I was in Starbucks for the first and last time, and bought one sandwich without meat, it is very expensive. One small bun with cheese and eggs for 7 dollars. Now I will not buy anything in Starbucks. Dunkin donuts are the best.

I know you guys are wondering why I am going for only 2 starts. Let me explain, it’s not the employee’s fault it just Starbucks it self. Idk why they charge so much for everything. Very similar product you can find it on any other store for way less than that. But that’s the thing it’s the name.

Although the barista was nice enough to let me use the bathroom, it was nasty and disgusting. There werent long lines at the register and at least 3 people on.

I’m a very frequent customer because this Starbucks unfortunately is the closest to my office, however it is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I order 2-3 times a week from there and they never get my order right! I do mobile order so I can just grab and go when it’s ready to avoid waiting, yet every time I end up waiting because they can’t get my order right and I have to wait for them to fix it! It defeats the purpose of mobile order! To add to that, their attitude is terrible! They never apologize for messing up my order. In fact the opposite - they give me dirty looks and attitude that I create more work for them as it is my fault they can’t get an order right! They have never once said sorry for messing up my order and wasting my time! A few times, I would let it go but this is consistently every week! I now prefer to walk a few blocks further to the Starbucks on w Broadway. Even with the longer walk it is still faster because they always have my order ready on time and correct! Not to mention they are actually polite and friendly! This store deserve 0 stars!

Came here earlier this morning and again about half hour ago. Let me just say this the difference in service between the morning and afternoon shift is like night and day. I ordered my usual cold brew with ex vanilla swt cream, the cashiers switched and took more orders after mine, all drinks were made for online pick ups and the for the customers that came after me and had conversations, and were on their phone. As for my order, I was left waiting for 20 minutes and I couldnt wait any longer, I had to ask for a refund and told the cashier I dont have the time or the patience to wait 20 minutes for a coffee. She looked at me and told me that the other cashier will help me with an attitude. This the kind of service the afternoon staff provides?

My fav coffee shop becoming worse and worse🥴 prices though like Government 😁Also is it fair not having restroom service in most of them.. you pay almost 10 $ for coffee and restrooms cannot be used..Restaurants and drinks specially with sits must have restrooms...Sorry but its very rude attitude to customer.At least write which ones are with or without services 🙂

Starbucks always comes thru in the clutch. An ex girlfriend introduced me to the java chip frappe.... shes gone but Starbucks is still in my life along with the java chip frappe

You cannot use the bathroom even a customer. They put the big garbage bin in the bathroom and don’t allow customers to use, the stuffs treat customers very bad

They’re not open at the times they have listed , I walked here and it’s closed at 6:30, but they’re supposed to be open at 5:30, workers areIn there scrambling - this happened another time and they were closed all together when they were supposed to be open but somehow my online order was accepted , I still haven’t received my money back. They’re fast but there seems to be an issue with getting open on time

Thank you for always having fast and consistent service at this location. You guys are very mindful to those of us that are on a time schedule and never let us down. Much appreciated. Cant say this for every store in the city, sadly. But thanks for getting it right here.

This particular Starbucks is hit or miss in terms of customer service and swiftness of service. I find that I have more luck with mobile ordering if I need my drink in a hurry. No one has ever been rude to me and my drink is always correct, however, the team seems to just not have a good systems model for serving. There always seems to be a bunch of people behind the counter but the drinks still come out so slowly. Also, the bathroom often seems to be in need of cleaning. Again, they just seem to need to be better organized and maybe they will keep customers a little happier. But for now, do yourself a favor and just mobile order in advance and skip the crazy wait.

This one lady was really rude. I know they are in a rush in the morning but she was using her hands to talk to me and was rushing my order! No one else was in line and I felt like that was unnecessary. She wouldn’t have done that if I wasn’t a child. This woman needs to get written up because I wasn’t the only customer she talked to like that. The other employees noticed and did absolutely nothing.

Extremely slow service, very unprofessional, employees prefer to dance and sing behind the counter instead of taking orders. They made a mistake with my order and gave me an attitude when I explained their mistake. I’m not even trying to be a Karen but this location is not recommended

Went there the other day with my wife. Ive been going to Starbucks for YEARS!! and this was the rudest set of employees Ive ever dealt with. A transgendered black female and a black tall slim male. Both incredibly rude and even started to raise their voices to the point that if I didnt leave, something was going to erupt in anger. The drink tasted like perfume and must have been sprayed by the employee due to the argument (which was only because my mask came down and exposed my NOSE! WTH) Never again!!

Even after my bus stop was moved, I still stop by every morning, walking 3 blocks out of my way to enjoy the very pleasant staff and great coffee. Danika goes above and beyond to remember all her customers names and drink preferences (dont know how she does it!)

