Chill bibes. No seating but has shared tables available. Quick service. Great shoutout to Eddie(as what i saw on his name tag)we saw his dedication to work and willingly helping out his slower workmate(which is a woman) without any complains just to get the work done even though he also runs the register. He also does not rely on tips to give better service, he even cancels it 👏🏻. Accepts credit/debit. No parking. Eddie is the employee to be promoted

Grabbed coffee here and it was an average experience —nothing too much to get excited about. The service was quick and efficient, and staff friendly and polite.Great location for where I was staying, though that said, you can’t walk 5 meters in New York without passing a coffee shop so I’m not sure the location counts.The prices were pretty reasonable and not too much more than the in smaller cities.Good sized store with a great variety, though no seating inside or out. Only complaint is that they don’t open until 5:30 —come on Starbucks, isn’t this place supposed to be a 24/7 city...

Greeted with a smile! Great store with speedy service, this is the first Starbucks that I’ve witnessed the staff actively sanitizing the surfaces ( including the standing ledge). It wasn’t too busy and I look forward to future visits. The drink quality was amazing

Really just for mobile and take away orders. No sitting area but that could be a COVID precaution. They forgot our food order and we had to wait a long time for it.

The baristas were nice and the drink was good. The chocolate croissants were also warmed up and made quickly. Only thing is the service was a tad bit slow just because they were busy. Other than that it was good.

I love the service here. The girl at the register was super sweet and although I ordered a caramel macchiato with whip cream and didnt get whip cream, when I asked the guy for some whip he was very nice about it. Thats rare around here so its well appreciated!

Went here to get the coffee traveler. Took them the longest time to make it. They didnt even have the box for coffee traveler in their store. It took them 40 minutes! Moreover they gave my small cups and I wanted larger cups, but they wouldnt give it to me. The person serving me was extremely rude and asked for extra money if I wanted medium cups. He acted like he didnt want me to come back again.My friend bought the coffee traveler at another Starbucks location near Bryant Park and had no trouble. She received her order at a reasonable time. The person even gave her large cups and gave her another 2 cups filled with milk for no extra charge. Really disliked the service at this store...

No complaints. Nice Starbucks across from Bryant Park. There are several places on this corner to get coffee, snacks, and pastries. If youre needing something good and consistent, I recommend this little Starbucks. Service was fast and friendly. Coffee was made to perfection. And everyone was carefully adhering to COVID 19 safety. No indoor dining May 2021, but Bryant Park is 2 minutes away.

Love this place always pick up my coffee every morning and the service is exceptional make no mistake this place is simply the Best

Baristas are very nice, they memorized my order after less than a week. Service can be slow at times; Id recommend ordering through the app if possible. They are also more than willing to resolve any issues quickly. Main complaint is theres no place to site, just a small standing table.

Nice warm place to drink some coffee and people watch

Avoid this location by all means necessary. Extremely rude and clearly they need some training in treating all of their customers with the same respect. It was painfully clear that the white tourists were getting first dibs on all orders, to the point that I ordered a tall caramel frap and I saw my name on the cup before they even poured it in, only for the sticker to be torn off so it could be given to someone who ordered after me, because they were falling behind and wanted to make sure the white people were taken better care of I guess. Pointed it out and was told I was just mistaken. But then when my frap came there was no name on it at all. I only wish I got a picture of the woman who did it, unfortunately since Im never going back there I guess shell remain unidentified.

Either the staff is not capable of handling a morning rush or Starbucks needs to tweak how their app estimates order preparation timing. For the past 2 or 3 months Ive noticed that mobile app orders that should take 2-5 minutes routinely take 15-30 minutes. Walk a few more blocks and find another location.

A great little location close to Bryant Park with LIGHTENING FAST service. A clean store with a nice variety of food as well as products for purchase, it’s a solid option if you’re in the area hankering for your Starbucks fix.

This is by far the worst Starbucks in NYC if not the world. I place a mobile order BEFORE I get on the subway around 8:15 and get there around 8:50 and it’s STILL NOT EVEN BEING MADE. I’ve wasted over $100 dollars on these orders. I understand it’s a busy area with an influx of people but I don’t understand why employees are standing around doing nothing or why a 40 minute old order is not prepared. Do better.Update: this location is still treacherous. Thanks!

