If you’re in the Wall Street area and looking for a good bite, this spot’s a solid choice! It’s got a ton of space with two separate bars spread over two floors. We popped in during October and it was super chill—definitely not crowded at all.We went for the bangers and mash and the Beckett smash burger, and let me tell you, that burger was bomb! I asked for pepper jack cheese instead of American, but I think the kitchen totally forgot because I ended up with American. No biggie, though! Our waiter was really cool about it and even hooked me up with some jalapeño slices as an apology. Now that’s what I call great customer service.I almost forgot, the fries were super delicious!
Laid back, all the football games on with red zone & sound (hard to find anywhere these days so we definitely appreciated the sports bar atmosphere)! Friendly cool bar staff. I really liked this spot for watching football on a Sunday afternoon. They have some game day bar deals. Average food and value, but we had a fun time watching games here. Thanks to the staff. Would recommend.
No reservations were necessary; good for a big company as well as a for a couple to step by. Pros were big portions can fill you up, a short wait time, friendly waitress.Cons were: close seats to others, no smokers were separated from non-smokers.Good for a lunch and/ or dinner when you are strolling in a downtown. Salmon was fine and my husband’s steak was well done and delicious. Cesar salad was lacking croutons and a fries from sweet potato were a hit.
Sportsbar with typical food (burger, sandwiches,...) and drinks. Went there for happy hour, really good price and the outdoor seating was really nice.
If you are looking for some great food and great drinks in a nice little neighborhood, this is a great spot. Highly recommend
Wanted to see a march madness game and found this place on a recommended list. Called ahead and got the best treatment from the owner (I think?). He remembered my name from our call when I walked in, checked to make sure we were getting helped and was one of the friendliest restaurant staff I’ve met in NYC.
Dining outdoors was an excellent experience. The street is filled with tables from all the restaurants. Almost all the tables were taken around 6 pm, but it slowly became less crowded. The hanging lights made the street even more aesthetic, in addition to the stone street. This is a great choice to dine and spend time with close ones. It is a quick walk from the pier, which is another great place to stop by! Fulton.
The Guinness here might be one of the best pours in the city. Bartender on the night had great energy and kept up with my crew. Good stuff
Nice bar to watch sports or just grab a bite! Love the atmosphere, feels like a proper pub. Service was a bit slow but Grace was the best. Food and drinks were pretty average, prices are fine as well. I would go again as it’s a nice spots to hang out with friends!
Came here for a friend’s birthday with a group of friends. Suddenly, the employees decided to turn on all of the bright lights to diminish the atmosphere and refused service and drinks, one my friends in the groups overheard it was because they suspected we were underaged? We were not. Nobody asked for our ID’s. We were all 21+. We even offered to show our valid state ID’s. I’m still shocked that they did this. This establishment does not have respect for their customers. Do not come here. We went somewhere else to have a good night instead.
Me and my friend come here during lunch for happy hour all the time! the staff are all soooo lovely (especially daniel)! the food - 10/10, you should try the combo platter! the drinks are delish and strong - and only 8 dollars! wow! please give everyone who works here a big big big raise!
Wow! Such a nice time to come with friends for a drink, the food was incredible too!
Dined outside, had the Philly cheesesteak and a beverage. Vibe is cool, can get packed really quick. Come with your cash because you already know the area cost and don’t tip twice gratuity is already included.
Pretty good lunch spot. Good chicken wrap. Good customer service. Limited menu. Plenty of alcoholic drinks. Quite pricey. Parking is a hassle. Outdoor dining.
Amazing spot for Sundays. Service is incredible. Michael is a great guy 🤙
Stumbled on this place when exploring new York. Nice bar snacks and good service
Had some wings and beers. Staff is friendly and wings are bomb! Came to watch a soccer game on my phone. Good bar!
Marc was the BEST server ever. 100/10 would visit again for him.
Great bar. Good pub food. Nice outside seating. I would recommend.
Charged us for a beer that they didnt deliver, then told us they removed it from the bill when we asked, but we were still charged the full amount in our statement
Quick place to grab lunch when on the go. Stopped in while in town. No reservations needed.
Great wings, great onion rings, perfect spot to watch the games
Stopped in to watch army v navy. Game was on the big screens over the bar, so we took a booth and enjoyed it and some drinks. No gourmet experience here but we enjoyed ourselves and at a sports bar thats enough.