Before it was good, my drinks used to be made as ordered. I love the refresher and thats the only thing i buy from Starbucks but, lately Ive noticed this location has had some new hires and they really suck!!!! My refreshers are blend and taste like flavored water. I dont know if its the batistas or the ingredients. And also why change the sizes if the refreshers? A medium is a small and a large is a medium, after taking half the flavors off the menu the sizes shouldve stayed the same

I ordered a frap grande at about 630am. Terrible customer service. The person that took my order tells her co worker that she doesnt know how to make the particular drink i requested then complains about making it at the crack of dawn. I over heard this and shoulda spoke out about respecting a customers request regardless of the day and time. As a paying customer it never should matter the day or time of a request,just do what the company is paying you to do. whats so difficult about that

I asked for soy milk & got 2% (luckily Im not allergic), they also forgot the whipped cream and topping. I was the only person in the store...so theres really not much room for error. Im only writing this review because the time before this they gave me basically an empty cup. Seems to be careless workers. I work at starbucks too, its unacceptable.

Very friendly. I unfortunately had to get a big order for work one morning and effectively monopolized one staff but they were accommodating. Inconsistent policy and suggestion notice via phone calls and protocol on how to preorder.

I went in for a coffee today at 7 am, and those girls working where singing and having a great time while taking those orders, something I absolutely love! It made it a very good environment!! Shout out to yall!!

Just left this Starbucks it was terrible !!! African American female just yelled at her coworker he’s very nice person she wasn’t !! She also got loud with me bc I wasn’t fast enough for her and she bypass me and went to customer behind me I didn’t get my dad his tea or my coffee or my puppichino for my puppy ! I wanted to actually ask her if they had the take-home verismo espresso pods but apparently she was in a rush to take care of the customer behind me and was nasty she needs another job that does not include dealing with customers May 21 2019 at approx 2:50pm

Omg, i was so happy w this Starbucks, great employees bathrm for customers . Folks able to hangout. But my tall iced mocha went right thru me. I have never had such a bad stomach ache before. I have an iron stomach & i iced mocha is my go to in the summer. Makes me believe that something is wrong or spoiled at this Starbucks! Horrible experience, 2 hours later I’m sick w stomach pains still. I’m done w Starbucks! ... geeez, i just read other reviews about bathrm being nasty one of the employees who couldn’t wash their hands due to the clog sink could have passed something to me. Great!** update, i was actually sick 24 hours, horrible pain & diarrhea! Beware!

Extremely dirty bathrooms are dirty the door the glass is dirty ham prints for prints with what is going on with the world today and everybody being a little more conscious with bio hazards and bacteria included covid I find it hard to believe that Starbucks being the brand that it is has dropped the ball at this location

Customer service needs to improve . Very unorganized and one of the employee has a HORRIBLE attitude. My wife called in trying to reach the manager and a very rude employee named Cassie or Casey barked at her on the phone and it hurt her feelings! I will be calling cooperate this needs to be addressed immediately. I am very angry

The cashier AJ is sooooo delightful!!! Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunchy stuff and he wrote extra crunchy stuff as my name. Keep him around! Such a nice individual!

Went here while my family and I were on holidays. English is our second language but when I ordered the chasier got my order wrong and when I tried to tell her she acted like I was a stupid who couldnt speak properly. The staff treated us like nothing and in addition the place was dirty. Really disappointed.

Your run of the mill Starbuck. Not the largest location by any means, but the line always seems to move quick and the staff seem to be very efficient and accommodating. If youre looking for your caffeine pick me up for the day, you certainly couldnt go wrong with the diversity, quality, and price they offer at this staple, especially with a fist full of boujier options around that cater to more of a coffee purist.

These guys are good. Kevin is the man. Some good staff, too. Decent turn over as expected at a Manhattan sbux. But some real nice vets. Its the closest Ive found to a LI sbux, which Im biased toward because I worked at a bunch of LI locations and left the company when I moved to the city because I hated the impersonalness you find in NYC sbux. I understand with the volume its hard, but I worked at some of the busiest locations on LI and we still kept it personal. I will go out of my way to avoid the Chambers Street location (it was terrible a year ago, havent gone back since, maybe it has changed) so this has become my go to while Im at school if Im feeling a proper cup of coffee. Thumbs up.

Employees are nice and the drinks were good, but it reeks like a bunch of feral cats are living in here without a litter box.

Used to be a very nice store to visit, now all you see is homeless and crazy people inside and waiting at the door. Shame to see the quality decrease.

Very quick service the dining room was quite small. The bathroom needed to be cleaned other than that pretty much your standard Starbucks.

I come here in the morning because it’s around the corner from my office. It’s way too chaotic for the morning. The music is always way too loud, coupled with 20 people on average crammed into a few square feet getting yelled at by the employee making and distributing drinks.

This is my least favorite Starbucks. The staff is OK BUT the management is the worst! I can get free refiles at all the other Starbucks, BUT not this place? And when you question it the management does not care. It’s like going into a McDonalds at this SB. I would go more offten if you just give me a refill!!!

The counter person was courteous and friedly when taking my drink order. The barista was quick and made my drink the way I ordered it.

I went to this location on 5/3 and the workers had stink attitudes that made me feel unwelcomed. The cashier looked at me like I insulted her and the person making drinks ignored my thanks for my drink.My drink was watered down and tasteless.