Freaking terrible! Aside from them being extremely slow, I ordered a flat white with almond milk and saw her make it with vanilla soy milk and announced it as a flat white with almond... ignorance is one thing, but straight out lying is another. Will never go back. I should have listed to co works and friends who warned me that this location sucked...

We have been in quarantine for the last 8 weeks in NYC and everything has been shutdown. This is the first Starbucks I saw open while walking my dog and I almost cried! I appreciate the small thing now, things we took for granted.There were two couples on the line in front of me and everyone was wearing masks (including myself). I placed my order on my mobile app and my order was ready writhing 4 mins of me being there. You aren’t allowed to go inside so they have set up a table by the door where they place your order.Such a great system!! Well done Starbucks!! Fernando is so so nice! I (so stupidly) ordered to the wrong Starbucks and he was so nice and got me my drinks in record time and was so understanding about the whole thing. 10/10!!!

Just left there and the latte tastes like flavored water. Should have known it would be crap when the barista was basically joking around with the other barista as if they were on a playground. Oh, and the tip-minder just popped up on my phone; hilarious. Not coming back to this one...

Very freindly staff quick service

Easily the worst service, cashier forgot my order 3 Times and seemed out of it; half condiments were missing including the milk containers. No other location is as bad as this one.

Staff is super friendly and attentive. Was there today on a 30° day for soy hot chocolate and a sugar plum cheese Danish which was delightful!!🥐☕

Pastries looked fairly depressing. Got a pineapple refresher and it was both overly too sweet and sour at the same time

By far one of the best Starbucks Ive been to. The staff was extremely friendly very welcoming and helpful. When I say staff mean there were tons.😊

The ladies making the drinks are good. The guy at the register put down one shot of syrup when I asked for 4, also didnt even get my name right.

A fly was seen in this glass case. Told the barrister who took my order and no response from him. Told the one who gave me my bagel and was told, its ok, items in there are just for display. Thats where we look to decide what to order. If a fly is in there... What message does it send to the consumer.

While there are a considerable number of excellent cafes within a 2 block radius from this location, its always good to a have a reliable franchise to go to when the other places are crowded.

Worst starbucks ever. No bathroom, out of pumpkin spice latte, and I did not enjoy the service. Almost no seating. No trash cans... this is not a real starbucks.

Staff was great and best music from any Starbucks I have been in.

Went here for a bogo with team members. We have frappuccinos for happiness when we need a pick me up on particularly stressful days at work. Just fyi you need the app to get the promotion at this location and the barista and cashier were amazingly helpful. My drink was super sweet & my name is not Chelsea!Also the entry door looks like it should open the opposite direction! That was a added laugh. Now were happy so five stars!

Typical Starbucks lication. We were served quickly. Store was clean. No seating available, just a small counter where u can stand and enjoy your beverage.

The food was delicious. The Pot Pie was exceptional and a fan favorite. The Misses really enjoyed her drink -- Sweater Weather which was quite enjoyable.

How are you a multi billion dollar company and when I’m making my purchase of $20+ you don’t have change for $100.

I just got some coffee from here today which was good as usual. However, I was really happy due to the cashier(I dont remember his name but he was great). My younger sister wanted a pink Cake pop but they had none. They went out of their way after seeing my younger sister upset to get her some from the back. It just made my day:) great staff!

This Starbucks is great. Fernando and his team do a great job of welcoming you. It is a smaller store so if you’re going in the morning, it will be extra packed. Give your order time. There isn’t a restroom but there’s one in Bryant Park so it’s not that bad.

It tastes good, but I forgot to tell her to put some chocolate on it. When I asked her if she could put some chocolate on top? She was very angry, her face was very unhappy, and all the resentment was written on her beautiful face. Her resentment has been put in the coffee I ordered. I am surprised. Why does she look so angry? Work should be friendly and enthusiastic. If not, it should not look like resentment. I think she should go home and lie down so that she doesnt complain or get upset.

