Refinery Rooftop

I was very impressed with Refinery Rooftop. The food was very good- the dressing on the Caesar was delicious (though I thought a touch under dressed), the pizza with hot honey was delicious, and the yuca fries were extremely well cooked. Our drinks were also very tasty, I would certainly come back on a beautiful day for a nice outdoor cocktail or meal.

The place and atmosphere is incredible. And its covered/warm during the winter.But service is slow. We had to ask them to take our order.

Food & Drinks were great, definitely a recommended brunch spot! The place was packed, service would’ve been better if they more people to take care of the tables. Host was a little rude when seating in and was nowhere to be found at the end to get our luggage. Again, probably overwhelmed with the volume of customers. Food and the aesthetic will bring me back on a calmer day/night.

A very satisfying combination of service, ambience and food in a relatively small but cozy rooftop on the 13th floor of a hotel with direct view to the Empire State Building. The service was perfect, as professional yet friendly as should be and the food a nix of casual (e.g. sandwiches / wraps) and more “elevated” (e,g, salmon tartare) choices all very well prepared and tasty, Highly recommended!

The Refinerey Rooftop was beautiful at night. Quite the view with the Empire State building twinkling in the background. I will be honest, despite having a reservation, we did end up waiting for our table. However, we really couldnt complain because they gave us complimentary drinks for our patience. And the service was so lovely, I have to give props to each and every one of the staff. They were very kind and attentive. We ordered our food and drinks, and we received them all promptly. They were delicious. We enjoyed our dinner with some nice music.

The nicest bartenders, most beautiful and relaxed ambiance, and awesome people around the enjoy the city. This rooftop had this antique early Italian feel to it with the bricks, maroon and cream colors, and wooden accents. It’s very elegant, beautiful lighting and everyone serving is so nice and efficient. Drinks and food come out fast and is at top quality! 😄 Love it here and will come back, go to summer spot ☀️☀️☀️

Very nice and relaxed vibe with rooftop views! recommend for a drink or a quick lunch with friends. Food was usual burgers and sandwhiches and light bites not a whole lot in the menu for lunch but the vibe was definitely 10/10 especially on a nice sunny day. Our waiter was okay and not great haha but we came for the views anyways. We also got a cheesecake for desert. For 3 people we paid around $120 with tip.

The hostess was incredible. We had no reservation but she saw a window of available time before a 7 pm seating so we had time for a cocktail before a show.

This was a gem. Great music and vibe. We had tried the guacamole and chips and margarita all tasted good. Service was great.

The whole staff was lovely, but especially our server Lina! She was very attentive and we appreciated the surprise dessert for my parents’ anniversary. We had a great time!

Gorgeous rooftop dining experience with a breathtaking view of the Empire State Building. Food and drinks were delicious, a bit pricey but worth it for the ambiance and atmosphere. Recommend the Sunshine Sprtiz, it encapsulates summer in a drink.

Great rooftop bar restaurant. The food was surprisingly good, with nice cocktails although it would be better if they had a non alcoholic beer option as well. Very lively place with a great vibe and music and a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. Would definitely go back again!

Solid upbeat vibes and the food also matched the hype. Pizza was delicious and the calamari was one of the best. The steak was on point as a main dish. Great place for drinks at the bar as well.

The Refinery Rooftop was the perfect venue for our work holiday event. The atmosphere is fantastic with beautiful holiday decorations and a spectacular view of the city. Warm, cozy, trendy vibe! The bar service was quick and friendly. A huge shout out to both Gabriel and Tina for exceptional customer service! We definitely will be returning!

I’ve been here twice, different experiences. The first one, it was happy hour time and it was packed! My bad, I didn’t have a booking that day. I didn’t stay because there were so many people that I couldn’t even get something from the bar.Second time, I did book a table for 2 (did it online, about 1 hr before, no issues; it was a Wednesday). The hostess was very nice and we had a relaxing afternoon with some Spritz (I recommend the Bryant Park one, very refreshing) and some yuca fries (very delicious, great snack for drinks). I believe if you have your booking it can be a great experience. One of the best rooftops in NY for summer so far

Young crowd but really nice looking place. Im not a fan pets in restaurants but this place did allow it. (Was not a service dog). It started to rain and staff really was quick to make room inside.

