WORLD! One of employees are very impolite and unprofessional. Plz dont visit! you will definetly disappoint with its abysmal service. Moreover the music is so noisy, you can hardly have a chat with your friends.

In NYC, keeping a clean sidewalk is the responsibility of the business. This Starbucks team doesnt seem to care about their neighborhood.

I ordered a grande iced caramel macchiato, the cashier that was taking care of me says, why are you getting iced? (She was referring to the fact that it was a little cool this morning) Honestly, she almost made me say forget it I dont want anything. Then as I was waiting for my drink I noticed that they call out people names low then place them on the table for the people to find their drink and pick it up. Definitely not how a Starbucks should flow, what if someone comes in and picks up someones drink and walk out smh! Lastly, the trash was overflowing behind the counter, very unsanitary smh.

Lots of seating, quick service and clean bathrooms... The only odd thing about this place is they play current music, like Top 40, not that coffeehouse music that all the other Starbucks locations do. Hmmmm.

One of the workers seemed she was having a bad day the way she tailgated me on the way to the storage room. Other than that its a pretty decent location to drop by to use wifi.

Things are very good . BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE RESTROOMS , This brings the place DOWN. i can say if it is only a take out it can be acceptable , BUT WHEN IT HAS TABLES TO SIT DOWN NO WAY.

Service was welcoming but order was messed up and tables were not cleaned after others. Covid should make us have more precautions!

I love that they always greet you when you walk in. Relatively quiet with places to sit on Sunday mornings.

Good place, much better than can be sometimes but here is soooooo loud music that I can’t hear my own voice when I’m speaking with cashier. Guys, let’s make music not like in the night club and that place will be awesome.

As far as Starbucks goes, this one is a little more hustle and bustle. Not a great location for taking your time. They are always nice and get my order right though.

Marie, Leek, and Trey helped me with an issue in the app and didn’t create any difficulty in helping me. Very attentive and considerate group with great energy. More Starbucks employees across the city would benefit from their lead!

Did I happen to find a local Starbucks with no Wi-Fi? I learned the hard way after sitting down with a Tall Pike Roast, MacBook open and ready for business. All I could do was... drink. my. coffee. #FirstWorldProblem I know....

We was waiting 20 min for order, after what we get not what we asked, we payed for 2 medium cups, but we get what u can se on picture!!! Ugly!!! Never will back here!!! The worst starbucks in my life!!!!

The food and service is fine. Prices a bit high. No different than any other Starbucks. However, the music is insanely loud (and it’s good music, as someone else had pointed out, but that doesn’t matter). When a person can’t hear themselves talk or headphones can’t drown out the music, this is bad. Not the place to come if you want to study despite the spacious seating.

Customer service is very bad...never shopping here again...something simple as paid for extra syrup...ask the the young lady I did pay for extra...she completely ignored me...which I was standing there for like 10 minutes...

The state of their restroom should have been an indication to run in the opposite direction - corners filled with hair and dirt, sticky, without paper towels. they got our names wrong (that happened to some previous customers as well) so we waited for our drinks for 15 minutes.

Truthfully, I am the first person to say “I’ll never go to Starbucks” because I’m a die hard for local spots...however, this location has changed my entire opinion on that. I started going here a few months ago when I started working in the neighborhood and it is now a necessary stop in my day. They have the best staff I have ever met and every single person gets to know you/your order and is on point with everything. 12/10

The service here is excellent; really top-notch. Rooms are elegant without being stuffy, and are spacious. Food and drink at the Lambs Club is also quite good.

Very Good as Usual

My brother and I had our favorite Starbucks beverage: macha for him and americano for me.

The employees are friendly and always get my order right. The only issue is that theres a wait, but they work through that line really well. Unfortunately, like all Starbucks stores, theyre a little pricey.