This is one Spacious Starbucks with room to have a quick charge as well as relaxed work. I ordered ahead from the app and the timing was favorable! Could be a bit cleaner though, but thats about the only complaint. Ill definitely revisit.

Loved the atmosphere. Staff was pleasant. Placed was jammed packed when I arrived but it didnt take long for my order to come. Iced coffee was perfect and my food was hot. The team worked well together, all Beautiful Queens.

I don’t know what is going on here. Usually starbucks employees are helpful and accommodating. However, its another story here. It is almost 70 degrees outside and its pretty warm outside. However, the heat is soo high here and is very uncomfortable to sit in. When i asked the lady making the coffees to turn down the heat a bit. She said its out of her hands. Which makes no sense to me. Do they not switch the heat off or adjust their thermostat when they close the store. Its weird and was a bad experience for me. If i am spending 6 bucks on a coffee I expect to be comfortable drinking it.

Just when you think you know all about stuff you can find at Star Bucks, we discovered a spinach and feta cheese whole wheat wrap thats both delicious and healthy, good for you nutrition!Before we found this wrap we already ordered and enjoyed a yogurt cup with.oat cruch and berries.A happy Discovery visit at this lower Manhattan location on West Broadway.

Waited over 30 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and it was cold in the middle.

I come in the early morning, and the staff is always pleasant. They greet, and even remember your name and drink.. great customer service.

Ordered a red eye, barista was not happy and charged me and walked away. Never made my coffee. Then smiled a gave me a thumbs up after I asked for my drink and walked away again. Finally another barista apologized (thank you) and made the red eye unfortunately there was no shot. 4.30 for a cup of regular coffee. Do not go to this Starbucks . A waist of time and money. Avoid toxic service and businesses

Literally just watched a crazy woman yell at the entire staff and they still kept their cool. Always play fun sings in the morning and get drinks out faster than any other one in the neighborhood.

The staff is nice, but one of the employees decided to take off the default playlist and play her terrible poppy dance music really loudly. It was so loud that I couldnt mask it with headphones. Felt like they wanted all the customers to leave or something. Its a coffee shop, not a retail store. Im here to sit and relax, not buy pants.

Perfect place to hang out for college students also they have working fast wireless chargers. Most other Starbucks I went to supposed to have wireless charging in the table but none of them work

I love Starbucks brand and I am a loyal customer, however this location is the worst Starbucks in Manhattan. The employees are rude and have an attitude. They act entitled and when they give you horrible service they demand a THANK YOU! Starbucks needs to get rid of the employees who clearly do not have good customer service skills because they are tarnishing your brand.

I love this Starbucks because its right next to the train and they move extremely quick and are super polite. This is one of those Starbucks where you can literally tell a barista your mood and theyll suggest something just right everytime. They havent failed me yet. A sweet Gal relieved my discomfort. I have asthma and deep respiratory issues that flare. She suggested a medicine ball and I added nothing to it. I had one on Monday and one on Wednesday, I havent wheezed yet and its Saturday!!!! I will be sure to let her supervisor know how much I appreciate her.

Lovely. Certainly the best Starbucks in the city. The decor here is far better than most. Staff are friendly. Close to Equinox. This Starbucks attracts higher class clientele.

Crowded. Packed in. No space. Expensive ( very). Great jazz, wonderful evening, its like watching an artist paint but its jazz ! Read reviews, it was helpful. Had a cheese plate with fruit, nicely done ( not if your a foodie ) , 6 drinks bill was 335 after tip. 4 people. Went 32 years ago, went last night, would do it again, Ill remember the experience for a life time. We dont live here, just visiting.

By far the worst customers service they were above and beyond rude they screamed and used foul language at me and cursed me out when i told them that my sons and wifes coffe were cold they completely lost it. Its by far the worst customer service i think its NY thing to have terrible customer servife to its visitors

The bathroom was pretty nasty the sink was clogged so it was a struggle to wash my hands without touching the dirty water- the dryer didn’t work either. We also went to do homework but the WiFi wasn’t working. Ended up connecting to the Dunkin’ Donuts across the street. The general experience wasn’t bad- ordered a chai tea latte that was really good and the customer service was great! We got a table in the corner and once we connected to the Dunkin stayed there for a few hours doing homework.

Normally this Starbucks has a bad smell. BUT today it smelled like a dirty swamp. I had to walk right out and find another Starbucks. How do you sell food and coffee in a stinky place.

Its very crowded during the week and the batistas are a bit slow because they are so overloaded. They always have my mobile orders ready to go when I arrive though!

This is one of yhe slowest starbucks i have ever been to. The people are all great, but when i order an iced coffee in the morning that wait is usually over 15 minutes. I dont know if its the new mobile ordering, how expansive the menu is now or that theyre just that slow. I like starbucks coffee more than dunkin, but this starbucks is the one that led to my switch.

Very nasty and rude workers I ordered hot chocolate and when I got it back it was ice cold and I ordered it at 3:43 so I want up to the cashier and let them know it was cold.The young lady who was making the beverage had caught an attitude because all I said is was my hot chocolate was cold.
