Popped in for a cocktail prior to a dinner reservation. Was initially seated at the bar where we met Timothy who is an extremely talented bartender. Super friendly and very accommodating. We had to move to a table as the rest of the crew had arrived. Christina took care of us and she was super friendly, knowledgeable and took great care of us. The drinks were incredible and we wanted to try some more. As a bar owner it’s awesome to see such talent. I wish we could hire them. We highly recommended this place and we will visit again.

I had the food here. We went prior to covid different owner but the food is still great. When I went the first time I was extremely dieting so I wasnt able to enjoy my food. I just had the regular oatmeal and stuff but this time around you see what I had and the food was really good. Thats actually chicken waffles. Its the purple pain. Purple pain and the other one is the hashdash and that was really good. Went for brunch. Great and definitely will go again

I came here around 10pm on a Friday night and it was lots of fun, good for a friend catch up Started to get busy around 11. The drinks were good. And let me tell you about the artichoke dip—it was pure heaven! Creamy, savory, and downright addictive, it was easily the highlight of the evening. If you find yourself here, do yourself a favor and indulge in a serving—its an absolute must-try. All in all, it was a fantastic night filled with good vibes, delicious drinks, and unforgettable flavors.

Traditional old-school pub located in a great area. Can’t say how crowded it gets on nights / weekends, but we came as a group late on a week night and there was plenty of space to have a casual conversation without shouting over each other.Their old fashioned met expectations for me though we weren’t given waters by default.

We were told they were out of chicken tenders, so we ordered wings. They then said they had tenders (when they originally said they were out) and when they brought the wings out, they didn’t give them to us. In addition, the service was very slow, but the ambiance of the restaurant was nice.

We booked the Perry Street Lounge for a pre-wedding event and could not recommend the venue enough. Kat was communicative, easy to work with and open to questions. Our wedding guests loved the feel of the venue - a chilled environment, offering classy cocktails and casual pub grub. Perfectly set the tone for our wedding weekend! The bar selection was bottles (pub were happy to order in our preference) however only draft beer in the main bar, so keep this in mind if you have a minimum spend tied specifically to the lounge.

Fun spacious bar, occasionally with live music and very good food. Two reasons for 4 stars rather than 5:1) Food is pricey. Yes its delicious, and yes its in downtown NYC. So I get it. But still, given its a fairly casual place, youll find yourself spending a bit more than youd normally want to for a casual place to eat.2) The service is a bit slow and inattentive. Ive been there while crowded and also while empty. Both times, I feel like the server barely came over to check on how I was doing / if I needed a refill etc. Obviously this is something that will vary from person to person. People like to get their food and be left alone. If you like that, then youll be happy here. I tend to drink fast and get thirsty quickly so I like having ample opportunity to ask for a refill. But as I said, the food is very good, I like the vibe in here, and I will continue to be a customer here when Im in the area (I do not live or work downtown so I am not in the vicinity that often). As a bonus, this place has the approval of @nutfreeinNYC

My local! This Pub has been here forever, Ive been coming here since I was a kid! Just kidding, they do not serve underage minors. But I have come here forever and it does feel like stepping back in time. Inside the worn wooden floor, the worn wooden seats and benches. The winding path to the bathroom upstairs. The bar center stage because it is the star of the show. The food is also delicious BTW. Best steak and eggs for brunch here. The steak frites is good too. They also got a killer steak sandwich. I hear that they have food other than steak, Im sure that it is delicious too. This place is just great. Thinking about it gives me the feels. Come here! This bar has a cool vibe, doing a good business considering covid, but google should have shown this bar as $$$$ not $$. We got four drinks on the smaller side .. between the two of us, not even filled all the way to the top, and the bill came out to almost $80 (including tip) ... and I’m not cheap, but $11 a drink would of been kind of pushing it for pricing .. let alone the $15 they charged.Only other thing is there bathrooms suck. Four stalls for the woman’s.. two sinks .. and there was some chick putting deodorant on in there blocking one of them.