Had an awesome night watching the World Series. Amazing service and great food. Definitely going back next tip
Came here for lunch with a colleague. Barely any vegetarian options. My colleague and I both had the falafel wrap sandwich which was average at best. This place does get packed in the evening for drinks, but not a great place for food.
Watch the bar girl with blonde hair...give her 50 dollars for 2 drinks and only had 3 dollars change..tried saying i only give her 20 dollars..told her check the camera.. she soon went back in the till and got my 30 dollars..she knows exactly whats shes doing, be aware guys.. probably trys this little trick to alot off people.
All around great bar. Upstairs has 2 projectors with tv’s everywhere. One of my favorite local watering holes. Definitely recommend, especially for Sunday Football
Best service I’ve had in the Financial District. Only sports bar that is worth the money. Mike is the man.
Came here after work to meet friends on stone street. Great service and yummy food. Would 100% come back. I love stone street and this place is definitely one of my favorites here as well.
Becketts has been a staple in the heart of the Financial District for over 20 years. The food is simply delicious. The chicken quesadilla was loaded with deliciousness! The wings were honey garlicky, finger licking awesomeness!. Our lovely waitstaff Breege, was a pure delight. When you stop by Becketts, make sure to say hello Breege and Ronan. Let them know that Mstickleryourfoodie said hello!#bourbonsalmon#shrimppennaalavodka##BBQsliders##chickennachos#honeygarlicwings#redvelvetcake#tiramisu
Nice place for a drink, would definitely recommend for that. We had three of the bar appetizers (quesadillas, pretzel bites, and potato skins) which were all very underwhelming. If it wasn’t for the food, I’d rate this place higher. So again, go for the beer, stay away from the appetizers.
I am going to be honest I don’t do this very often, but this place has had a special spot in my heart. Michael is a superb server and a very good host. This place should be on everybody’s bucket list. It’s a 10/10 spot for Saturday and for the weekend in general. If you and your crew are looking for a Sunday funday spot, look no further than thé Beckett’s Sports Bar
Friendly staff, great food and drinks, chill atmosphere with sports playing
Being close to work its a convenient place to get a large group seated without a wait. Thats because the place is never very full. That is because the food is not good. If you must go there I recommend you stick to the buffalo wings or maybe a burger. Dont go near the Irish food. Good luck.
First off, the waitress was so sweet and helpful. I did not enjoy the chicken wrap (i am not a super fan of wraps anyway) but the sweet potato fries were great. my wife had the calamari and really liked it. Other entrees looked great. was a little pricey but its NYC. Not knocking NYC because NYC kicks major rear end. Love this place. Go Cowboys!
I had a nice steak 🥩 and the environment was really nice as well.
Extremely disappointed with the service I got there the other day. Customer service is less professional for adults who “look young”. Would not cater to a very simple request that any other regular restaurant would have been fine with; as it was a simple request of canceling an order before it even got to our table (soon after we ordered it). Not to mention the service was quite slow already. Certainly not coming back there again.
Excellent Becketts Smash Cheeseburger, with sweet potato fries. Chicken quesadilla was very tasty too!
Everything was nice except the food and pricing. The onion rings were OK but the Cesar salad with grilled shrimp was a big disappointment. It cost us $28!We visited this place again on May 2019, by mistake. Still, the service was below average and food was nothing to remember or return for.
The service here is absolutely abysmal. First time here, bartender with the orange hair tie in her ponytail served is at the bar around 4:10PM. She repeatedly ignored us when asking for napkins to eat our mozzarella sticks with, our waters, and even overcharged us on our bill. To top of off,the bartender took our uneaten food and napkins without asking. Im a 15 year bartender and for the first time in history I left a $0 tip.I dont even want to write anymore. This places doesnt even deserve any more energy.I implore you to never spend a dime in this place. This actually may be the worst service Ive ever experienced in New York City.Congratulations Becketts, you actually excel at something.
Great service, tasty food and welcoming atmosphere
Went hear to watch the Ireland rugby match. Nice atmosphere watching it and Guinness was good. Bar man from Dublin so good banter with him, came back again and some more beers and wings. If we had time is go back again.
