I recently visited Space Ping Pong and was absolutely blown away by the fantastic experience. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing, and the ambiance was inviting and stylish. But the true highlight of the night was Toto, our waitress, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.Toto was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. She had the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, making great recommendations and checking in with us just enough without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to find service that truly makes you feel at home, but Toto managed to do just that.

Kevin and Jenny is exceptional! Both are so accommodating and friendly. They made my experience very well and welcoming. Usually some people are just rushing to take an order, but they have great customer service and very personable. Definitely recommend coming here solo and with friends. Drinks also are made very good so I recommend that as well

Came here for a birthday celebration with my boyfriend, it’s a nice mix of fun! Although there wasn’t much of a crowd we didn’t mind the great access to arcades, ping pong tables, drinks and especially amazing service from Toto our lovely bartender and Carlos our efficient server!

We love coming to space ping pong! It’s the perfect place to grab drinks before or after dinner! Prices are reasonable and they have amazing staff particularly TOTO! She’s friendly and always makes the best drinks!

Went to k-town with some friends, ended up here. Great spot, chill, fun games, decent drinks. Pan, the bartender, was great. So nice and attentive. Her drinks are great, too. Will definitely come back here. Come on a Friday, its more poppin.

A dimly lit room - mostly filled with black light. The table tennis balls are somewhat reflective, so the game play is a bit challenging, but definitely playable. There are curtains everywhere, so the balls dont easily roll out of the room.Food is fairly standard for a bar - dont expect too much. A couple of sliders/ French fries. This does end up making the balls oily, which we often unknowingly pick upThey are also beer pong/ claw machines - though this seems to be unused space

This bar is a fun place to go with friends and play games. They have good drinks and food so come with money to spend. The bartenders are super chill too.

Stumbled into this place after a late dinner to have drinks. Ended up being bigger than expected, super clean, lively, and cute. Curious to come back on a weekend with a group. Kevin was also a great bartender and very friendly! :)

I recently visited Space Ping Pong the concept sounded like a fun way to spend an evening but the experience was a bit disappointing. The drinks were overpriced and service was rushed. After our hour was up, the staff immediately started cleaning the ping pong table—even though we were still finishing our drinks. They even attempted to clear our drinks, which felt intrusive and didn’t give us a chance to relax after our game. I would understand if they were busy and people waiting but this was not the case. There was only one other group there and they had atleast 4 or 5 other tables open.

Thanks to the bartender Kevin he made the entire experience with me and my girlfriend all worth it. Great customer service very attentive and it didn’t take long at all to receive my order I definitely appreciate this experience thanks Kevin. I will definitely be back.

I used to be a regular here when space pingpong opened up. Visiting atleast 3 night a week. With all the cliche sit down pochas in Ktown. Space pingpong offered breath of fresh air where all ethnicities and age groups can come and enjoy themselves accordingly with the variety of amentities they offer. With superb management I had no doubt how much potential this establishment had to offer. Its been about a year since Ive been back. Even with a large group. This guy Kevin. Im assuming hes the new main bartender? Is the reason Im going out of my way to write this. His ability to accommodate a freshly sat full bar.. Whenits entertaining watching a solo bartender orchestrating 20 bar customers simultaneouslyEffortlessly? Do I have to say anymore? This man needs a raise. Their menus spectacular too. Its rare to have every penny worth bar food at a huge establishment like this. Enough said. Come visit KEVIN And totto and try their chicken deluxe sandwich. Its my go to after work dinner before i get on the beerpong table. Matter of fact, try everything on menu. Thank me later.

My recent visit to Ping Pong was wonderful. Kevin made all my drinks and his customer service was so substantial to my visit to Ktown. He deserves a raise the way he served me and friends tonight. He is exceptional and attentive. 10/10 highly recommend coming here.