Husband and I went for brunch. We made a reservation for 11:30 on a Sunday. We had a great view from our seat. Weather tent is still up so obstructed Empire State Building slightly but was able to sit “outside” the tent for an even better view after we finished our meal. Food was great- recommend the chicken and waffles, and drink thyme and a half.

I love it here! It’s so pretty and the food is so good. My mom and I like coming here after we get facials done in flatiron lol ❤️ they bought out a cake on my birthday which was so nice :)

The food was good, I was quite surprised with the calamari, it was different here. 🍹 were very good. The atmosphere was more like a club, this is not the place for quiet dinner but meant for having fun with friends. I knew all the songs that were being played and loved it

This place is Dope. It has retractable ceilings for the Summer. Its the Kind of place that gives new york Its classic feels. The espresso martini was amazing. The ambience was amazing. Maybe come here in the winter or summer. But summer is probably better sooo... theres that. Anyhow.

Excellent views and service I dined here for my birthday and I will be coming back plenty of photos I took with my camera I have yet to post. Thank you for making my birthday so special with your generous staff and perfect atmosphere the fact your staff brought out my cake while the Empire State Building was glittering was nothing short of perfection. It will be a birthday I will remember for the rest of my life. I LOVE YOU TO THE END OF TIME NYC. The red white and blue for the rangers game was a pleasant surprise also. No better city or skyline in the world! New York State of mind!

The service was great, and overall a great place. There’s natural light, the music is not too loud and you can’t actually have a conversation. The food was okay - nothing outstanding or to repeat and the reason for the 3 stars is that the restaurant did not have more french toast at 1:30 pm - that’s pretty early to run out of a dish :(

I had a really good time here and its super beautiful. Unfortunately when I went it was raining but I enjoyed what I had to eat and the drinks were amazing. When I was there they had frozen apparel spreads and it was awesome! I dont even like apparel but that drink was insane ❤️❤️❤️!!! For vegans the hummus is pretty good

The rooftop space is beautiful with fantastic views. Made reservations online prior to visit. Was seating and waited some time before my groups order was taken; the manager graciously took our order. The shishito peppers with miso dip and the chicken & waffle 🧇 were my favorite. Would return for drinks and atmosphere.

Went here for lunch on a stormy 4th of July, which is also happens to be my daughter’s birthday, to celebrate. The glass enclosure kept us dry but still allowed beautiful ambience and views of the Empire State Building. The space is truly beautiful, comfortable and inviting. Service was excellent from host/hostess, bartender, waitstaff and bus people. They brought out a birthday dessert for my daughter with a sparkler candle knowing we were celebrating. Food and drinks were outstanding. We had the truffle and yucca fries- both were great, sliders, shrimp tacos, meatballs. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. All great things which led to a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend Refinery Rooftop.

I took my wife here for our 10th wedding anniversary and was so excited to go. Oh, how disappointed I was when greeted with very rude, dare I say horrible staff with major attitude problems. This place relies heavily on its amazing view of the Empire State building (which was the only thing that was good). One waitress was nice, but by the time we were seated, the experience had already been ruined. Please do yourself a favour and stay away.

Beautiful view of The Empire State Building. Our brunch was very good. I had the smoked salmon with bagel. It was delicious and worth the price. We all had champagne and brunch cocktails. We had a great time.

This is another typical (in a good sense) Manhattans fooftop. You will get the food, the drink and of course the view. My only complaint is their food menu is rather simple and more like a finger food. It is tasty, but if you are looking to combine rooftop and dinner, then you probably need to consider this.Reservation is preferable especially if you want to seat outside.

Came here for brunch.Nice view to the Empire State Building.Had bloody marry was good.Chicken wings, shishito peppers, burgers were good.I didn’t like much my eggs Benedict thought.But place is nice.