Service was a bit slow and the restaurant feels and looks like a good candidate for one of shows on Food Network... Restaurant Impossible... Old furniture, not so clean tables and chairs... Torn seat covers.. Felt very uninviting. But then again this was the only bar playing the Blue Jays vs Texas Playoffs, so...Ordered the veggie burger, which was surprisingly good. Had a very nice flavor and was filling. My colleague ordered a veggie burger with salad on the side... He found a piece of chicken in the salad. He was not too pleased about it, and the staff was reasonable enough to take it off our check.
My husband and I went to NYC for a short vacay, Went to the bar on 12/30 and met the bartender James. This dude is awesome! The best bartender we ever met! He treated us like family. We had so much fun we came back the next night for the New Years eve party. James remembered us by name!! Introduced us to all of his friends and made my husband and I feel welcomed! James and Jessica made sure we were good all night. Their fantastic customer service is 1 of the reasons why well come back to NYC! A chill and nice spot!
Due to the Olympics being on all of the screens, this place was packed, but we still had a good time! Food and drinks were good and the service was great!
My family and I had an amazing late night dinner from here. We got back from doing all the touristy things and we were starving. Of course we Googled restaurants near us and a bbq place came up. We went there and the kitchen was closing in 10 minutes and we didnt want to be those people Lol. The bartender was kind enough to recommend going next door. We got there and ordered. The food was delicious and the service was even better. The bartender who sat us was kind, helpful and very friendly. He chatted with my boyfriend, made silly faces at my 1 year old and even made a special drink for my boyfriend. He made the experienceone of the very best. I would most certainly recommend this place to eat at or have a drink.
Love this place. We were staying close to this area and found it to be warm, the bartenders were on it, the ambiance was awesome. We went a couple of times late night and we were completely in awe if the Irish guys behind the bar that entertained us with stories and anecdotes.
Evening Bartender was VERY unprofessional. Screamed at my friend for being a passionate sports fan. Friend was not bothering anybody. We kept amongst ourselves. Bouncer even apologized on the behalf of the bartender. Not a place we would go to for Sunday football. NEVER experience such awful service. Even anywhere else.
Great place to watch a soccer game. Skip the downstairs tables and go upstairs. Prices are reasonable and service is super friendly. They have plenty of TVs all around. There is also an outside area where you can sit if you want to get away from the game atmosphere.
So Im here all week for the Bill Evans Soulgrass show and Ive been moving around to see what seats have the best sound. Dont sit in the very front row. There are two sets of speakers and you miss them and end up hearing more of the stage volume instead of whats really intended for the house. Every other spot sounds really great, including the bar area. The back corner has a higher platform where you can really see well. Also, the burger is good option for dinner. It was surprisingly good and $16 is great compared to the prices of the other entrees.
I walked into Becketts just wanting beer and wings for the game. instead what I got was bad beer in plastic cups, and no one who would take my food order. I asked three times if I could please order food. Unfortunately the service was bad because the staff was overworked (it wasnt that busy by the way), and the place itself was falling apart, with wood rot and leaking bathrooms. Find another sports bar for the game.
Ive been here a few times. The food is good--not great but good. Some dishes are slightly overcooked or undercooked, but nothing dangerous. The main drawback is that they always seem to take an hour to serve food.
Absolutely awfulA group of my friends and i came here on a saturday night after dinner for some casual drinks and the rude bartender immediately didnt want to serve anyone with a new york state ID. made absolutely no sense. Tried to speak to a manager but they werent there at the time. He easily just lost $1,000 in sales all because he suddenly felt like not serving to me and my group of friends all with NY IDs.
Weve watched March Madness games here a couple times and always get a very friendly Irish bartender. I like the hard cider they stock. Its canned but tastes fresh and not loaded w sulfites like Magners. The atmosphere is friendly and not tipped towards post-college shot pounders. A good intro to Stone Street fun. Recommend!
We came for mid afternoon snack. We got the nachos to share. She got a sangaria, I got a beer. Reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and plenty of different food options to choose from. Ask for the late night menu.
Always got treated like family here. Some amazing memories with Alice and John running the bars. Great place to watch champions league soccer and play hooky from work
My favorite bar in all of FiDi! Bartenders always take care of you and vibes are immaculate
Daniel is the best and sweetest! My friend and I are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The food is delicious and come in good portions.Oh, and the rainbow cheesecake. It’s what true love tastes like.
