Mayas Snack Bar

Drop everything you’re doing and come to Mayas Snack Bar! There are multiple locations, and even a cart set up at Lincoln Center on some days. I’ve tried some of their Paletas before, and once I saw a location was opening in East Harlem I was extremely thrilled! 😍 There is a wide variety of options that are super delicious, and always fresh. They even have dairy free options of their ice cream and paletas, so a little bit of something for everyone! I am obsessed, and will be coming back often. You have to try this spot! ☺️🤤🤩

Organization extremely clean.Ashley the one that pleasantly greets you and take order is pleasant. I highly recommend this spot as a quick spot for snacks and other delightful foods.

I try their vegan ice cream choices. Strawberry was the best! Watermelon and lime was good. We will be back again.

Thank goodness we live next door! We went in to check it out and asked for the churro bites but ended up with the churro split which was a blessing in disguise! It was so good plus they had the mazapan I love so much. Will definitely be back.

Such a delicious agua fresca and ice cream

This place is a staple for antojitos! Great food and yummy treats. Only thing is they will take a while to get your order out. For. Agua fresca and an elote, 30 minute wait. They make orders in order so if you come for a paleta that they only need to reach the cooler, you’re still going to wait. Considering they just opened, it makes sense. But still even had a similar issue with their queens location.Edit: 05-11-2024 I went for their esquite regular and why was this $6?? It’s about 1/3 cup or corn in this with barely any cheese and mayo. Spoon for reference: Literally a scam! See the receipt for the prices. They charge you .35 cents for the bag even if you eat here. What a waste of money. A bunch of kids in here too just always yelling.

The fruits was bad I got fruta loca and Vaso locoand the fruits were expired and old it was the worst fruit I ever ate I spent almost 30 dollars

If you choose to order at this location, you MUST be patient. This location attracts so many neighbors, so your order can take a while. Especially if a family with kids comes in. The employees work at their own pace too. Also, the tables seemed uncleaned. A quick wipe would be sanitary. Their sweet treats are alright. It can be a hit or miss… y’all decide :P

Great fast service ! Clean , food is very good

As a Mexican who loves everything they have I was sadly disappointed on costumer service. Not a friendly atmosphere and was completely ignored for a while even after grabbing their attention. Please do better especially for something I can make at home.

Place looks nice. However, everything was very overpriced. Don’t recommend the mangonada, you taste more pulp than the actual drink itself and it doesn’t have flavor. The mangonadas in the Queens location taste way different & better

I was very excited to hear this place was going to open up as I usually travel to Brooklyn to get antojitos like this especially the nieves. I am very disappointed I visited the place yesterday, the workers all though they were doing their job, they were not friendly.( Another customer walked out because he said they have a m attitude)The chicharron preparada was. A total fail they put mayo on it, it was salty and inedible had to throw but away. We also got some ice cream which was good, the elote was ok.We had to leave because there were only 3 tables but enough for all the patrons. The order took long I know it was a little busy but not for it to take that long. All in all not the point experience I was hoping for. I hope you guys can rectify all of these things to keep supporting the business.....

Music was to loud couldn’t hear my own friends talk and tables were very DIRTY :( workers are a bit slow :( please clean tables !!!!

The place is very nice, I ordered a mangonada to take away, it tasted good, what I didnt like is that the tip is already included, if you consume it at the place it is fine, but when it is to take away I think it should not be included.

Terrible service. The workers are more interested in their gossip than in serving the customer. You have to talk to them so they can attend to you. You also ask them what their palettes are and they say “I dont know.”

The first day they opened it was a long line and it was worth it but today we went again! You have to be very patient because they work on their own time! It took us a while to wait for the orders and the tables were not clean at all! Honestly its your decision if you want to go wait 30 minutes for your order! 😎