This restaurant is breath taking, the interior is beautiful and on the way to the bathroom had a perfect spot for pictures! Both Max’s took very good care of me and my family, the food arrived 10 minutes for 6 people and the drinks were amazing! Outstanding service! I’ll definitely come back!

Everything was on point here. Food was great, service was efficient, and the ambience is exactly what it needs to be. The terrace provides a perfect view of the Empire State Building and it feels tucked away but right in the busy heart of the city. I would come back and would definitely recommend others to come if you’re in the area. Thank you!

Amazing rooftop with delicious drinks and atmosphere! This place gets very crowded in the summer so absolutely recommend making a reservation. They do have a bar which is standing only but first come first serve. The food here is very good as well. I’d recommend the flatbreads and pizzas!

Very over priced for what you get, 70 dollars just for a 16 oz steak, you have pay extra for the fries.

Even mid-week this rooftop bar / restaurant was buzzing and had good energy. There really is an excellent view of the Empire State Building. The food and drinks were good and we had a fun night. I would recommend booking a table.

My wife booked this place for my surprise birthday date and it was really nice place to celebrate special occasions like bday. Nice cocktails, pleasant ambiance and great NYC views.

If its busy service is slightly lacking and the food had good presentation and tasted good but nothing memorable to be honest. The drinks very more specialty cocktail driven but nothing I would order twice. Price point slightly high. Good for business entertaining.

Came here on my birthday before sunset with my friend for some drinks and a small bite. The cacio e pepe tater tots were incredible and the drinks were great. Lovely vibe and rooftop view of the Empire State Building.

Don’t come this rooftop. Host male on Thursday night around 9.00 pm has the worst attitude. Waiter’s not friendly and disdainful eyes. Unfortunately rooftop’s nice view. but have a lot better than this.

Steak panini and burger were both amazing. Lunch menu doesn’t have what I was hoping to get here (I guess it was on the dinner menu). But these two meals were still good.

Casual rooftop with cute decor. Went on a Tuesday night and it was pretty busy. Music was a little too loud for my taste. Cocktails are overpriced as usual but they are tasty. Price of food is fair and delicious. Overall good vibe.

This is a great spot for an outdoor lunch. The sun was indirect so you got some sunshine, but you were not burning up. The cocktails were great (I had something exotic with Tajin on the rim) and the food was flavorful and fresh. I have been there 2 times since I found it a few weeks ago and I will go again later at night to see what the nightlife brings to the ambience.

Big portions. Good food. Make sure to reserve in advance. Beautiful views of the city from the rooftop. Have dj ok certain evenings. Trendy place.

We came here on a Rainy Monday for Brunch.The weather did not help but it was still a very nice experience. I hope you are coming for the spectacular rooftop experience but not the brunch dishes. They are not bad at all, I was only expecting something better.The staff, however, is professional, friendly and helpful!I will still come back for the vibes and try it at night next time!

Refinery Rooftop has a great view of Empire State Building with indoor and outdoor seating. During winter months a marquee is set up outside allowing for extra seating whilst staying warm. Has a good selection of food and drinks that are served fairly quickly. Atmosphere is good however, I visited on a weekday in November so I suspect it is a very lively place on the weekend.

This beautiful rooftop restaurant has a lovely view, amazing drinks and delicious food. During the winter and due to covid the outside had a plastic cover with the heaters it was very comfortable. The establishment is beautiful. I highly recommend the blueberry old fashioned.

Decent rooftop, stuffy crowd but if you’re looking for a fun bar to show off this is the place to be. Prices are steep (as expected) but I will say that the space is beautiful, especially on a sunny day. Would recommend making a reservation as they have limited seating for walk ins.

