It was the worst thing Ive ever experienced on my trip to New York. When I visited on a Friday afternoon, a female Asian employee looked rotten as soon as she saw us, and she did her job roughly even though there were no customers. Ive never seen such an unkind Starbucks anywhere in the world.

This Starbucks has a very nice look and interior. There are picture frames, rainbow flags, trophies and awards won by the store. Nice shelf filled with SB merchandise. Huge couch to sit and and dine.The ordering process was smooth. But despite having 4 barista, it took forever for the drinks to get ready. There wasn’t even a lot customers before or after me. But once they were handed to ua, they were up to to mark, tasted really good.

Had to leave because the entire place smelled like garbage. Disgusting

Very nice atmosphere, including a colored chalkboard and modernist artwork. Jazzy-techno playing in the background. Friendly baristas. A homeless person entered wearing a blanket and asking patrons for change, but a barista politely had him leave. The white chocolate mocha was tasty. Comfortable seating in booths and at high tops.

This morning I order ice coffee with splash of milk but they give me a milky ice coffee and barista rude attitude and mad I dont know why. Worst attitude. I have Bad experience at this location.

There is not even a bathroom for cusomers, what?? Staff reacts bored and indifferent when you ask if you want to have sugar for your coffee, no spoons or anything supplied or. Had to ask again for something to stir, same reaction, as if I was the first person in the world with such a special wish.. Even if the coffee tasted good, sorry guys, this place sucks!

This is one of the worst starbucks I have been to. I specifically mentioned to the lady that I need my coffee extra hot. She served me completely lukewarm coffee. Second time she tried it again and it was colder than the first time.Horrible service. Would not recommend spending a dime here to anyone.

Nice, clean establishment, with easy in-&-out ordering thru take-out. Plenty of seating, too. Standard, rich-hickory flavored-coffee, yes, a good-cup-of-joe.

So slow, end up walking out after 10 minutes for a black coffee with just one other person in line. Caused me to miss my train

Nice clean Starbucks but not the best in the area. They didn’t have equipment to make drinks which is odd for corporate and management not to make sure they have all that they need. It felt like they just didn’t want to make it but otherwise friendly staff and experience. Store was pretty clean and they have seating with outlets (didn’t test if they worked)! but all in all an okay store. Just keep expectations lower because they couldn’t make all the drinks!

Coffee ☕ so good. Not expensive.

This is a store that takes pride on what they do. Thanks for our wonderful drinks 🙏🏻 it was one of our highlights of our short trip to Newyork! Quay you rock!

Waited 12 minutes for my coffee before I had to leave without it so I wouldn’t be late for work. There was only one person in front of me.

Super clean, fast service & good customer service. there was a barista in particular today who went out of his way to protect the women in the shop from a strange man who entered. lots of places employees wouldn’t interfere with something like that, so huge huge props to him. we’re visiting from Atlanta so we’re used to sitting in places lol and the seating area was nice & clean.

It is very cold in this Starbucks; I was freezing every morning during breakfast. No space to work, even though they have outlets. Very disappointing. My positive memories of the “Third Place” have been ruined here.

Overall it is a good place with a very good service but music is too loud if you stay next to the station.

This is the best run Starbucks I have ever experienced. Every time I’m there the baristas are friendly, motivated, and seem to truly care about their job.

Friendliest baristas in NYC right here. This place gets busy tho so I recommend ordering ahead on the app.

The cashier was nice, the layout was big and comfortable but the girls making the coffee were rude! The did not look at me once and when they put the coffee down just kept talking to their co-workers. Did not know which coffee was what and when I asked for the white mocha they forget they acted like I was bothering them. Everyone in NYC was nice except them! Will never go there again!

LOVE this Starbucks. Everyone was so nice and they made my strawberry cold foam iced blonde espresso latte perfectly.

2 ppl behind the counter cleaning and ignoring client (ie me) 3 more come out from the back and still ignoring. I had to call their attention to have one of them do me a favor & take my order. She finally takes it and as I’m about to pay with a card she says this register is cash only😂 Do I look like my pocket is stashed with cash??? I left. What a combination of stupidity and ignorance attached is a photo of my empty hand🙄😂

This Starbucks has ample seating and perfectly fine coffee! My only complaint relates to the service. The cashier around lunch time today was rude. I never leave bad reviews anywhere because as someone who also holds a position in customer service, I understand how demanding the job may be. It certainly gets difficult when you are dealing with a mix of hostile customers all day. But I dont think that warrants a bad attitude to everyone else. Im not saying I expect 5-star customer service from a busy Chelsea Starbucks at lunch time, but a little less yelling and eye-rolling goes a long way. :-)

I visited this Starbucks while staying in New York.I place orders from my mobile and it is ready within 5 minutes, The staff is very helpful too.

Its was a bat experience not with a coffee that we ordered. I went to the bathroom and they don have toilet paper, when I asked they said they had certain amount a day and for today it finished si i got son napkins but when I went back it was locked, they were so mean, I think a big company like Starbucks can afford toilet paper for costumers.

We walked in at 5:15 to get something to drink I ask if they had a bathroom he told it was closed later after we ordered and we were sitting down I asked if I could use the restroom another associate told be at 5;40 they closed because is already clean since they close at 6pm ….. the bathroom needs to be until the place closes not acceptable

Went this morning and waited over ten minutes for an iced coffee. Then they just started making orders for whomever complained at the bar rather than sticking to the queue. Their system is extremely flawed, might be due to the mobile orders they kept making although they werent getting picked up. Either way it was a pretty bad experience that I wouldnt want to repeat.