I went there with a lot of friends and coworkers and I was in the mood to drink. Thankfully our bartender Kevin took GREAT care of us. He knew what he was doing behind the bar and tried whatever drink he recommended us. I really enjoyed netscape, that was delicious. Id say Kevin is the best worker in KTown. Ive been to many different places but Kevin stood out from the rest. I even thought he was the owner of the place because of how professional he is. I had a party with my co-workers at this place last week. All the staff here, including the manager, were friendly and made us all satisfied. I love this place because it has a large space for large parties, nice lighting, and, like a sports bar, multiple TVs.

The place was nice, really great atmosphere and a lot of fun. Cool concept and def worth checking out. Food was really good as well and it was helpful to have people help scoop up the balls as the night went on.We did an open bar package - wasn’t really worth the price imo considering everyone was only able to get about maybe 2 drinks tops for the duration we were there. There was one bartender working the bar and she seemed annoyed at us for ordering. Service was slow - understandably since there was one bartender. Front desk and some staff could be friendlier. Bathrooms could be brighter too. It was so dark in there and one of them was constantly flushing which was kinda freaky in the dark.

What a horrible place run by horrible people. I came here for the first time, but never again.The guy at the front was rude from the outset, but I chalked it down to him maybe having a busy night.When we used one of the arcade machines, we discovered it was broken. When I went to ask him to fix it/ refund us our money, he pretty much shrugged and said its a 3rd party device, and wed have to call the number on it to get the refund. When we said that was ridiculous, he kept getting more frustrated and belligerent. This after we spent close to a hundred dollars including alcohol, and a mandatory 20% tip. And this guy was the manager too.Finally instead of refunding our money, he threw his hands up and insults us, as if we were at fault. And didnt give us our money back, he simply paid for more turns at that broken machine and ignored us.I would not recommend that anyone come to this place, because all the reviews mention a front desk problem, but it does not seem like the management takes this problem seriously

ToTo was exceptionally attentive as a server and helped make it a great night for my work colleagues.

If you want to have a bad experience and experience a horrible costumer service go to this place. We went here to have a fun time and ended up having an uncomfortable experience since the guy in the front desk as soon as we walk in started acting very arrogant and disrespectful like if you were not paying for being there. Any question that you asked him he was answering with such an anger, and zero polite. Plus they charged you q 20% tip at the beginning which doesn’t makes any sense because the costumer service just sucks. Definitely read the bad reviews before going here.

Not surprisingly, the gaming equipment focused on ping pong and they managed to fit in a large number of tables without it feeling claustrophobic. Still, I would have liked a few more options for the non ping pongers, in particular a few pool tables. I cant comment on the food other than it looked good but their bar was decently curated other than limited (no?) draft beer section. Overall, Space worked pretty well for our 100+ department outing even if the name is a tad misleading given that there isnt actually a ton of space. 🙂

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went with my friends we are all female and when we went we got a harrassed by a man trying to get us to leave and go to a party with him.... then he was trying to just get us to leave the place at the same time. After a while he did leave but when I notified the establishment after they said that he has been there before and has harrassed their bartenders before... so why would they let him back in!!! Ontop of that when I went to pay the bill THEY OVERCHARGED MY CARD!! when calculating the entire bill the price it was supposed to come out to (including tip and tax) was 211.20. But the receipt said it came out to 226.86! They are quietly scamming and adding to the price with no cause !UPDATE : the issue was taxes, which I understand but unprofessional as someone who keeps tracks of costs. I also dont believe this person slipped in .the place was EMPTY and all the staff was looking

This place has both a great atmosphere and the service is great. It is a great vibe for a weekend night with friends, and all of the deals are pretty solid. Our waitress was XT and she was so fun and brought the energy up another notch!

Female bartender closed the ping pong tables around 12:35am and had an attitude. She stated she wasn’t making mixed drinks anymore. I told her to just tell us she wants to close early as the place didn’t close until 3:00am. Unsure if she will admit it but it’s cool. I won’t be returning given her attitude. It’s a full bar you should be able to make a drink. She said she didn’t have any help on the floor. There were about 6-8 people there. It seemed ok.