It’s an okay place. Relatively small and very crowded even early in the evening (6-7pm). There’s a mandatory free coat check which is great. Staff is nice, the view is okay, but I’ve seen better from other rooftops. I had the Perfect Pear cocktails which was good but a tad bit too sweet for my liking. Also, I didn’t really feel the alcohol in it- it’s not like I wanted to get drunk from 1 cocktail but for $16 I’d expect more booze in it, and again, I compare this to other rooftops too where I felt like I got more for my money. For me that’s also kind of off putting that they try to squeeze as many people into that small place as possible and they told us to move to another part of the place as they were setting up a party- but there were already 3 other different events going on there... just weird.

An interesting rooftop cafe with good views. The menu is small, but food is good. I suggest making a reservation beforehand as the place is very busy.

Refinery Rooftop was by far one of the highlights from my trip to New York City!I was able to get a reservation for a Friday evening on the main outdoor patio space, and they gladly obliged my request for the ideal seating to look at the Empire State Building from (as first-time visitors to NYC).I appreciated that the patio space was kept exclusive to reservations (theres a bar space inside), even on a Friday night.Youd be surprised how many LA places have little to no concern for reserved spaces on the weekend!Service was very attentive and friendly, and any items we ordered were out in no time at all.She also offered to take a picture of my partner and I together when she saw us taking pictures for each other!For food, we ordered a plate of calamari, which was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious to enjoy.The cocktails were also creative, strong, and enjoyable!All in all, everything worked out perfectly and we had a wonderful evening on the rooftop while enjoying an unbeatable view of the Empire State Building.I not only recommend this spot, but I advise coming here over one of the observation decks, as the experience is far better!

This was one of my favorite spots throughout this year, but recently, I tried going there and the bouncer downstairs didnt allow us access as they stated that for a long time only hotel guests were allowed access. Yet Ive never booked the hotel before, and we had full access to the rooftop lounge on multiple occasions. Sad to say that we will no longer attend this place with that requirement.

I have always enjoyed the Refinery Rooftop for drinks! It is a great vibe for after work cocktails. Today, I went with my buddy for lunch and it was amazing. It is a more relaxed lunch/ chat vibe and they do allow under 21 for lunch. We had a good view of the Empire State building along with an amazing lunch and great service! Had the lunch rice vegetable salad and it was just right. Also had chicken clean wings that were definitely loved. The pear ginger fizz mocktail was excellent and hit the spot. To top it off, the sparkling chocolate strawberry cake was amazing!

Booked a table a couple of days in advance and was really looking forward to it. At first it looked like there was a problem with the reservation. We had to wait while everyone else was seated. Then we got a place in the very back of the location with no view at all. I asked if we could get a table in the front or outside and was told that you have to pay extra (!!!!) to get a table there. Couldnt find that information anywhere. Was really sad and disappionted because I thought I would be able to actually see the rooftop at a rooftop bar.

Had afternoon apps and drinks in a weekday. Enjoyed outdoor views of the empire state building. Had wings and hummus. Service was good and quick. Would recommend.

It was my bd and we had a very nice time. Food was great and the atmosphere was awesome… there is light coming in from everywhere… you see the Empire State Building and at the same time there was air conditioning.

For me it was excellent!But when my friend trying to order a cocktail she mentioned she wanted something sweet then her drink was awful and when she claim to the waitress, she was like “you said you wanted something sweet” in our head she asks something sweet not to make it sweeter.It literally tasted like a candy syrup says my friend.In the other hand we hadbeef burger slider, truffle fries, calamari and tuna something.Love it!all tasty! And my drink was amazing!Whiskey sour which they put some twist I would definitely go back again.Oh and our seat are perfect view too!

I highly recommend a reservation. The food was good, not great. Our waitress was never to be found. I think we asked 3 different servers for help getting additional drinks and the bill at the end of the night. The draw is the view but drinks were great.

One of the best rooftops in Manhattan with an amazing view of the beautiful and iconic Empire State Building. The best part about this rooftop is if you are a hotel guest then you can access it anytime with no reservation, you only need to tell the reception in advance that you will be attending that day. The food is phenomenal; the lobster roll and macaroni and cheese are to die for.

