I had my birthday party here and bought the level 1 gold package because they aren’t currently taking just 1 hour reservations. I had 11 people instead of 10 and paid for the extra person but a staff member interrupted us half way through and told me I hadn’t paid for the 11th person which made things awkward. He later came back to say we were all good though. I think it was a decent deal for the money given that we had our own room for two hours but the tip they add on is way too much given that they barely interacted with us and when they did it wasn’t the warmest interaction. That being said, the fruit plate, alcohol and singing was a hit and it was overall really fun. you can play any song you want (using YouTube) and you can bring your own cake (but u have to light it and everything urself). If you’re cool with the price, I would def would recommend this place for parties!

The staff were friendly and super helpful in getting us set up quickly, which was great because we were eager to sing our hearts out. This is a bar with a load of Private Karaoke rooms. They’ve got BOYB and BYOF which is always appreciated.If you’re into Karaoke this place is for you.

I reserved a karaoke room for an event I was holding over a month in advance. I was told the room was for 25-30 minimum and would have no problem fitting everyone. When we arrived, the workers seemed to have no idea of my reservation and the conversations I had when booking. The large room I was supposed to have was in use and the excuse was they booked this a month in advance and when I said I had too they just shrugged. We had to be in a room for 25 people max when we had 28 people and I was charged for 29 people when I knew I only had 28. The bartenders were not friendly. The space was nice but after this experience I would not return.

This place was such a great time. Very clean very accommodating and very fun. We had a party of 10 and they made sure we were comfortable the whole time.

The top shelf open bar package only gives you access to the bottom shelf. The staff will interrupt your time trying to get you to give 5 star reviews in exchange for a half shot of whiskey.Other than that it was a fun time.

We went out for my sister’s 30th and he was able to manage multiple languages and was like a ghost in-and-for-out orders having everything there before we even knew it. Absolutely love this place! The food is sooooo good on top of their top notch karaoke rooms. My friends got married and decided this would be where they hosted the reception! Best wedding reception ever! They had bottle service, food platters, complimentary karaoke minutes, and great food! What more could you ask for. I was totally unaware this place existed but glad I found it! Top notch terrificness, this place is! 10/10! You can see from the pictures we really had an amazing and memorable time. Heck yeah!

Great place for karaoke in NYC ktown. You’ll have to order bottle service but it comes with unlimited mixers and the service checks on you often. It uses YouTube for karaoke but search for lyric videos and sing along versions and you’ll be fine.

It was such a great experience I would come again. Diego was such a great server and I would recommend him.

Our experience at Space Karaoke was exceptional. The prices are reasonable for groups and the staff makes it convenient and checks up on you throughout your time there.We did have a hiccup with most of the people in our group not showing up or cancelling, and we had reserved a room for 20 people but Mike was so helpful. He not only let us check in 30 minutes late but also let us change our reserved package to a 10 person event package instead. I really appreciate his willingness to help us and preventing us from paying more. We would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone else considering planning an even there. We also had a blast within the 2 hours we had reserved.

Can’t comment on the food but this place has a good environment and they do try to make sure the guests are happy. Would definitely recommend

Celebrated my birthday here on 4/27 and what a huge mistake. They did not accommodate our needs and were extremely money hungry. They brought the bill at the beginning before they even brought what we ordered as if we were going to run away, mind you we were a big party of 16 people. They were extremely rude and didn’t allow us to extend the time. Towards the end they said they would put us in another room for an additional $500 which is ridiculous since we had already spent $900 (this price did not include food). Our window ended at 10pm and they were in the room rushing us out and wanting to clean on top of us at 9:55pm they even called security. Please do not waste your time booking here or celebrating anything because you will be disappointed. They also gave racist vibes. Never again.

The lounge looked really cool and I really like the disco light in the room along with basically having unlimited songs to sing. However, the problem I mostly had with this place was their service. Me and my friends went to this karaoke place for a get together. The security guard in the building was very kind and understanding. When we came in, the security guard asked us for our IDs and we had to be 21 or older to get in. We had a friend that was 22 while the rest of us were 20 years old. He told us to go up on the elevator and when we got up there, we were confronted with the staff. One guy came up to us and asked us for IDs. Our 22 year old friend and I both gave him our IDs but when he saw mine, he flicked his hand at us and walked away without saying anything. One of my friends even heard that he called us stupid for coming here. In any case, We were quite confused by what that meant until he came back with an attitude stating no drinks which we werent planning to order anything. And sat us in a private room saying we got one hour which was 60 dollars (there was 7 of us). I understand he was just doing his job, but he could have done it in a more professional way. Overall, I wish I could rate this place higher but if you are under 21 and want to come here, try finding another place.

