Great karaoke experience! $2/song and often a long line of singers so be prepared to wait maybe 30 minutes weekdays and 1 hour plus weekends. Bring your A-Game because this is NYC and the talent is off the charts!

Very expensive for what it is. The sound system is horrible, especially considering they make you pay 2 bucks a song to sing. Invest that money into some new speakers or something. Service was slow and difficult.The one bright spot was the customers were very supportive of the other singers. That improved the experience.Update : in reply to owner comment. There is no monitor, so the singer cant hear themselves very well. Also, the levels on the music were so low at the stage you couldnt easily hear what you were singing to. Add that to groups of people packed in front of the stage talking loudly and its just a mess for trying to sing.I do appreciate your interest in making it better though.

Cindy, our host, was an absolute delight, ensuring the drinks kept flowing and the tunes kept us boppin’ all night long. It truly felt like having an extra friend celebrating with us! The rave reviews are still pouring in about how much fun it was. If youre looking for the ultimate karaoke heaven, look no further. Such a cool karaoke bar - usually I dont sing, cause all the other singers are (semi) professionals - but in this bar everyone sang and everyone got huge support and motivation from the crowd no matter of the voicel. Really loved it and that it was only about having fun. The drinks and the bartenders were pretty nice too and supported whoever was on stage. Will definitely come back if I have a chance ☺️

The owner and quality of the place are incredible! He made a beautiful arrangement for me to set up the back room to propose to my girlfriend! And she said yes!10/10 recommend!

I had an amazing time at Baby Grand Piano in Flatiron! The atmosphere is electric and welcoming, perfect for a fun night out. The drinks were absolutely tasty, and the bartenders really know how to mix a great cocktail. The karaoke setup is fantastic—great stage, excellent sound system, and an awesome selection of songs. Fantastic crew and fantastic audience! If you want to have a good time and see some great singers, you should pop by this place! Singing is of course also mega fun. From 8 p.m. on it gets more crowded, so expect some waiting time after you hand your song request.

My friends and I used to frequent the old karaoke spot here that sadly closed down because of the pandemic. I’m super stoked to find that Baby Grand has taken its place.They’ve revamped the space and made more spacious and chic. They’ve got rooms with a stage (which is so cool) and an event space in the back that you could rent out for birthday parties and special events. Zach, Joey, and Mike were all very kind and friendly and made me feel super welcome there. The karaoke system they have is modern and very easy to use- no glitching or audio getting cut off.Bathroom is very clean compared to the old spot (which is a plus lol.) and they’ve got a really cool photo booth in the front!I’d come here everyday if commuting wasn’t an issue! Y’all are the best!

This karaoke place might be small but the staff and atmosphere is just right. The place have been here for more than two decades, it was previously called Karaoke17, its still so have the charm.

This place is great but whoever is in charge of drinks pricing needs a reality check. Most expensive live music spot I’ve been to in the city. $15 for a single tiny margarita? $12 for a bottled beer. That’s insane. You guys gotta lower your prices by 30%.

The original Baby Grand was my favorite bar in New York. After living here for a decade, thats quite an achievement! I loved everything about it, from the amazing staff to the wonderful Baby Grand family and Thursday night regulars. Im so thrilled that Baby Grand 2.0 is now alive and kicking. As a long time patron of the original Baby Grand, this iteration was a disappointment.Take all of the appeal of an overpriced cocktail bar and mash it into an NYU theater club get-together and you will find this mockery of a former institution of Lower Manhattan night life.Heartfelt years of devotion to what Baby Grand once was and dedication to the staff during the pandemic prevent me from granting one star, but my heart was broken upon last nights visit.

This place is a GEM. the best time, haven’t laughed so hard in so long. Awesome time

Karaoke with a main stage and private rooms at the back. A lot of talented singers onstage, but very welcoming to all skill levels and with an intimate, local neighbourhood bar feel.

Went here with my family for a couple of hours. Had a great time and the place was great. Unfortunately got over charged and it’s been over a month since I contacted them to try to resolve and last response 11/28.