Becketts fun and reliable. It’s always a good time!
Really good friendly staff, cool music and interior, but nothing special about the food, it could be better!
Great place friendly staff overall great experience in the past 2 years and Ive been going. When are your bartenders named James totally rocks. If youre in the area make sure you visit
Highly recommend. They serve great food and very nice Guinness! Staff were all very pleasant to deal with.
Food is good for bar food! And the staff is great. Solid sports bar in fidi
The “Cheers” of New York. The bartenders may not be former star Red Sox pitchers, but their service is next to incredible. Always consistent and great staff. Beckett’s is my go-to spot in lower Manhattan.
I dont know how places like this survive in New York. This bar is so New Jersey, maybe because kids coming on the ferry to commute keep it alive.Becketts doesnt try hard which is good because if they did they would fail. The food is awful (think Buffalo Wild Wings but without proprietary sauces) and the service is really poor. The only reason I have been in here more than once is because its never packed during happy hour.
Amazing mozzarella sticks, best Ive had. $36 for 4 pints stung a bit. Though they went down well
Easily my favorite bar in the area. Best wings on Old Stone st and in my opinion the most consistent servers and bartenders on Old Stone st regardless what day of the week you show up.
Weird service and just not a very friendly environment. The place was nearly empty as well. Probably for good reason
Great food and great service! Would come again
Great food, chill environment, definitely a great locals spot. The layout is great for an evening of watching sports and the bartenders are friendly and personable.
My waiter was great.
Nothing special here. A typical decorated sports bar with lots of TVs blasting football games on Sunday. Burger and beer were just ok.
Great spot 👍
We came after 11pm and still were able to order real food! We had one burger and it was super delicious, however, fish and chips wasnt good. I mean fries is perfect, but fish is flavorless and not crunchy at all. There is great choise of beer and barman was able to recomend some local IPA, so we end up loving the beer and the place! Will definitely come back here!!!
Very average pub. Service is hit or miss, food is what you’d expect, game day (NFL) environment is average for FiDi area.
The friendliest bartenders on stone street. Thums up for James and Barry. BTW the food is pretty good. Love the wings and nachos grande
I have to stop coming here!
Great atmosphere. Bar food was delicious. Friendly staff. Want to watch a game in a chill environment, come on by.
Clueless wait staff, never around to take orders, mark the table, clear the table, refill water, drop the check and run the credit card.
Friendly service and cold beer. Nice spot for outdoor seating on Stone Street.
Service took a little while, but it was busy. Breakfast not so great... could have done with bigger portions. Overall a good experience, but not on my list of must visits.
Very Rude People.Stopped by after a wedding rehearsal. Spent $250.00 +.Ok for the big apple. Food sorta pot luck..............Dont go by first impressions..........
Great Soccer Bar!Go to place for all soccer games and staffs are super friendly. The food is just average
The avocado toast for brunch was AMAZING!!!! Not to mention washing it down with a great tasting sangria!!! Great place!
Great breakfast! Good Pint too!
Good layout with many HD sports screens.Had pork chop and buffalo chicken wings, both fantastic and good value.
One of the good Bar & Grill for a office party or to hangout with friends. Excellent service and food and quick bites.
Just went to see soccer games. You want wall to wall games? Go to Becketts. Only bad thing I saw ( just went for a game maybe missed it) only 1 bathroom per gender. Line backed up for men.
The owner saved a mans life. 5/5 stars.
Ok place but service sucked! Instead of worrying about the customers, the music seems to be more important. Probably wont be back.
Duuuuuuude. I didn’t even know I liked UFC until I came to Beckett’s. Best place EVER to watch it!!!
Great service great food
We had a great time with Afsana, and she even helped us find a missing umbrella!
Lovely bar maid very nice
I fell in love with the Cali burger and sweet potato fries. Delish! Nice atmosphere for everyone.
Horrible service... bartenders have this... stuck up ... every guy is trying to hit on me attitude... and its a major turn off. No wonder its always empty...
Its one of the pubs of choice in Stone St for lunch or a beer after work
Nothing really great about this place. Mid on every level.
Great bar, shows all the irish matches, brighter than most bars, friendly staff. Food solid.