Idk how you justify automatic 20% on a round of beer lol. 4 ‘pints’ for 60 bucks is absurd, it’s disgraceful how you then add the ‘additional gratuity line’ below the total so unsuspecting people will tip extra, to you know, support the bar tenders; unlike the owner. This might be the worse Guinness I have ever had in my life. Since when did the size of a pint glass become smaller? A pint is a pint… $30 for 2 (small glass) pints of Guinness and it was watered down. If You want a quick beer sure go here but this isn’t the place for a Guinness.

People are allowed to do drugs on the dance floor but when my friend tries to pick up her watch off the ground, the bouncer hits her on the head and “escorts her out” very aggressively. Wish I could give zero stars. The bar has a fun vibe but this was unreasonable

I always tip more than 20%. Came with a party of 4. Bartender didnt mention they include 20% auto tip. Receipt is misleading, it has tip suggestions on bottom that go 20%, 25%, 30%. Respectable, honest establishments, when tip is included, will call it out in big font and have Additional tips suggestions on bottom that start at 2%. Ended up tipping a total of 50%, since I apparently tipped on the bill with 20% tip included. Bad business practices

Food is good. Bartenders are really bad. You’ll get charged 20% gratuity for a receipt of +100$ no matter what, so they don’t give a s***. Andrew the manager said that this are the rules, which are unprecedented from what I’ve seen. Would never repeat.

This bar had alternative 80s tunes and amazing cocktails + 3 mocktails! The vibe is definitely that of an Irish pub, cozy, welcoming, and friendly. Ill definitely be going back during my next stay in NYC! 🍸✨

Terrible service, mediocre bar food...not sure the staff knows what theyre doing. Gave us incorrect drinks (more than once) and also tried to make us pay for multiple drinks that were never even delivered. For a generic pub, the food was super pricey and not worth it. We were also forced to pay 20% gratuity, which was not deserved at all. Unless you are under the age of 21, I would suggest running.

Looking for a dive bar type to catch some NFL on sunday. wish we didnt open a tab ... $10 for a coors light! $10. Forget that the bartender had little command behind the bar and the service wasnt particularly good, but my god, I could drink domestic beer and watch NFL at a steakhouse for less.

I love this place. Its a perfect distance from Brooklyn without being too far East, and the atmosphere cant be beat. With a two-floor setup, quick service, wooden booths and tables, I LOVE Fiddlesticks.Ive always paid cash here so I havent had any trouble as referenced below. Service is always friendly and this is a perfect place for a casual first date!

Very discriminatory bar. I sat at the bar and was informed two people were “sitting there” i grabbed more seats. After being fed up with the bartenders behavior, i spoke to management and asked the “manager” if the bar was reservation only or not. The bartender proceeded to step up as a means to intimidate me & when I refused to be mishandled and simply asked a question I was told to leave. I WILL be filing a formal complaint with the Attorney General’s Office and ATC. This establishment is disgusting at best & clearly does not train their staff nor management well. The doorman apologized for how we were treated. They picked the right person to disrespect tonight.

I have not had the pleasure of meeting, in person, the staff at this bar as yet. However, I am looking forward immensely to the day that I do. The service provided to my husband and I by Manager, Chris and his team today was outstanding. The www has enabled me to provide the decor rating. Unfortunately, the wonders of modern science mean that my rating on food may be severely dissing the kitchen staff. Ann Willis, W Australia

We walked in and asked to sit in a vacant section by the window and were told that area was unavailable to us, without suggesting another area for us to be seated. Another man named Vince told us we could not sit there because we were having drinks and weren’t having dinner. However we did not ever mention we were not having dinner. Another couple came in and was seated in the area we asked to be seated and was offered complimentary wine and a place for their bag, and we were not offered the same. He also made a point to mention the price of the wine after he served us, in a very passive aggressive manner
