I started coming here about twice a week two months ago. To my surprise, one of the staff started calling me by name when I walk into the shop.This is the first time I’ve ever had such an experience.I want to buy coffee not just from this shop, but from this person! So I plan to keep coming here from now on.

Great place to visit for a coffee. The staff are excellent. There are bathrooms on site and have a number lock, which is provided by the door to the bathroom. The bathroom is clean.

I had a horrible week but I just would like to say THANK YOU so very much to ADRIANNA and MAX the 2 of them were so sweet and helpful not everyone around here has been to nice but these 2 were by far super nice and great employees of Starbucks thank you so much to the both of you.

Please address the homeless at this location. It’s too much. And at times, unsafe!

Today I participated in the consumption of 2 beverages from this fine establishment. I was very pleased with their products. Highly recommend.

I love Starbucks! I cant pass by one and not get something to drink lol. Ive been loving the Matcha Green Tea Crème Frappuccino lately!

Really quick and efficient! I loved my white hot chocolate. It makes me feel festive!They had hand sanitizer on every table top and counter space! Super clean too. I had a great time here!

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. The store is always very clean and welcoming. I normally stop by during closing shifts where Im usually greeted by a few of my favorite staff members Hollister and Nick. They are always very polite and the service is great. One of the best Starbucks locations hands down!

This area has a restroom problem and the black lady is just plain rude she made the Visit nit worth it I wanted my money back

Clean place; helpful staff. Restroom probably only for customers (locked w/password). Good lighting too and has outlets....though I must say Teavana is pretty bad for anyone who have had legitimate good tea before.

Worst Starbucks in Manhattan. Three days in a row the wait was over 15min; coffee was burnt and the barista was insanely rude. Needs new management.

Love this location. Not only is it clean and the service is excellent, but the ambiance is just right. Great place to get some work done or sit and chat with your friends.

Coffee was fine but the bathroom was really gross. It clearly hadnt been cleaned in a long while.

Its not that it was bad, its the area everything is horrible here, buying a simple drink can take a chunk out of your day. For so many people in the area they sure really dont design these places for service.

I was intentionally overlooked I was also then given a very unfriendly look When I finally spoke up I was handed a product that was substandard. My answer to this is If you don’t like working there and if you don’t like the people Then please quit

Has a clover machine. Staff try to know you if youre a regular. Come here on a daily basis. If only they would offer a student discount…

This is a good Starbucks to get a cup of joe!

This is the BEST Starbucks I’ve been to in a while. I have reread some of the reviews and must say that the customer service is great. I’ve never had a problem coming in here. I wish most customers would not put hate on these hardworkers.

I was get in before 7:00 which their close time. And he is not allow me to use the restroom. And I bought the teavana but not allow the use the restroom. Horrible service. And the girl before me is allow to use. This is how the excellent customer experience they promise?

The kids were super nice here and went out of their way to pronounce my name correctly.

How many stars can I reasonably give it when the guy gets my drink wrong and is incapable of fixing it because he doesn’t speak English?

This location in particular has some employees with terrible attitudes, but its a reasonably efficient Starbucks location.

People should start boycotting Starbucks. It’s unbelievable that I get treated badly because I refuse to tip for a water. I came in, I picked a can sparkling water from the fridge and went to pay for it. Next thing the cashier is answering me rudely.

Found a booger in my drink. Love getting literal snot in my 7 dollar drink. Disgusting.

Don’t state that you are open til 7:30, if the employees lock the doors at 7:00.

What can I say 5 Stars I love coffee they have the best coffee.

This is a small Starbucks and I visited around noon on a Saturday when it wasnt too crowded. I got an iced coffee to go, basically just walking across the street to catch the uptown at Franklin Street.

Coffee and food is fine as always.They dont really have enough tables for all visitors.There is no cleaning staff. The trash is just lying on the tables forever.

Went in there for an iced Matcha. At the time it was not busy, and there was only 1 person waiting ahead of me, but my iced matcha took a while to receive. (They were fulfilling online orders as well as in store orders)I waited patiently, but the service did take a while, much longer than I expected for ordering just 1 drink with only 1 person ahead of me.

Most of the staffs need training with customer service.I walked in today since it’s closer to my work place.They don’t greet to customers at all.Not big deal.I waited in the line for order pick up.Staff was there. He didn’t ask until I had to call him to give me my order.Worst of all, he gave rude attitude while give the drink.Seriously though , Starbucks ain’t cheap drinks . I don’t demand to be polite . But request not to be rude or give sassy attitude to the customers .Whoever hire them or train them did a bad job.

Thats a Starbucks... I mean... People are nice and all. Food is OK, beverages are as usual in a Starbucks.

Nice and spacious starbucks with a lot of seating for working or reading.

Overall the staff is pretty good and also the food is good but there is a downside that this Starbucks bathroom has a cpasscode that you need to activate.

This is the lowest Starbucks can go as far as serving coffee is concerned. The worst ice latte I had till now. The cafe is unclean, seats are torn and lot of homeless crowd using washrooms. Bad bad bad!!

Staff was a mix of happy and cranky. I was told I couldnt wait with my elbow on a counter because it was for online pickups only. The bathroom was clean.

This Starbucks never has anything. Either something is out of stock or a piece of equipment is not working. However, why is that the case when they first open? And the people behind the counter are not that delightful. Very disappointing!