Very nice guy Barry the bartender, had a nice burger and french fries! Would definitely come back if I had the chance!!
Recommended the Buffalo chicken sandwich and was amazing. Great service. Must visit.
Brunch and Irish coffee was great. AHostesses and servers were great.
Excellent neighborhood bar and grill! Foods great and Sports viewing is abundant!
Surcharge for plastic! Multiple TV 📺 for NFL.Wine 🍷 pricey for a pub.
Great spot for game days
Bills game on the big screen. Good food, good beer, great friendly staff!
Tables on open air always attract me to spend some time in the restrant they belong to
Pretty good after work spot, food is a tad expensive, but tasty
Solid sports bar with lots of TVs. Get friendly with the bartenders, they will take care of you
I genuinely think the tipping culture in the US has become so normalised that staff dont even care anymore about providing a good service and still just expect a tip.The place advertised both outside and on menu as happy hour till 6.30, no mention of any days that its not valid.Sat at a table and when no one came over to us for about 10 mins I went up to order. Waited another 10 mins before the drinks (a glass of wine and a beer) were poured, just to have to go back up and collect them.We later ordered food and another drink, food came very quickly by what seemed to be by a seperate group to the bar staff. Never got the drink so had to go up and ask for it again and bring it back to my table again.Once finished, asked for the bill 3 times, and watched each time as the staff just went back behind the bar and started chatting to their colleagues. Eventually just had to go up to the bar again and request it in person. Not only were we charged for an item we didnt order, but also nothing was given at happy hour prices and it all turned out to be twice the value of what we were expecting to pay. When I asked we were told it was only Monday to Friday that this was the case. And Im still expected to give a tip for this? I basically self catered myself for everything, got virtually no service, and charged double for everything.Back in Ireland, you order a drink, they make it straight away, bring it to the table for you, and never expect a tip.Only positive thing was the nachos were good
They have a pretty good menu and pretty decent beer selection.
Sat inside here so I dont know about the outdoor part on Stone st, but our wait staff was very abrupt and unforgiving.
Good beer
Large area with two levels. Can accommodate large groups. Middle of the road bar with TVs and seating area.
Solid bar with tasty pub food.
Great place to grab a quick bite during lunch. The food is very good and the staff is very friendly. Tonuzi Fisnike, is an excellent bartender.
Great wings, nice space, friendly staff
Good food, 20 dollar brunch, lots of sports on tvs
I used to be a regular at Beckett’s bar and grill until they switched things up, jacked up all the prices, weakened the drinks, decreased portion sizes, and hired disrespectful bartenders and wait staff. Our bill came out to $80 worth of undercooked chicken wings doused in what felt like a pound and a half of sugary sauce, soggy unsalted fries, weak flat beer, and a measly two packets of condiments for the table. Beckett’s used to be THE SPOT after pulling 12-14 hour shifts back to back on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Back when Barry was the bartender, Beckett’s was a gathering place post shift for my team and I. Always nice to see a friendly face behind the bar. Nowadays, it’s a different environment chock full of sarcasm, disrespect, and body odor. When I informed the waiter about the issue with my food, he coldly said there’s nothing he can do about it except for send out another order. By that time, I had already been there for an hour plus and started to feel a bit queasy after eating undercooked chicken. I just wanted to begin my long commute home. If you’re in the Financial District of Manhattan and are looking for a lively sports bar with strong drinks, fresh food, and hospitable wait staff, check out The Irish American Pub and Restaurant located at:17 John StreetNew York, NY 10038
Workers are amazing and always with the will to help!
Great bar staff...food was fine
Awful waiter experience
Rushing to see Ireland v All Blacks fair play Ronan
Horrible service! Bartender was the worst with no service. Travelers and foreigners not welcome. Go to Smorgas!
The Calamari was DELISH!!
Good place to lunch and watch soccer ⚽ and rugby 🏉 games.
Best place to watch the fight in NYC. Best bartender out
Fine sportsbar, worked with multiple patrons to get all our 🏈 games on in the right spots!
Don’t waist your time. Service absolutely sucks. Food is okay. There are a lot better places to go to then this place.