Predictable as always. The pumpkin spice latte was nice. A little too cool for my liking but my partner thought it was just right. The bathroom was a bit grubby and that lost a star. Theres half dozen tables in the store.

I usually go here and they have good customer service, but today was something else. I ordered one drink and one brownie but they gave me 2 drinks and no brownie and when i asked them about my brownie they said i didnt order one and gave me an attitude.

Love the employees they were so kind.

My coffee tastes like water. When I asked to fix my coffee they said it would taste same. I’m a long time customer so I know how the coffee tastes .Would never go here again.

Trash experience, you get missed just to find out they are out. If you want to waste 20 mins for a trash substitute and bad service this is the place. Lots of scary locals as well

If I could give a 0 Star, I would. Horrible customer service. Employees just chat and don’t want to do work. They’re rude and honestly don’t adhere to Starbucks standards. The place is always a mess and it seems like there’s no supervision.

Logan is such a great manager. He knows his drinks and reccomands the best for your taste.

Busy location but staff is doing superb job so theres not much of a waiting to get your coffee.

I usually come to this Starbucks because I work in the area. The service is usually great, but today the baristas were chatting and gossiping, all while forgetting to make my drink. I had to ask where my drink was after waiting an extra 10 minutes, with multiple drinks getting made before mine. Mind you, when I prefers my drink there was nobody else in line. Finally got my drink, and was given a drink that was not even filled to the top.Also note, this Starbucks has many regulars who come and hang out here and make a mess of the place.

Service was good, I was there a little after lunch so there was a line but it moved fast enough.

Never had a soy white mocha that was bitter and half foam before. Dont even want to drink it. They are usually like candy.

Plenty of room to sit and enjoy your coffee

Great coffee just loved it all the time and the free wi-fi was just the cherry on top of the cake.

Any location. Not just this location, but I got tired of it happening. Ordered strawberry lemonade, but instead of lemonade, i got water only and strawberry. I didnt pay 7$ for less juice, more water and ice. Then, when i tell her, i dont want it with water. All she had to do was just make the lemonade mix that they had more of. like, really.. either lazy or idk..

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They greet you as you walk in.I was visiting from Montreal and both my credit card and debit card were not working. I told the cashier that I would go to a bank machine and be back to pay cash but the lovely young man behind me in line covered my coffee for me.What a great start to the day :)

Standard Starbucks fare, but commual seating area is nice, and staff are friendly.

This Starbucks is the dirtiest coffee shop I have been to in my life the tables the floor the toilet some health department needs to check it out

Spent over $6 on a matcha latte that tasted like bland ice water. Not to mention that i wasted 30 mins waiting for this non-taste latte while watching the person mess up every order and then redo everything

Its a Starbucks. Nothing special but the staff is nice. I have a disdain for chains b there was no other place I could sit and write for an hour.

Somewhat busy location. I have had varying experiences. Some of the team are super engaging and welcoming, no matter how busy. There are 1-2 that walk away mid order and leave you standing confused.I’ve had more 1-2 star experiences however the 5 star experience is what keeps me coming back, though not as often as there are other options on the block with more consistent experiences.

I stopped in to charge my cell and rest my feet ... It was the only Starbucks that was open past 8pm in the area

Great place to have a quick chat with a friend and have a drink. location is good , place is clean and after the renovation looks really nice.one thing is that it is pretty small so sometimes all the tables are taken.

Shockingly quick here. Fairly spacious and not too crowded. Its a Starbucks, so the coffee and food are as you would expect (although I do love the egg bites).

Nah this my favorite Starbucks y’all bugging. I can come in and order multiple drinks and they’ll get my order out fast. This location is clean and the baristas and polite and care about their job. I love coming here for my clients and even for myself sometimes in the morning. Sometimes I just want that energy they giving cause it’s good on top of my butterscotch frap being the bomb

Excellent efficient customer-mindful service provided by barista & cashier (west 24 St & 6 th Ave) NYC Ms Angela or Anjelly (One of these spellings)- she even checked with me that she’d filled my cup with their PIKE coffee to the volume I had requested - I’ll be back to this store!Thank you Starbucks & treat your employees respectfully!

Good lord, it’s 9am in Manhattan, you have 3 ppl working and a packed store. Increase your staffing and keep up with nyc opening back up.

There is a good mix of seating, from small tables to larger community sized tables. Generally very busy so its not always easy to get a seat. Outlets are limited so charge devices before arriving.

This Starbucks is very conveniently located in the Flatiron District. The staff is nice and all of my orders were perfect. This location does have a restroom.

Quick service, pretty good seating. Would give them 5 stars except a lot of the stuff on the menu was unavailable because it ran out - definitely not the employees faults though, they were all really nice and friendly.

Ive been a starbucks fan for years and have enjoyed the customer service; but unfortunately my visit to 24th and 6th ave store wont happen again. Rude and dismissive shift manager on duty this evening. It was clear she was irritated or possibly overwhelmed. But its never an excuse to be snappy and rude to the customer. I chose to leave and spend my dollars elsewhere. Sorry just lost me at this location. Would totally put todays evening shift managers name on blast (female), but will do so to the manager. Disappointed fan.

When your use your app to order and pick up, the machine is almost always broken and the frap machine as well. The staff appears overworked and understaffed at times.