Probably one of the best views in the city. If youre looking for a fantastic photo op with the Empire State Building this is it! Great atmosphere and good drinks. You have to order food to be able to sit in the balcony area I think but you have a clear view and can take great pictures even if you dont. The staff, including the hotel staff, were friendly and helpful. Clean restrooms with an attendant. Its somehow both not as fancy and more laid back than you expect while being better than you expected.

One of my friends recently recommended this place for drinks at their rooftop bar. I went once last week for drinks with her at their rooftop bar. Service was good that night and we enjoyed our drinks. Last night I decided to bring two other friends with me for drinks at their rooftop bar. I started a tab and gave the bartender my card to pay for the three drinks. He said the system would not take my card. My friend had Apple Pay so she offered to put the drinks on her card. He said they don’t take Apple Pay. My friend had another card and she was about to give it to the bartender to pay for our drinks. The bartender was extremely rude. Instead of waiting a moment for her card he took our drinks away. After that we just decided to leave. I do not know his name but he was short. I have never experienced something so rude at a restaurant or bar in my life. I will not be returning there ever again.

Beautiful rooftop oasis in the middle of downtown NYC! The staff were very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We loved the peach martinis, bacon and egg sandwiches, and flatbreads. Our waitress, whos name escapes me now (she had long, pretty, dark hair) and Leo were wonderful! The hostess was also a great choice for the first person you see when entering your establishment. She was very upbeat and personable. Definitely worth a stop on any busy NYC itinerary. We had such a great time and will definitely be back.

A nice airy place for an upbeat brunch. We stayed inside but they have all year round terrace and I saw people seating there (covwred in Jan) and they didnt seem cold. Plus there is a nice bar isle with counter seating and also a loungy area next to a fireplace.I wish they had more eggs options on the menu. I had an avocado toast and it was good, the sour dough bread was delicious.Our waitress was amazing and when my friend had a concern about her Bloody Mary, it got replaced without a charge, nice touch.

Went here on 6/6/2024 for lunch and it was probably our favorite meal for our trip to NYC. We both got a burger, and it was one of the best burgers we have ever eaten. Staff was friendly, the atmosphere was amazing, and food/drinks were great. The hotel it is on top of is also aesthetically pleasing (did not stay- but super cool vibes)

This is the second time my coworkers and I have visited Refinery Rooftop & Our experience was fantastic! We ordered the **Crispy Calamari**, **Shrimp Tacos**, **Quesadilla**, **Tomato Bruschetta**, **Yucca Fries**, and enjoyed some delicious **Margaritas**—everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The calamari was crispy and fresh, the shrimp tacos had an amazing Cajun kick, and the quesadilla was loaded with tasty ingredients. The bruschetta was fresh and light, while the yucca fries were crispy and paired perfectly with the chipotle aioli. The margaritas were the perfect refreshing touch. We’ll definitely be back for more!Additionally , it was such a joy to see Carolyn again as our server. Carolyn is simply outstanding! She’s incredibly kind, always pleasant, and has such a warm and welcoming personality. Her sense of humor adds an extra spark to the dining experience, making us feel right at home.Carolyn is attentive without being overbearing, and her ability to anticipate our needs with a smile made our evening even more enjoyable. I don’t write many reviews, but I have to give this place 5 stars!Spent Father’s Day here today with a large group for brunch and everything was absolutely amazing! The rooftop view of Empire State Building really was the perfect backdrop for a great meal.Apps - Ahi, salmon, meatballs, and the hummus were all awesome. All the food is a bit pricey, but well worth it.Syette took great care of us today and we will definitely be back on our next trip to the city!

Probably one of the most popular rooftop bar in NYC.Wait - please make a reservation. It is always crowded. We were there on Saturday afternoon around 3 pm (a last-minute pick) and we were told the wait for a table was 1.5 hoursFood - it is ok and within expectation. Nice presentation tho.Drinks - the cocktails were good. But on a slightly pricy side.Vibe - really nice and cute environment with the red bricks. Music were not too loud for Saturday afternoon and we could still have a good conversation.