I think the 6th star is missing here! Maaaan, i swear i came to this place with 10% battery on my phone and when left it became 20% haha. This place truly energizing !!! I woke up at 4 am and i think after visiting this miracle place i can last without sleep 24 hours more ! I only feel bad for my throat and other people ears haha. Everyone was supper upbeat here, you need no tv or internet if you found this gem ! Come and sing with us !!!! =)

No food, drinks are great, not watered down, had a great time, diverse crowd. Be prepared to spend $$$ on drinks.

It’s a bit expensive and the medium room was a bit small, but overall a good experience and the drinks were good.

So loud and crowded! This is the perfect nyc spot if you’re looking for loud and crowded; we happened to be trying to find somewhere for work conversations, so we moved on quickly.

Liz was wonderful at the bar and came to the floor to let me know I could put in more songs. At some stage on busy nights they shuffle the song list for latecomers. My friends loved the big red stage, but you can sing at your seat too. Only suggestion is for management, some songs dont sound like the right key

Went here on a quite night but it was such a great environment, every one just came together to have fun. Cant wait to go back. They have an open karaoke space, $2/song or you can buy a pack of 10 for $16. They also have private karaoke rooms. The drinks are named as puns of songs.

Did I sing my heart out here? Yes. Did I feel the love of the staff here? Also yes. Liz made sure I felt at home and that’s honestly more than I could have asked for. She gave me water and soda when I needed it and it had me sticking around for much longer than I originally planned on. Also shoutouts to Katie for making sure my song was sorted out. If I come around it’s for the vibes and the karaoke but mainly due to Liz. Also shoutouts to the bouncer Mike for making sure I had all my belongings. Cheers 🙌

Best of the best! They’ve got karaoke in a large public space and several private rooms to accommodate groups of any size. Drinks are reasonably priced for NYC and there’s a huge song selection (and an app for easy lookup). Great atmosphere and wonderful staff, and the wait time to sing usually isn’t too long even on the weekend. I’m there a couple times per month, and it’s the only karaoke bar I go to these days. Strongly recommended!

The beauty of this place is the fact that its tiny. It may get really crowded but at least youre not waiting too long to get to sing. Songs are $2 each, service is awesome, and the crowd is usually fun and supportive!

They have signs everywhere stating people can’t skip the order. Someone showed up way after us and we saw the notification of order change show up on screen. They skipped the line right in front of me. Pls take down the signs.

Loved this place. We booked for a group of 4 and had a killer experience. The room was a decent size and spacious compared to other karoake bars Ive been to. The bartender was extremely gracious and nice, had a great time with him. The karoake machine works well, we had no tech issues while we were there. Would highly recommend this place!

My friend and I came here to do some singing and we stayed for five hours having a BLAST! The music selections great, small fun vibe, and we also felt very safe being 2 girls there by ourselves. The bartenders (Zach in particular) went above and beyond. later in our night there, I lost a ring, and everyone chipped in to help find it. Couldn’t have had a better time. 10/10

Zach is an absolute icon! SO nice and accommodating and makes killer drinks. The regulars are also so welcoming and fun. It felt like talking to people i’ve known forever! Definitely my go-to place whenever i’m in town from now on.

Has to be one of the best karaoke sound systems in NYC. They have a public room with a stage, as well as private rooms in the back. This is about as nice as karaoke gets!

Pretty good drinks, and decent song selection. But keep in mind they use healsonic, so certain songs you might have in mind may not be there. And secondly, as of now, they havent downloaded the other non-english tracks yet. Theres like multiple foreign language tracks, hopefully they have it all set for next time. Other than that, love you guys

Karaoke Bar, with a common room where you can sing in front of an audience, then private rooms rented by the hour which allow you to choose your own music. Room of 10 a little small I think, count 80 USD per hour.

Great place where we had a great time. We took a private room for about ($200) there were more than 8 of us. The room was soundproof. There were all the songs, and we performed all the songs we wanted. Well definitely come back again