This is my third time coming here. The last time I spent my New Year’s Eve here and it was a blast. They have an amazing sound system and good house music. The bartenders, especially Toto, are friendly and attentive, just perfect personality. Atmosphere super fun and inviting, awesome place to hang out with a group of friends.

This place definitely is a cool spot. Our server was super nice and super helpful as weve never been here before. The bartender was super dope also, I didnt get her name but she was so nice and super friendly and made my daughters 21st bday super special for us, she was kind and friendly. We rented 2 tables for 2hrs each for my daughters 21st bday. We all had a great time, the food was very good, service was definitely A+ and the atmosphere was also very cool. We called ahead and reserved 2 tables for 10 and had zero issues. Drinks were pricey but that to be expected when you go out anywhere, we came from jersey to NYC and didnt expect anything less. The cost of nightlife in NYC and Jersey are a little pricey doesnt really matter where you go. Overall we had a very nice time and id definitely go back again in my opinion. We found street parking which was very convenient but there are also parking garages in the area as well.

Fun place to hang with a group for ping pong and beer pong. They also had a small section for arcade games.Each table gets a basket of balls and you can just keep playing without picking them up which saves you a lot of time and get the most out of your hourly rate. There is someone who goes around and picks them up and refills the baskets.Nice atmosphere and decently priced drinks.

I planned a birthday here and it couldn’t have been better. The people I communicated with were professional, very accommodating and made everything easy. The venue itself was great with a lot of activities to do and good service. I highly recommend for events or just stopping in.

This newest addition to ktown has one of the most beautiful bar set ups. I was worried that since I don’t play ping pong much, there would be not much for me to do there but I was totally wrong! The interior decor is awesome and has so many “photo zones” where you can take a lot of good pictures, and they also allow beer pong as well!Food is 10/10 - lobster roll for under $20? Really nice bar! had a drink here with my boyfriend and played ping pong for an hour for 60$. Drinks were really yummy and lots of options! Also played darts and basketball. Staff was really kind and even brought us two glasses of water :)really recommended!

We went into the Lounge and even when all tables were available and one of their employees were telling us we could take a ping pong table in 10 minutes. The manager came and said to our group of 7 that they are closed when they are obviously not close. Make sure you reserve the day BEFORE, the service in this place is ridiculously bad and you might waste your trip even when their website says that they accept walk ins.

Its super clean and theres a big variety of things to do inside- plus the bartenders and employees are amazing- Shoutout Toto for assisting my friends to our ping pong tables and serving our drinks!! Kevin was our server and was such a friendly server helping us with recommendations on the menu and he went out of his way to make sure that we were welcomed during our visit to nyc. What we ordered:assorted macarons 11chili cheese nachos 13buffalo wings 16white corn pizza 17space margarita 16lychee mojito 16overall, great spot to play some ping pong with some friends. there was claw machines and a basketball arcade game there too. they have bar snacks that you can order too! pizza was super cheesy. drinks were delicious. nice ambiance!!

Monday night. Service was horrible, maybe that’s why the waiter/host was working Monday nights. Rude waiter who hated being there if you get what I mean.What is the large metal object attached to our pitcher? Have never seen before but our whole table thought it was a huge ripoff… stop deceiving your customers…Everything is insanely overpriced as well.

After moving to the empty table, hostess takes it upon herself to take a tone asking why we moved without letting her know. Then proceeds to place another group next to ours when there were plenty of other open tables. Will not return.Edit: not to mention auto 20% gratuity for booking table

Be careful! They include 20% service fee and the credit card still has a line for tip. It doesnt say additional tip on the bill which I think is kinda shady. They shouldnt be like that when theyre already charging $50/hr per table, and charging a lot for drinks.

Be sure to clarify when your timing ends upfront. they told us our “hour” time was up after only 45 min because they bumped up our start time to turn tables. I have text receipts letting people know the exact time I got there but they wouldn’t listen to me so essentially I overpaid here and it really soured the experience :((

Terrible place. All the games are expensive af. The place is empty. And its just, all lights and loud music. Really donr know whats the point of having an arcade where each game is basically unplayable.