Nice pub down in the financial district for a happy hour
There was five in total in my party. Each ordered a different meal. We were all served together by a most pleasant Irish waitress who ensured we were all satisfied. Food presented well and tasted delicious.. nothing left on the plates(compliments to the chef!) We then each had a different dessert and again same as before.. wiped clean. Not overpriced. Multiple TV screens showing everything from sport to current news.. nothing too obtrusive. Very pleasant experience. Would go again and would heartily recommend it to others😊😊
Good for watching sports. Very attentive waitress.
Average sports bar, which is acceptable, but the wine is so bad. Typical.
Good place to have drinks outdoors on cobblestone after work.
We had a great Irish waiter, who came right from Dublin. I had no idea what to get cause everything looked good, but he led me to exactly what I was looking for. Great food and I left feeling extremely full and extremely satisfied. Prices are very reasonable as well. 11/10
Not my favorite on Stone Street. Very friendly waiters.Menu does not give you a lot of options: the grilled cajun chicken was perfectly cooked unfortunately submerged in the melted american cheese. The Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese is intriguing, but I wasnt impressed by the the execution: I like the idea of using orecchiette for the pasta, but the pulled pork was more a sweet bbq sauce with some pork.
Great bar!!
I stopped by Becketts on Saturday November 8, 2014 for a quick crock of soup and a glass of red wine. The waitress and staff were very efficient getting my soup, wine and check in a quick response as I had requested. When I was half way through the French Onion soup I bit into something hard. After removing it from my mouth it was a decent size of a hard plastic that had sharp ridges. I was fortunate not to have cut myself. I immediately called over one of the staff and showed the piece of hard plastic in my soup. He took it and came back with a voided slip of my charge. He asked if I wanted another crock of French Onion soup. I asked him if it would be from the same pot. He looked at me as if why we would throw the soup out. He confirmed that it would be from the same pot. I had to decline his offer of a complimentary bowl of soup from the same pot. I dont think I will go back there knowing they continued to serve the soup from the same pot after a jagged piece of hard plastic was found in my crock of French Onion soup.
I preface by saying the staff is great so is the atmosphere. best music on stone street. but i had to pick my jaw up off of the ground when i got my tab for a friend and i. $99 dollars for 3 stellas, an old fashion and 2 Jameson shots and 2 greentea shots. I asked the bartender - shots are $11 a piece. absolutely skip over this place. it is highway robbery...
Great food! Fun place
Loved this bar, its a must visit when in the area. The staff were all so kind and helpful and it has a relaxed, upmarket feel. We had the bison sliders when we visited and they were amazing! The beer selection was vast and varied and the staff were very helpful when it camed to making a choice.
Good pub food, attentive service and an extensive selection of drinks. Lots of screens all over the place which I find distracting when you are having a conversation with other people but I realize that sports fans like this. The venue was able to accommodate a group of 11 people which is a plus.
Good value for money. Great Sunday morning hangout.
Buy a pitcher Spin the wheel. Thousands of prizes to choose from. Well a free pitcher
The food exceeded expectations! I came for dinner on a Thursday around the tail end of happy hour, was seated pretty quickly, and had good service. Its not my first choice on Stone Street, but definitely a great option that Id go to again.
Good bar on Stone Street. Not as crowded as some of the others. Food is decent but have been having some problems with their TVs the last few times I visited.
Not too crowded, a bit empty actually, but it was a Monday night. The bartender Barry was great and it was a chill neighborhood bar for Happy Hour after works and watching the game with friends or colleagues.
Very cool place in a very cool neighborhood.food was all right, not spectacular.... but a great place for football, beer and friends. Ill be around.....
Absolutely loved this place! Bartender was a British man. He was beyond awesome! Drinks & food were great!
Pro: good seating area outside to enjoy the city.Con: Slow and poor service. Mediocre food and overpriced.
Last stop of our night and the bartender was absolutely rude and unprofessional. We were celebrating a birthday, and he was clearly annoyed that some In our group were drunk at 1:30 AM. He made the situation super awkward, we had one drink and left - never returning!! Ulysses was also open at that time and seemed like the better option in hind sight — too bad we stumbled in here!
This is the place to go if you are looking for a restaurant that is not too crowded, serves simple food and has friendly staff. I can recommend their cheeseburger!