I took a business lunch here this week and the service was excellent, Jason took great care of me and my guest, the food and drinks were incredible (I highly recommend the green tea shot, very refreshing) and the overall aesthetic was beautiful. Ill be back again soon!

Food was definitely on the higher end price, but can’t beat the location.30$ for two items is pretty steep. Here, Bacon is 8$ for three slices. You can get a whole pack for that price at the store.Server was very nice and attentive. Nice to experience once at least.

Great experience bringing a larger group through for a business lunch. Our reservation for 7 all agreed the server (Gabriel), food and drinks were great!!

Beautiful rooftop restaurant with a great view of the Empire State Building. We were able to soak in the sun whilst having a delicious lunch and some fantastic cocktails. I really loved the Mac & Cheese and the staff which were really friendly. Definitely worth a repeat!

Place was ok. First two menu options we picked they came back and told us they were out of both. It happens I guess. They kept asking us to move our table(literally move the table over) once to close the doors than they moved us again and than changed our seats for whatever reason(yes, the actual seats). I get it the place kinda changes atmosphere after a certain time but this was around 4pm and lets be serious... wait till we finish eating to constantly do this.The food was good and dont really have any complaints about that. The drinks were good also.Took me forever to pay as well(our waiters shift ended halfway through). The hostess walked away from me twice when I tried to give her the payment and had an attitude while doing so... per other reviews I read on the place it seems that attitude here can be an issue.Best part of the time spent there was the waiter Jordan. He knew the menu backwards and forward. He had a great personality and was very pleasant to deal with. Didn’t feel like you were doing a business transaction but made you feel as if you knew who he was and it was a friendship interaction.

Food and drinks were average but very expensive, service was not great. Had to wait almost half an hour to be seated after booking our table in advance. The view is stunning though and the location is really great.

Great ambience and service. Delicious food. We went for Sunday brunch and had the eggs Benedict, truffle fries and drinks. Everything was very tasty and the truffle seasoning was subtle without overpowering the flavor of the potatoes. Definitely try to reserve a table before going because they get full fast. 10/10 recommend.

Disappointed with everything - from the food and drinks to the service, to the cleanliness in the bathroom. We visited on a Monday night so it wasnt even peak weekend hours but everything was lacking. The server didnt even wait for us to pay for our meal before redirecting our heater to another table. The food price is on par with NY but nothing to write home about. The view of the Empire state building is spectacular though.

A festive atmosphere! Service, drinks and food were delicious! And views of the Empire State Building were unexpected.

An exceptional dining experience! The food, from tacos to burgers, was delicious. The ambiance was great too. However, the only downside was the hostesss attitude. Despite that, the waitress provided impeccable service. Definitely recommend for a memorable meal! Also it’s located right in the heart of Manhattan, with a breathtaking view of the Empire State Building.

I took my friend here for lunch on her birthday this July 4. The reservation email said dress code was casual chic so we both got more dressed than we would have liked on such a hot day. However as we saw more and more people come in, they were wearing cargo shorts, tshirts, and sneakers. We felt like idiots.Our server was not unpleasant but she wasn’t pleasant either. We were given the impression she wanted to be doing anything else than helping us. Granted we are not 21 and not the demographic for this spot, but it would still have been nice to be treated as if we weren’t interrupting her day off.The food was not bad, definitely overpriced for what you get. I inhaled my 3 happy hour sized tacos that cost about $7 each, but that is par for the course at these types of places. You go for the view and the atmosphere, not to have the greatest meal of your life.The Frosé was on point which is about the best thing I can say about Refinery Rooftop. If we had just gone for drinks, perhaps the experience would have been less of a letdown.

Great atmosphere and decor. The views are amazing also! The drinks are pretty good but a little pricey (which is expected, given the location). Service is a bit slow but it doesn’t matter much if you’re planning to stay a while. Tables are not too hard to come by.

Beautiful spot in the city. Food was delicious, ambiance was gorgeous, and service was top notch. My only small complaint is the washrooms. Theyre clean, but could be cleaner.