The staff there is so rude especially the bar workers. They’re so miserable and ditsy, I had came here a handful of times the first few times it was okay for the most part just small remarks or funky attitudes. I tried coming here during early March and we walked in and the host attended to the other guests first after cutting us with a huge group and then when we were finally attended i showed my ID and the ditzy air headed host said oh you have to be 21 when I clearly am 21 on my ID and when i told her she just giggled and said oops, I was already annoyed and after checking everyone’s ID they wouldn’t let us in because a friend forgot their ID and a single person wasn’t 21 so they refused our entry. Traveling here far and being refused entry for a rule that i personally feel like they chose to make up. When i came here before turning 21 they always let me in and didn’t serve my room liquor since we were underaged or If i forgot my ID as long as it was a clear picture it was okay. The manager i guess in a suit then looked at me and said it’s a new rule they set in place. OVERALL the food is okay and the only staff that is welcoming and doesn’t act like they have a broom stick up them is the small Mexican man that works there I hope that they give him a raise for having to work with incompetent miserable people. No bars MUAH

WE WERE ALMOST ASSUALTED BY THEIR SECURITY GUARD AND THE STAFF DID NOTHING...My friends and I were enjoying a great night out . We spent over $500 dollars in this establishment. We had bottle service( bottle provided was Jose quavo$35 bottle) but was charged over $500. As we were leaving we all went to the bathroom to USE it when suddenly we heard a loud banging on the door. Once we opened the door a security guard WALKED in the bathroom and Starting YELLING at the top of his lung to get the F&$& out. He was so enraged that his eyes were bulging out of his eyes and he was fuming at his mouth. I immediately got scared that this person was going to assault myself or one of the patrons in the bathroom. The security guard ( whos black) started to go off stating that it be his own people to act up as if WE just stormed in the bathroom with rage. To make matters worse the STAFF DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make us feel safe as they wanted us to walk to the elevator lobby with the SAME security that almost assaulted us. The staff didnt rectify they situation. They didnt offer a partial refund or any type of refund. DO NOT GO HERE as we are planning legal actions against the bar and the security company they hire to patrol their grounds. We are not ghetto we are all educated women with masters or better so the assumption that we were ghetto and deserved that type of tre5 after money was spent is appalling and Ive also contacted BBB

Dishonest people. They lie to your face about everything - 1 drink min for karaoke. They lied that you can only use YouTube. That you have to pay for extra mixers. The only reason we didn’t get cheated was cus we were there before. Plus a fixed 20% gratuity. Wouldn’t recommend if there are better karaoke places.

I have been here twice and the karaoke rooms are a lot of fun. Sadly, the bartenders tend to have an attitude and come off rude. I also feel that they take advantage of the pricing and just make up their own prices. I ordered food and the bartender told me it was $22.50. When my friend ordered the exact same thing she told her it was $25.00.

Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment was far from enjoyable.Upon arrival, we were greeted by an unwelcoming atmosphere and a seemingly closed bar. To our surprise, we were the only customers there. The bartender, who also served as the attendant, appeared miserable and annoyed by our presence. When we asked about his demeanor, he bluntly stated that he wasnt supposed to be working that evening. This immediately set a negative tone for the night and ruined our celebratory vibe.Throughout our time at the bar, we had to continually shout to get the bartenders attention, as he would hide in the office. It was frustrating to have to go through such lengths just to order drinks. The lack of attentiveness and poor service made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers.To add insult to injury, as our allotted time for karaoke came to an end, the bartender escorted us out and swiftly locked the door behind us, as if to signal that we were not welcomed. This blatant display of disrespect left a sour taste in our mouths.As we were leaving, we encountered another group of people heading towards the bar, and we warned them about our terrible experience and advised them to avoid this location at all costs. No one deserves to be treated unwelcome and have their vibe deflated.In conclusion, I strongly advise against visiting Space Karaoke Bar and Lounge on 34 W 32nd Street in New York City. The unwelcoming atmosphere, terrible service, and disrespectful behavior of the bartender ruined what should have been a fun and memorable night. Save yourself the disappointment and find a different karaoke spot that values its customers.

Great set up for a fun night of karaoke! We celebrated a birthday here and would definitely come back for an after work outing.

I rather not give a star. This place is a scam. Their drinks are watered down. We ordered food and had to wait over an hour to still not receive it. My party was almost over and they refused to refund me. They customer service is terrible. The manager was complaining about our party taking too long when we reserve the room for 2 hours. I do not recommend going here. 100Fun in Brooklyn was a lot better.