Overall, experience was eh. Service was bad, given the place was completely empty, waiting around for a glass of water just doesn’t make sense. Busser had to go find the waitress who was on her phone to tell her to get us a glass of water and take our order. Food was was fine. Waited 10 mins for them to change the channel to the game (again, the place was empty). Beer and wine are not priced on the menu. When we asked the waitress, she didn’t know the price either. If you’re looking for a mediocre sports pub, this is it. If you’re looking for an average serviced lunch or dinner, I do not recommend.
Friendly neighborhood spot. The steak sandwich with onion soup and a pint of Guinness Stout was quite good.
Good albeit typical pub. They have an ok beer selection and the burgers are very good. Vibe is a little quiet but its still a decent pub.
Awesome place. Great food, extremely friendly staff.
Server was fantastic, lovely wings, couldnt ask for more!
Cool place to watch the Giants play
This place has great music food and awesome bartenders. Love Alice. She like the yoda of bartenders.
Great bar for the real football. COYS
First ill start by saying Delicious shrimp scampi . Secondly the service is so friendly and gives me something to look forward to every time Adam is working . He makes my day every time we go there for lunch hes so positive and funny. Recently he informed us he will be leaving soon we are so upset and he will truly be missed.
The shepherd’s pie is not good
My go to soccer bar below 14th Street. Love the staff. Food is average, but I go there for the soccer matches bc they put the sound on for Premier League, Champions League and Euros / World Cup.
James is the best Bartender super hot. Amazing place to watch UFC and all sports!!
Good room upstairs for private parties.
Great spot to watch a match. Service always goodCould use a little more variety in their apps menu
Drink was good. Appetizers was so/so. Nacho toppings fell off. Lots of layers of just chips
Terrible and rude service, was ignored for like 20 minutes and finally left, avoid if at all possible
Great food and really kind and nice servers! everything heres amazing.
One of the worst burgers ive ever had. Service was dispicable. No wonder there was no wait while the surrounding restaurants had a 1 hour wait. Avoid at all costs unless youre desperate
Darn google would not allow me to give zero stars! Avoid! Weak owner and toxic bouncer that both abuse good staff and customers. Zero star rating!
Stopped here for dinner. Had the haddock fish and chips. It was good, not great.
Becketts is the best place to watch UFC
Visit if you want to learn how to ruin a shepherds pie
Super tasty burguer, great service
Had a fabulous, fresh full lobster, baked potato and corn on the cob for only $19! Lindy at the bar was great and very friendly!
Lamb burger and beef burger are very good.Nice beer selection.
Good place for a drink after hectic work
Good location. Good service.
Had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the Korean BBQ steak sandwich. Everything was great.
The party of 5 that I was with thought we got lucky because there was so many empty tables while the other restaurants around the area were busy. It didnt take long for us to realize that there was a reason why this place was empty. After 15 minutes of sitting, I had to grab a waiter to come to our table. We placed our drinks at that time, 4 of the five drinks were delivered in short order. So we placed our food order, after a while, 2 of our 5 food orders were delivered, those two were wrong (wrong fries). They did bring the correct fries in a few more minutes and we were told the rest of the food was coming. The two with food were able to finish their entire meal before we received the other 3 meals. The waiter came out a few times and promised the food would be there in 5 minutes max. 15 minutes later, he said it would just be a minute. Close to an hour after the first two meals were delivered, the rest of us received our food. I was amazed how it could take that long to deliver cold food. After we had eaten about half of our meal, the waiter came out and asked if there was anything else we needed. Well, we still were missing a Coke, so I asked for the manager. A lady showed up at our table, this lady did come by earlier to fill our water but had said nothing to us about our wait or anything at all. So I asked the water lady who was now standing by me if she was the manager, she said Yes, that is why I am standing here. Now it all makes sense, bad management must be consistent here which leads to poor staff service. We explained our situation, she offered us a free round of drinks, which we declined, she did discount our ticket 50%. We didnt receive an apology either.
Came for brunch. Waited an eternity for our order only to receive overdone eggs benedict, missing the hollandaise sauce. Took them 10mins to get the sauce which came out cold and curdy.
Good food and beer selection
Staffs nice and prices are very reasonable for the delicious food.
Over priced, meh food. Great location. Nice staff.

Went in with a couple of friends, the bartender James was an excellent host. We will be back again.

The basics of an Irish pub in the financial district.
Good food, decent prices.
Not bad, but mediocre burgers and very uncomfortable seating outside.