It’s been a disappointing experience. I run 3 blocks to get in to Starbucks before it’s closed, I came in 9 minutes before and DURING SERVING OTHER CUSTOMER barista didn’t want to serve me ! Already canceled my Starbucks card. 🥴

Management runs a tight ship in the mornings. All the staff are tremendously friendly and helpful...and handles the morning chaos well. Good job team!

I ordered an English breakfast latte without foam, but when my order came, it’s with foam and I asked them that I don’t want foam. Barista took my tea back and make it without foam, but he didn’t brew my tea first. Tea suppose to brewed first and then add the milk. If you don’t brew the tea, then there is no tea taste.I asked another barista how do you make latte? He said have to brewed tea first, but mine didn’t brewed. And the barista wasn’t happy when I asked I want my tea without foam.

It’s Starbucks, if you like it, like it else it’s bad coffee. But the real reason many people like me go to Starbucks is for the Wi-Fi and the nice environment to get some work done.This outlet didn’t have a single chair for anyone to sit and that is disservice.

Please be cautious about ordering here. I ordered the grilled cheese and dragon drink today and noticed that the drink already looked really weird. But after finishing my food, I got the worst food poisoning in my life. I still can’t even eat 7 hours later.

Came in this morning for breakfast and being tourists they were VERY patient, friendly and kind. Great service and the music was the best I’ve heard in any Starbucks anywhere for the AM. Coming back tomorrow!!!!

A typical Starbucks location featuring the same exact coffee as every other Starbucks store. This location can be very busy and I would try to avoid during peak hours- early morning and evenings. Overall, if you like Starbucks, then youll enjoy this location, but for those of us who dont want to pay $5 for an average cup of coffee, there are plenty of smaller, independent options in the area with better service and coffee and that are usually less busy.

Why do these Starbucks blast music in their shops? Combine that with the plastic shield and face masks makes hearing the server as well as the server understanding the customers order a nearly unbearable experience. One needs to yell and repeat. Clearly the franchise owners never experience this issue for if they did this problem would be fixed.

I went here because I needed to have a Starbucks coffee in my hands. I didnt want to be looked down upon by the turbo stylish and wealthy as drinking good but inexpensive coffee.Its bad enough I dont have AirPods. I cant be seen with cheap coffee. The billionaires will pick on me.

Legitimately the worst Starbucks ever. Slow, lazy, rude, more interested in chatting with each other and hanging out then acknowledging that customers are waiting in front of their face, chatting instead of making orders that are waiting, never pay attention to orders or make them correctly. I order a sandwich with no cheese and unless I hover over them and catch them putting it in with the cheese, it ALWAYS has to be remade despite the label being correct bc they just dont pay attention or care. I come here almost every morning (unfortunately) because it is the door next to, and essentially within, my office building, so it SHOULD be convenient but I am considering walking an avenue or so further bc this place is irritatingly terrible. Would give it zero stars if possible.

Spacious but a little understaffed.The cashier and two baristas completely ignored the queue of 5+ mobile orders that were sitting unfulfilled while in-person orders took precedence.

I wish I had seen the poor reviews before dropping by. Slow, unfriendly service, a mix-up in orders and forgetting additional requests. One upside -- consistency in poor treatment to all customers. Everyone looked pretty dismayed.

Online orders should be ready by the time you get there, especially if you 0rdered 10 minutes ahead of time and its a very small order, and the store isnt even busy. They should not be just getting started when you walk in. The employees should also at the very least, know what you ordered.

No seating anywhere

Slow service, rotting bananas, staff is unhappy. Got my order wrong and attitude. Asked for an americano misto and they gave me coffee and told me to pour in my own milk. 😳

Not much choice but the blueberry muffins are delicious. The strong point is that it is close to Bryant Park so you can take muffins and eat them comfortably outdoors while reading a good book.

We went to several Magnolias, the best is always the one near Central Park.

Starbucks in a single window without seats but with only a support area for standing. Staff very friendly and ready to serve you all the standard products of the period. There are also numerous options in the dessert and sandwich display case. Located near Bryant Park where, if the temperature allows it, you can consume what you purchased

I love it so much! Im sad that I dont have one in my city, but whenever I have the opportunity to go where there is a franchise, I always go. I love the diversity of caffeinated foods that exist and the most wonderful muffin in the world.
