Super clean rooms with up to date technology - I cant emphasize how nice it is to be in a clean karaoke place. They also have karaoke score-keeping (how well you sang the song) for those who are looking for that kind of thing.The price for hourly karaoke is good and the staff are friendly. The one fault is the price of the drinks (honestly, Ive seen worse prices, and everyone has to stay afloat somehow so I cannot blame them).Otherwise I can easily put Den Social as one of my go-to places from now on, mostly from the cleanliness alone!

Used their website to try to make a reservation. I filled out all their forms. They said I should wait for a confirmation, and I never heard back. Dont waste your time with these unprofessional jokers.

The drinks were the only thing I would comment on, they’re watered down and around 13-18$ each so you’d expect them to hit a bit more. But It was still a great time. The staff is super friendly! From the security to the bar tenders to the food servers and the person working the rooms, everyone was amazing. Def going back!

Clean rooms, good song selection (didn’t have Latin American songs).FYI they charge 15% gratuity on karaoke which I was taken aback by as the only “service” we received was guidance to the room and an explanation of the remote.

The establishment was clean, staff was really attentive and kind. The chicken was delicious and crunchy. I would recommend and come back. (Only thing no bad bunny)

Great times. High tech karaoke machines with large selection of English songs. Large selection of drinks and snacks. The chicken was fire. The controller took some time to get use, just ask the attendant if you don’t know Korean

Good service, clean rooms, reasonable prices. We had a great time with a pretty good selection of songs and great acoustics.

They were pretty cool help me and my guest when asked. Drinks were good affordable food was bar appetizers so it was cool.

I’ve been to many karaoke spots in NYC but Den Social is by far my favorite. The service is great , the employees are friendly and helpful. They have a large variety of songs to choose from. My group of 6 had an amazing time! We had a private room that was a great price. We weren’t pressured to order drinks or food like other places. 👍🏾 It’s such a gem 10/10 😁.

Cons:- English song selection is sparse- Only unflavored soju- Poor soundproofing means you can hear other rooms singing in your own room- All bathrooms in the karaoke area went out of order while we were there. We were told to go to the bathrooms in the club area, which was fine the first time but by the time we were about to leave the club was so full they were unreachable AND the club bouncers at first tried to grab us thinking we were trying to sneak into the club???? Pretty off putting.Pros:- the rooms were spacious and comfortable- the waitress/hostess was quick, courteous, and attentive- the background music for the songs was adjustable in volume

Yeah this place is fine, but like another reviewer mentioned: the drinks are insanely watered down. We ordered four rounds of shots and most of us felt nothing. Not a single thing. We had other drinks too. How does that happen?

This place is OKAY! They have a good song selection, up to date music, but their drinks are watered down. Buy beer. There was also a mix up with cards. They almost lost my friends card, but was able to locate it. They also took a discount card from another friend and then applied it to another group! Then charged my husband the full price! We were able to address the issue, but it took like 30 minutes to do it. They had to check their video camera to verify because they didnt believe us! Crazy. Facility is good (underground, so no cell service, but they had free wifi) staff not so much!

One of the best karaoke spots I’ve been to in the city. Incredible service all around — can order via an iPad with separate cards (!) and they deliver to the room. Drink prices were great (especially for midtown) and the tech in the room was high quality. Definitely will go back on our next karaoke adventure.

Had a blast at this Duet location! Staff is nice and attentive. Wonderful environment and the room I was in was very spacious. Looking forward to return for the experience.

By far the nicest karaoke space ive been in. chic entrance, handsome bar space downstairs. room we rented was spacious and enjoyable with multiple monitors. really cant wait to go again!