Food is AMAZING, especially the spinach dip appetizer. It’s a must try here. I got the mimosa and it is also amazing. The view and vibe of this place was perfect. Music wasnt overpowering and bartender was attentive and responsive. I will return when visiting the city.

Amazing view of the Empire State Building! Enjoyed beers and finger foods later in the evening here. Bar was very loud and packed (mainly with one large group), but once they left it was more enjoyable. Props to the bouncer who let us finish our last beer in the outdoor balcony area (with a perfect view of the Empire State), even as they were trying to close down for the night!

Kimberly Carbajal The most amazing employee I’ve ever written out. I had 17 different reservations in a matter of four days and she was so accommodating so kind.

Even after making the reservation for a table with the view, we were seated near the elevator entrance with no view. We were there for an occasion and made sure to mention that in the reservation. Letting that aside, the food was enjoyable.

Latte is trash; hence lower than 5 stars.Host will put you all the way back and if you ask why they’ll go “those booked weeks in advance”. Makes no good sense.

Amazing location and great views, we ordered three things off the menu to which two were amazing and one we didnt eat. Our drinks I would rate a 7/10 and the service wasnt amazing.... good atmosphere and was pretty busy so maybe a rare bad experience for us only. I appreciate not being charged for the meal we sent back.

The hostess was super accommodating. I think she said her name was Fatu. They were very busy! She helped us out immensely and made the experience memorable. Beautiful place. Thank you Fatu!

Refinery Rooftop in NYC is a fantastic brunch spot with amazing food and refreshing mimosas. The rooftop setting adds a great ambiance, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with a view.

My husband and I went for a brunch the server was very friendly, good ambiental music and the food was on point, highly recommended.

We had a reservation and so we didn’t have a problem getting a table. However, it was very difficult to find someone to take our order anytime we needed another round. We waited a long time for our orders to come out, to the point that if we did find someone we would order even if our drinks were more than half full. We had a timed reservation, which we understood, but the way the staff enforced it was unbelievably rude. Our waiter came around for last call and we ordered pretzel bites for the table. The moment they set them down I told everyone to grab at least two right away so we could give them the table back. As we’re doing this, someone comes over and tells us we need to get out, as if they hadn’t just set down our “last call” order.Even the service in the bathroom was awful. There were only single stall, gender neutral restrooms, which should have made it easier. When I went to go stand in line there was one person in front of me, but the attendant told me I could use a restroom that just opened up. I motioned to the person in front of me and said “I think they were here first” and the attendant snapped “I work here, not you”.I’d give 0 stars for service if I could. I will never go back.

Visiting NYC for a work trip, staying in Times Square and wanted to grab a drink within walking distance. Atmosphere is great, service was fantastic. Drinks were good but not amazing. Ordered a mezcal old fashioned and a pinky ring which were tasty but not blow you away good. Did not order any food but everything the servers walked by with looked pretty damn good. Very busy for a Wednesday at 5:00pm. Full disclosure, this is our first stop in NYC so take this review with a grain of salt.

We went for mother’s day & my family absolutely loved this location .. the food was simple & DELICIOUS!!! their yucca fries & spinach dip were next level! the staff was incredible, they even gave my mom a rose which i thought was so sweet!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! not to mention the view is amazing!

The restaurant manager, Gabriel, is the best! We did not have a reservation, and he greeted us immediately at the door and helped us find a seat even though the restaurant was booked. Great welcoming to NYC from Florida.

It was a great rooftop bar.The French toast was really satisfying, but the smoked salmon bagel was just okay.

Gorgeous rooftop views, delicious cocktails and great food. The server wasn’t super friendly but as tourists we noticed that as a trend in NYC. We’re used to the Midwest where people are just more friendly. All in all a great experience!

The place is nice, a bit industrial decoration, the view to the Empire State Building is beautiful also. The food is terrible! Almost everything is fryed, the hambuguer comes with chips (one of those of big packs of the supermarket), even the pizza taste no good! Go there if you want to see the view and have a drink, nothing more then this.
